
A Miami supermarket chain sold a Tuesday Florida Lottery jackpot winner
On a day of Fantasy 5, Cash4Life, Jackpot Triple Play and Mega Millions drawings, a shopper at one of the supermarket chains with Miami roots got jackpot lucky Tuesday.
Friday's Mega Millions drawing will be $112 million after no one hit those numbers. But the Fantasy 5 evening draw numbers of 5, 15, 19, 30 and 35 were on tickets sold at an Alachua Mobil station and a Quick Pick ticket bought at the Milam's Market in Miami Springs, 80 Curtiss Pkwy. The split makes each ticket worth $55,885.

These tickets must be cashed at the Florida Lottery main office in Tallahassee or one of the district offices, which are open 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The closest district office to this is at 14621 Oak Ln. in Miami Lakes, reachable at MIARC@flalottery.com or 305-364-3080. Appointments are available, but aren't required.

The lone jackpot win on a Saturday with Powerball, Florida Lotto, Cash4Life and Fantasy 5 drawings got split between tickets bought at a South Florida Publix and one at an Orlando gas station convenience store. The evening Fantasy 5 numbers of 6, 10, 15, 22 and 36 were on a Quick Pick ticket sold at a Boynton Beach Publix, 6627 Boynton Beach Blvd., and Orlando's OBT Food Mart, a minimart at the Texaco station at 11205 S Orange Blossom Trail. Each ticket is worth $61,596. Lottery player wins $108,000 jackpot at Florida Publix. Where was ticket sold?
A stop at Publix led to a big lottery prize for one lucky winner in Florida. The player hit the Fantasy 5 jackpot, winning $108,935.86 in the evening drawing Thursday, June 12, the Florida Lottery said. The winning ticket, sold at a Publix Supermarket in Port St. Lucie, matched all five numbers and beat odds of 1 in 376,992 to take the top prize, according to the lottery's website. The winning ticket remained unclaimed as of Friday morning, lottery officials said. The Fantasy 5 numbers drawn Thursday evening were 13-16-19-20-30, results show. A ticket sold in Miami also netted a $54,117.32 jackpot in the game's midday drawing that same day. Winners have 180 days to claim prizes on draw games and are encouraged to sign the back of their ticket, the Florida Lottery said. Port St. Lucie is about a 120-mile drive southeast from Orlando.
