During the campaign, residents of Venkatapuram village raised a long-standing issue of drinking water scarcity. Responding swiftly, MLA Sindhura Reddy immediately coordinated with officials and ensured the issue was resolved within just ten minutes, earning praise and gratitude from the villagers.
Addressing the public, MLA Sindhura Reddy emphasized that the coalition government was systematically implementing the promises made in the election manifesto. She announced that under the Annadata Sukhibhava scheme, the first installment would soon be disbursed, with Rs2,000 from the Central PM-Kisan scheme and Rs5,000 from the State government to be credited to farmers' accounts.
She highlighted that under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, the State was progressing with both development and welfare, citing the rapid advancement of key projects like the Amaravati Capital and Polavaram Irrigation Project. She added that Andhra Pradesh was poised to become a model state for the nation upon the completion of these projects.
MLA Sindhura also reiterated her commitment to making the Puttaparthi region green and prosperous by ensuring water supply to 193 lakes and 2 reservoirs through the Handri-Neeva Sujala Sravanthi project, channeling water from Krishna district. She dismissed opposition criticisms, stating that their focus remains on solving people's issues.
Former Minister Palle Raghunatha Reddy, speaking at the event, criticised the YSRCP's previous five-year rule, calling it economically disastrous for the State. He praised CM Chandrababu Naidu's efforts in steering the state towards development and assured that all pre-election promises would be implemented in a phased manner. During the door-to-door campaign, several elderly citizens and widows brought pension issues to the attention of the MLA, while others raised concerns regarding housing. Sindhura Reddy assured that all such grievances would be reviewed and resolved soon to ensure justice for the beneficiaries.
As part of the campaign, the leaders also distributed pamphlets detailing the development works and
welfare schemes achieved in the past year.

Gazetted officers involved in VVIP duty should brief police personnel at the duty point about the sensitivity of their duty. All attendees at the event venue will undergo thorough security screening. Temporary parking facilities have been arranged near the event venue, with checkered plates in place to handle rain. To ensure smooth traffic flow, vehicles will not be allowed to park on roads. A motorcycle squad and additional personnel have been deployed for effective traffic management. Senior officers will be equipped with sufficient ropes for crowd control Traffic officials announced that the Kachhwa-Kapsethi-Babatpur road will be restricted to vehicles carrying the public meeting participants only. Other vehicles will be diverted via Ring Road to Harhua crossing through Rakhauna. To manage the influx, five designated parking zones have been set up for different categories of vehicles.

Modi In Varanasi: From PM-KISAN To Infra, Prime Minister To Unveil Development Projects Worth Rs 2,200 Cr In Uttar Pradesh
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be in his Lok Sabha constituency Varanasi tomorrow where he will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate multiple development projects worth around Rs 2,200 crore at around 11 AM. He will also address the gathering on the occasion. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has already reached the city to review the preparations and will be with the Prime Minister during the day. During the event, Prime Minister modi will release the 20th instalment of PM-KISAN. An amount of more than Rs 20,500 crore will be transferred directly to the bank accounts of over 9.7 crore farmers across the country. With this release, the total disbursement under the scheme since its inception will surpass Rs 3.90 lakh crore. The projects cater to multiple sectors, including infrastructure, education, healthcare, tourism, urban development and cultural heritage aim at achieving holistic urban transformation, cultural rejuvenation, improved connectivity, and enhanced quality of life in Varanasi. Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of several key infrastructure projects. He will inaugurate the widening and strengthening of the Varanasi - Bhadohi road and Chhitauni- Shool Tankeshwar road; and Railway Overbridge at Hardattpur, to ease congestion on the Mohan Sarai - Adalpura Road. He will also lay the foundation stone of a Homoeopathic College and Hospital. Further, he will inaugurate an Animal Birth Control Centre and associated Dog Care Centre. The Prime Minister will inaugurate a synthetic hockey turf at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Sports Stadium. Enhancing facilities for law enforcement personnel, Prime Minister will inaugurate a 300-capacity Multipurpose Hall at Pradeshik Armed Constabulary (PAC) Ramnagar and lay the foundation stone for Quick Response Team (QRT) Barracks. Prime Minister Modi will also inaugurate the registration portal for various events and competitions under the Kashi Sansad Pratiyogita, including Sketching Competition, Painting Competition, Photography Competition, Khel-Kood Pratiyogita, Gyan Pratiyogita, and the Rojgar Mela. Centre blames Jagan govt for modifying crop insurance policy
Vijayawada: Union minister of agriculture and farmers welfare, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, disclosed that non-payment of crop insurance premiums for farmers by previous YSRCP govt led by Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy made the Union govt to modify the 'Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana' policy guidelines. He revealed this in response to a question raised by Rajasthan MP Hanuman Jeniwal in Lok Sabha on Tuesday. Shivraj Singh Chouhan stated that some states announced they would pay the farmer insurance premium themselves. "However, AP didn't contribute their share towards the premium, due to which farmers suffered and couldn't get insurance. Due to this bad experience, the Union govt has modified its policy, and the Centre would be paying its share irrespective of whether the state govt pays or not," the MoAFW said in the lower house of Parliament. Shivraj Singh Chouhan added that insurance would not be denied to farmers if their respective state govts failed to pay the state's share; however, the state govt would be penalised with a 12% interest. Earlier, the crop insurance scheme was run under the name of the National Agricultural Insurance Scheme (NAIS). Later, the BJP-led Prime Minister Narendra Modi's govt changed this scheme and mandated that the farmer claim should be paid in 21 days.
