A YOUNG woman who purchased an ex-council house has begged strangers online to help complete her renovation.
Anya Roscoe, from the UK, put down a £15,000 deposit on the rundown house and hopes to turn it into her dream home.

She decided she could do the transformation with just £30,000, but has quickly realised her budget may not be enough.
Taking to social media, Anya said: "£15,000 was spent on the initial deposit and we're about 15k down in renovation funds which officially means we're over halfway through the entire renovation budget.
"Best case scenario, I spend another 10k and the house is completely finished.
"Worst case scenario, I fully run out of money and we have to sell the entire house which I'm gonna make sure doesn't happen."
She hoped to extend her renovation fund by using TikTok, and begged strangers to help her out.
"All that I'm asking is that if you got this far into the video, please interact from the bottom up," she said."
"I mean, I would do that for a stranger if it meant that they would be able to finish their dream house.
"And I know, I'm basically begging for support but I'm just saying, please, help a girly out."
In the video, Anya showed the progress of the renovation and it was far from being finished.
Creators on TikTok can make money through TikTok's creator fund if they have over 10,000 followers, and she had over 500k.

TikTok bosses say: "The funds that each creator can earn are worked out by a combination of factors - including the number of views and the authenticity of those views, the level of engagement on the content, as well as making sure content is in line with our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
No two creators or videos are the same, and there is no limit to the different kinds of content we will support with the fund.
"The Creator Fund total varies daily and is dependent on the amount of videos published by our community that day - so this will fluctuate based on the amount of content being published."
Strangers Help
Anya's plea for help didn't go unnoticed on social media.
The video posted to her TikTok account @anyaroscoe went viral with over 5 million views and 1.2 million likes.
Many took to the comments to share their support and help get her paid.
One person wrote: "Commenting so you get paid."
Another commented: "You're young and you have a house. That's more than what people can say."
"This is awesome! I enjoy watching house renovations!" penned a third.

However, one woman has issued a warning after a priceless item was 'destroyed' by an X-ray scanner. Magdala, @magdalanyc2, shared a video on TikTok about her experience taking her camera through airport security. Sadly, it ended up with the 39 photos she captured ruined by the machine. She captioned the clip: 'PSA airport security x-rays destroy film even in little s**t disposable cameras and you lose everything (39 grained moments but ones you can't get back).' The TikToker revealed in a comment that her carry-on luggage went through the security machine three times. Others commented to share their experiences, while some shared advice. One TikTok user shared a tip to help others avoid getting their film ruined. They said: 'You can ask them to check it manually!! (They know the drill so they agree most of the time).' 'Oh, guess I shouldn't even bother developing my pictures from my last trip then,' one dismayed viewer said, followed by a crying emoji. But Magdala replied with some positive news. She said: 'If it just passed once it could be all good, the more times the more damage. Hope they come through for you just expensive to check.' Magdala also revealed in another comment that her carry-on luggage had gone through the scanner 'like three times'. But she advised that checked baggage scanners were even more risky for film cameras. She added: 'Checked is apparently an even stronger one so your best bet is to ask them to hand check it. 'I have one that was blank when it recently went through as a carry on just once and nothing was damaged!' It comes as someone else revealed passengers should look out for a 'growing' luggage tag scam as they make their way through airports. An airport worker, who claimed to be a baggage claims manager for American airline company Delta, warned about the new trick on Reddit. 'I just wanted to let everyone know to please start discarding your bag tags at home,' they urged in a post on the forum website. They alleged people were using tags thrown away in the airport to make 'fraudulent claims' with the information on them.
