Carlos Alcaraz, the fiery Spanish sensation who's won five Grand Slam titles by age 22, has been dominating headlines—both on and off the court. But while tennis fans are obsessed with his speed, power, and clay-court wizardry, there's another question on everyone's lips: Is this heartbreak roller-coaster bachelor dating anyone?
'I am single... and looking for someone'
In a refreshing dose of honesty, Carlos recently told The Sunday Times, 'No, I am single. I am looking for someone. It can be difficult as a tennis player to meet the right person because you are traveling all the time'
His tone was shy but genuine—no glamorous celebrity vagueness here, just someone admitting that constant travel and back-to-back tournaments make stable relationships a challenge.
He says it is 'hard to find the person who can share things with you if you're always in different parts of the world.'
Carlos Alcaraz: Rumoured girlfriends
Of course, nothing in the fame universe stays secret for long. Carlos has been loosely linked to three names:
Maria González Giménez: A fellow tennis player from his hometown Murcia, Spain—suggesting a sweet story. Alcaraz once posted an Instagram story featuring him kissing her cheek, captioned 'I miss you,' which sparked wild speculation.
Emma Raducanu: The British sensation showing up in the stands at Wimbledon 2024 raised eyebrows. When asked, he responded playfully, 'She is from here, so I imagine she wanted to come… I'm not sure if she came to see me or the final,' seeming to deflect rumors with both caution and a hint of affection
However, none of the relationships were confirmed by Alcaraz.
There's a solid reason everyone's curious: tennis stars are under the spotlight, and Alcaraz's meteoric rise just adds fuel.
At home in Spain—or lounging during off days—rolls with his family, lives humbly, and tries to stay grounded . But courtside, it's all business: focused, intense, and relentless.
Still, fans love the romantic question. Is the winning jock going to find someone to share courtside love stories? Or is the pursuit of trophies and records enough to fill his world?
He's young (turning 22 in May 2025), chasing major titles, and building a legacy. Not exactly the ideal time to settle down—especially when every week brings a new city, different time zones, and back-to-back tournament bouts.

American Pie star Jason Biggs snorted cocaine from a stranger's trash during drug addiction days: ‘Absolutely insane'

American actor Jason Biggs is shedding light on a deeply personal and harrowing chapter of his life, opening up about the extent of his struggles with drug addiction. Known for his breakout role as a teenager in American Pie, Jason spoke about one of the darkest episodes from his 20s—a period when substance use began to spiral out of control. Speaking on a new episode of Arielle Lorre's Well podcast, the now 47-year-old actor didn't hold back in sharing what he described as one of the 'craziest stories' from his 20s. Alone in his house at 4 a.m. while his wife Jenny Mollen was asleep upstairs, Jason said, 'I was doing cocaine by myself in my house, and I did what I said was the last line.' Hoping to put an end to the binge, he threw the remaining cocaine in the trash. But the decision didn't stick for long. 'Within 15 minutes, as soon as my last bump is wearing off, I'm like, 'What am I doing?' I go into my trash and I take it out and I do a line,' he added. Trying again to stop himself, he moved the bag outside. ''Okay, I'm done,'' he told himself after tossing it into the garbage bin in front of his house. But even after taking an Ambien to sleep, the pull was too strong. 'Before I took the Ambien, I was like, 'One more.' I went outside and I climbed into the trash bin and got the bag of coke and went upstairs and did another line.' It was in that moment that reality hit. 'I was like, 'What the f**k am I doing? This is absolutely insane',' he recalled. The night escalated further. Jason said he got into his car, drove down in Los Angeles, and found a stranger's trash can. He put the cocaine into a discarded coffee cup and threw it away again. But the cycle continued. 'I drove back to the trash can, retrieved the baggie of drugs from the coffee cup, and snorted another line.' He acknowledged how unwilling he was to truly quit: 'I could have easily opened the baggie and dumped it down the toilet, but I didn't. That's too final. I knew I was going to finish that bag the moment I got it, but I kept playing this game with myself. That was very close to rock bottom.' Now years removed from that night, Jason credits his move from Los Angeles to New York as a turning point. 'There's something about the energy of New York that gives me something, that fills me in a way that Los Angeles couldn't. I do believe coming to New York helped me. So, I did fall off the wagon here, but that was seven and a half years ago, and it's been going well.' Jason says he has been sober since 2017, the same year he and Mollen welcomed their second son. In a 2018 Instagram post marking one year of sobriety, he wrote, 'I first tried to get sober over five years ago, when the weight of my obsession with booze and drugs became too heavy for me to handle. Turns out this s**t is hard. After some fits and starts, I've managed to put together one year of sobriety. I'm as proud of it as anything in my life.' His message to others was clear: 'If you're struggling, know there's help. Don't be ashamed. We can do this.'

Shellshocked Jannik Sinner breaks important golden rule during French Open 2025 final defeat to Carlos Alcaraz

Jannik Sinner was shellshocked as Carlos Alcaraz sealed a sensational victory in the French Open 2025 men's singles final, on Sunday at Roland Garros in Paris. Alcaraz showed immense resilience and grit to come back from behind, and stunning the World No. 1. The Spaniard lost the first two sets, and then staged a comeback to win the next three, for a 4-6 6-7 6-4 7-6 7-6 victory hard-fought win. It was also the longest-ever Roland Garros final, which also lasted five hours and 29 minutes. Sinner also showed a different side of his, in the defeat to Alcaraz. The Italian is seen as an ice-cold player, who always keep his calm and composure in tight pressure situations. But against Alcaraz, he was also against a crowd who was against, particulary due to his controversial short doping ban. There was a point in the match, when Sinner even looked like he would break down. Speaking after his fourth round win vs Rublev, Sinner also revealed that he can't always control himself emotionally. 'Absolutely not true,' he said. 'Inside there is a storm going on. Tennis is a very mental game, you try and not show anything to your opponent. When you see your opponent struggling a little, you always try and raise [your game]. I'm someone who tries to watch a lot on the other side, try and understand how my opponent is feeling but again, in the beginning of my career it was a little bit, the storm was outside, not only inside. I'm happy how I handle situations [now],' he added. Meanwhile, after his defeat to Alcaraz, Sinner cheekily said, 'Some time ago, we would have loved to be here. Still an amazing tournament even though it's very, very difficult now, but it's okay. Thanks so much to all the ball kids, you do an amazing job and make life so much easier on court.' He also added, 'Obviously the support has been amazing throughout the couple of weeks. You are amazing. Again, thank you and see you guys next year again.'
