Paris Hilton claims toddler is clairvoyant after son's spooky ‘encounter'
Paris Hilton has claimed that her son is "clairvoyant" after sharing a video of the youngster pointing at a "ghost" in her bedroom.
The reality star, 44, said she was "spooked" when her two-year-old, Phoenix, gestured to the room and said there was a spirit in the doorway.
Casually eating a slice of toast, the toddler said: 'Room room, Mama's room… Ghost in door. Ghost in this door."
Asking her fans for advice, Hilton wrote: "Has this happened with your little ones? Would love to know… for research purposes." Hilton shares her son, as well as her daughter London, with her husband Carter Reum.

Edmund White, the groundbreaking man of letters who documented and imagined the gay revolution through journalism, essays, plays and such novels as A Boy's Own Story and The Beautiful Room Is Empty, has died. He was 85. White's death was confirmed on Wednesday by his agent, Bill Clegg, who did not immediately provide additional details. Advertisement Along with Larry Kramer, Armistead Maupin and others, White was among a generation of gay writers who in the 1970s became bards for a community no longer afraid to declare its existence. He was present at the Stonewall raids of 1969, when arrests at a club in Greenwich Village led to the birth of the modern gay movement, and for decades was a participant and observer through the tragedy of Aids, the advance of gay rights and culture and the backlash of recent years. A resident of New York and Paris for much of his adult life, he was a novelist, journalist, biographer, playwright, activist, teacher and memoirist. Advertisement He wrote a prizewinning biography of playwright Jean Genet and books on Marcel Proust and Arthur Rimbaud. He was a professor of creative writing at Princeton University, where colleagues included Toni Morrison and his close friend, Joyce Carol Oates. He was an encyclopaedic reader who absorbed literature worldwide while returning yearly to such favourites as Tolstoy's Anna Karenina and Henry Green's Nothing. 'Among gay writers of his generation, Edmund White has emerged as the most versatile man of letters,' cultural critic Morris Dickstein wrote in The New York Times in 1995. Advertisement 'A cosmopolitan writer with a deep sense of tradition, he has bridged the gap between gay subcultures and a broader literary audience.' In early 1982, just as the public was learning about Aids, White was among the founders of Gay Men's Health Crisis, which advocated Aids prevention and education. The author himself would learn that he was HIV-positive in 1985, and would remember friends afraid to be kissed by him, even on the cheek, and parents who did not want him to touch their babies. White survived, but watched countless peers and loved ones die. Advertisement Out of the seven gay men, including White, who formed the influential writing group the Violet Quill, four died of complications from Aids. As White wrote in his elegiac novel The Farewell Symphony, the story followed a shocking arc: 'Oppressed in the fifties, freed in the sixties, exalted in the seventies and wiped out in the eighties.' But in the 1990s he lived to see gay people granted the right to marry and serve in the military, to see gay-themed books taught in schools and to see gay writers so widely published that they no longer needed to write about gay lives. 'We're in this post-gay period where you can announce to everybody that you yourself are gay, and you can write books in which there are gay characters, but you don't need to write exclusively about that,' he said in a Salon interview in 2009. 'Your characters don't need to inhabit a ghetto any more than you do. A straight writer can write a gay novel and not worry about it, and a gay novelist can write about straight people.' Advertisement In 2019, White received a National Book Award medal for lifetime achievement, an honour previously given to Morrison and Philip Roth among others. 'To go from the most maligned to a highly lauded writer in a half-century is astonishing,' White said during his acceptance speech. White was born in Cincinnati in 1940, but age at seven moved with his mother to the Chicago area after his parents divorced. His father was a civil engineer, his mother a psychologist 'given to rages or fits of weeping'. Trapped in 'the closed, snivelling, resentful world of childhood,' at times suicidal, White was at the same time a 'fierce little autodidact' who sought escape through the stories of others, whether Thomas Mann's Death In Venice or a biography of the dancer Vaslav Nijinsky. 'As a young teenager I looked desperately for things to read that might excite me or assure me I wasn't the only one, that might confirm my identity I was unhappily piecing together,' he wrote in the essay Out Of The Closet, On To The Bookshelf, published in 1991. Even as he secretly wrote a 'coming out' novel while a teenager, he insisted on seeing a therapist and begged to be sent to boarding school. He would interview Tennessee Williams and Truman Capote among others, and, for some assignments, was joined by photographer Robert Mapplethorpe. Socially, he met William S Burroughs, Jasper Johns, Christopher Isherwood and John Ashbery. He remembered drinking espresso with an ambitious singer named Naomi Cohen, whom the world would soon know as 'Mama Cass' of the Mamas and Papas. He feuded with Kramer, Gore Vidal and Susan Sontag, an early supporter who withdrew a blurb for 'A Boy's Own Story' after he caricatured her in the novel Caracole. 'In all my years of therapy I never got to the bottom of my impulse toward treachery, especially toward people who'd helped me and befriended me,' he later wrote. Through much of the 1960s, he was writing novels that were rejected or never finished. Late at night, he would 'dress as a hippie, and head out for the bars'. A favourite stop was the Stonewall and he was in the neighbourhood on the night of June 28 1969, when police raided the Stonewall and 'all hell broke loose.' 'Up until that moment we had all thought homosexuality was a medical term,' wrote White, who soon joined the protests. 'Suddenly we saw that we could be a minority group — with rights, a culture, an agenda.' His works included Skinned Alive: Stories and the novel A Previous Life, in which he turns himself into a fictional character and imagines himself long forgotten after his death. In 2009, he published City Boy, a memoir of New York in the 1960s and 1970s in which he told of his friendships and rivalries and gave the real names of fictional characters from his earlier novels. 'From an early age I had the idea that writing was truth-telling,' he told The Guardian. 'It's on the record. Everybody can see it. Maybe it goes back to the sacred origins of literature – the holy book. 'There's nothing holy about it for me, but it should be serious and it should be totally transparent.'

Cunard celebrates 185th anniversary with new cruises
Cunard is launching 195 new itineraries across its four ships between April 2027 and January 2028, featuring 115 destinations in 32 countries. Six cities will receive maiden calls from Cunard ships, including Charlottetown in Canada, Sorrento in Italy, and La Rochelle in France. The itineraries include visits to 93 UNESCO World Heritage sites, 18 overnight port calls, and 33 late-evening departures. Queen Anne will offer northern lights cruises and a New Year's Eve cruise with evening fireworks in Madeira, while Queen Mary 2 will make a maiden call in Charlottetown and spend Independence Day in Boston. Every leaked Premier League kit for next season including throwback Liverpool shirt and slick Man Utd away strip
IT'S that time of year again. With the 2024-25 season done and dusted, preparations are underway for next term. 22 And one thing on every Premier League club's agenda is the roll out of thier new kits. Some have already been released, while others have been leaked on social media. SunSport has looked at some of the strips we can expect ahead of the 2025-26 campaign. ARSENAL The Gunners have already unveiled their home kit for next season. The traditional red strip has white detailing with a gothic A print blended into the body of the shirt. Unlike the Arsenal home kits of recent years, the new shirt, shorts and socks only include red and white elements, with no blue or gold. Although the club's second and third kits are yet to be officially released, some fans have leaked them online. Arsenal's rumoured away shirt bears similarities to the club's 2021-22 third strip. With a dark and light blue lightning-like pattern, the top has the Gunners' alternative cannon badge in white. There is also some red detailing down the sides and on the sleeves and neckline. Rashford to Inter Milan? Man Utd Star Eyes Shock Serie A Move! Finally, the club's alleged new third shirt is a combination of the 2008-09 and 2009-10 third strips. The white shirt has maroon cannon and Adidas badge with gold detailing on the collar and sleeves. The iconic Adidas stripes along the shoulders are also maroon. 22 CHELSEA The new Chelsea shirt is fairly similar to the 2024-25 edition. It is the traditional Blue colour synonymous with the club and includes a subtle print inspired by the architecture of London. The away kit also bears similarities to this season's. Chelsea's new away strip is the same off-white colour but features eight thin blue and red stripes down the centre. It also includes red and black detailing on the sleeve cuffs. 22 22 LIVERPOOL From the 2025-26 season, Adidas will become Liverpool's kit provider, taking over from Nike. Adidas previously partnered with the Reds from 1985 to 1996 and 2006 to 2012. The new Liverpool home kit is nearly identical to the 2010-11 strip with a classic red and white design. With three iconic Adidas stripes on the shoulders and a thin white line down each side, the shirt has a simple style that will likely be loved by the Premier League champions. The club's new away shirt, meanwhile, is white with red detailing. In contrast to the home strip, the club badge is placed within a red crest. There is also a significant difference in the Liverpool badge on the third shirt. In a throwback to the 1980s, the third kit uses a retro club badge that was introduced 38 years ago. The shield crest was implemented in 1987 and was used for five years until 1992, the year of Liverpool's 100th anniversary. It is now being used on the club's third shirt for the 2025-26 season. The new shirt is green with faint stripes down the front. It also uses the Adidas Originals logo. 22 22 MANCHESTER CITY Manchester City have kept it simple with their 2025-26 home kit. The Sky Blue shirt has elements of white - including a sash-like diagonal strip along the front. However, the alleged away and third kits are very unique. The white away shirt has outlines of City supporters doing the poznan, with a black and red diagonal strip covering the front. Etihad Airways, the club's sponsor, is positioned underneath the club badge as opposed to in the middle of the shirt. Two proposed third shirts have also been leaked, the first being a bright orange with a black and gold strip. The other, however, is completely different to any shirt used in the Premier League before. The grey strip includes a rain drop pattern with the City badge central above the Puma logo. It also has bright green detailing. Fans have been left less than impressed with the proposed new shirt, with one person writing: "It was bad without the rain drops. Then they added the rain drops." While another joked: "Good punishment for the players, over this past season." 22 22 22 MANCHESTER UNITED Manchester United are yet to unveil their home shirt for the 2025-26 season. However, a leak of it has emerged online. The alleged new United home shirt is very similar to the 2023-24 edition with black Adidas stripes on the shoulders. The red strip also appears to have a pattern running down the sleeves. A photo of the Man Utd goalkeeper kit also emerged online in recent weeks. The green strip includes white detailing with the Adidas Originals logo. The United badge has also been placed inside a shield - which is not the case on the home shirt. Man Utd's rumoured away shirt is white with hints of lilac. The traditional crest is replaced by the devil and trident synonymous with the club. And the third shirt is dark blue with yellow writing and detailing 22 22 22 22 NEWCASTLE Newcastle have kept it traditional with their 2025-26 home shirt. As always, the shirt has black and white alternating stripes running vertically down the front. But in a subtle change, there is a touch of blue included on the new edition. The light blue lines run around the neckline, down the sides and on the sleeve cuffs. 22 NOTTINGHAM FOREST The leaked Nottingham Forest home shirt bears a retro look with thin white stripes running vertically down the front. It also has a collar, which has not featured on a Forest shirt since 2012. In addition, the club badge has also been placed in a shield, much like many of the other Adidas kits this season. Meanwhile, the alleged away shirt is white with grey Adidas stripes on the shoulders. It also has a pattern blended into the body of the top. 22 22 TOTTENHAM Europa League winners Tottenham unveiled their 2025-26 home shirt this week. The new strip is fairly different to the style adapted by Spurs in recent years. With navy on the shoulders, the Lilywhite shirt also has elements of grey running down the sides. The Spurs badge is also positioned in the middle of the shirt, above the Nike logo. Meanwhile, Tottenham's away kit has been leaked. The all-black strip has faint lines running horizontally and vertically along the front and the shorts, creating a box pattern. 22
