Car Deal of the Day: Fiat 600e offers high-mileage EV drivers 12,000 miles a year for just £342 a month
Retro design
254-mile range;
12,000 miles a year for £342.03 a month
Love the retro flair of the Fiat 500e but feel it's a bit too small on the inside? The 600e is its bigger brother, combining similar levels of panache with a welcome dose of practicality. But, despite its larger size, you can get one for a remarkably small price even if you're a high mileage driver. Advertisement - Article continues below
If you scour the Auto Express Find a Car service, you'll find that Pink Car Leasing is offering the fashionable Fiat for £342.03 a month. Not the most eye-catching price, admittedly, but this deal isn't for the 5,000-mile limit we usually feature. You get a whopping 12,000 miles a year.
That gives fantastic flexibility for higher mileage drivers who don't want to be stung for travelling further during their lease agreements.
This is a 48-month deal which requires £4,104.31 to be put down as an initial payment – not the cheapest but remember this is a 12,000-miles-a-year deal.
The package gets you a 600e in 'Red' trim – that's the name of it, although it does also come painted in a vibrant shade of red as standard.
Also included is climate control, rear parking sensors, LED headlights, a digital instrument display and a 10.25-inch infotainment screen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Fiat also throws in a heat pump to improve efficiency during the winter.
The 600e shares a lot of its components with the likes of the Peugeot E-2008 and Vauxhall Mokka Electric, so under the cutesy styling lies a 54kWh battery pack which gives a claimed 254 miles of range.
A 154bhp electric motor gives keen performance, while supple suspension gives a cosseting and refined driving experience.
The Car Deal of the Day selections we make are taken from our own Auto Express Find A Car deals service, which includes the best current offers from car dealers and leasing companies around the UK. Morrison shoppers are rushing to buy three new chocolate flavours of popular coffee drink
SHOPPERS have been rushing to get their hands on three new chocolate flavours of a popular coffee drink. Eagle eyed customers spotted the new flavours on shelves in Morrisons. 2 2 The three items were flagged to coffee enthusiasts on the popular Facebook page Newfoodsuk. These Nescafe new coffee drink flavours are now available in stores. Mint chocolate lovers will be delighted to see an Aero Peppermint Mocha flavour in the mix, which can be spotted with green packaging. Another is a "green triangle" mocha flavour - branded alongside Quality Street. Vanilla cookie dough latte is also among the new flavours available. The 250g cans sell at Morrisons for £3.50 each. They are suitable for vegetarians. Facebook users were quick to note the new flavours, with some speculating which would be their favourites. One user commented: "Not sure about this. "Coffee should be coffee and the only exception is a mocha hut none of these mixed flavours." 'Father of Nutella' dies on Valentine's Day aged 97 after helping to create world-famous hazelnut spread Another said: "I'd love the vanilla one. "But I don't like Mocha. Something different to have." It is not the only chocolatey treat on Morrisons' shelves right now. The retailer is selling a giant Toblerone bar that weighs 4.5kg in time for Father's Day. It will be available until Sunday June 15. NEW CHOCOLATE PRODUCTS It comes as Cadbury is launching a new Dairy Milk flavour bar in the UK this month - Dairy Milk Iced Latte. The new bar combines classic Dairy Milk chocolate with a creamy coffee filling and crunchy biscuit pieces. Four limited edition bars have also been introduced, with packaging that changes based on the temperature. The chocolate maker also recently teased the launch of a new Cadbury White Dipped Twirl bar. Details on the new limited edition flavour are thin, although some smaller online retailers are selling it from 99p. Lidl shoppers have been going wild for a new Dubai-style pistachio spread landing on shelves. The Della Sante chocolate cream spread combines the flavours of the insanely popular chocolate but in spreadable form. The pots cost £4.99 or £3.99 for Lidl Plus members. How to save money on chocolate We all love a bit of chocolate from now and then, but you don't have to break the bank buying your favourite bar. Consumer reporter Sam Walker reveals how to cut costs... Go own brand - if you're not too fussed about flavour and just want to supplant your chocolate cravings, you'll save by going for the supermarket's own brand bars. Shop around - if you've spotted your favourite variety at the supermarket, make sure you check if it's cheaper elsewhere. Websites like let you compare prices on products across all the major chains to see if you're getting the best deal. Look out for yellow stickers - supermarket staff put yellow, and sometimes orange and red, stickers on to products to show they've been reduced. They usually do this if the product is coming to the end of its best-before date or the packaging is slightly damaged. Buy bigger bars - most of the time, but not always, chocolate is cheaper per 100g the larger the bar. So if you've got the appetite, and you were going to buy a hefty amount of chocolate anyway, you might as well go bigger.

Inside Pink Floyd star's super car collection worth £200million including rare Ferrari and motor from Steve McQueen film
A ROCK legend boasts a supercar collection to die for that includes a rare Ferrari and a motor from a Steve McQueen film. The Pink Floyd star also owns the world's most expensive motor worth a staggering £40 million. 5 5 5 Legendary drummer, Nick Mason, and his wife Anette showed off the impressive collection ahead of opening up the gardens of his 18th century home to visitors this weekend. A rare 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO took pride of place among the collection as its one of only 36 ever built. It's understood Mason paid £37k for it back in 1978 but it is estimated to be worth over £40 million today. The car finished third in the 1962 Le Mans 24 Hours race before he bought it and has never been restored. His fleet of rare Ferraris also includes the 512S which featured in the making of Steve McQueen's Le Mans before it was badly damaged by fire and then completely restored. Others on display included an F40, a GTB/4 Daytona, 1953 Ferrari 250MM, and a LaFerrari hybrid. It is estimated there are 40 sports cars in his garage worth a total of around £200 million. Other rare vehicles include a 1901 Panhard 5-liter, a 1927 Bugatti Type 35B, a 1957 Maserati 250F, a Birdcage Maserati, a 1955 Jaguar D-Type and a 1996 McLaren F1 GTR. He also owns several Aston Martins including an Ulster, and an LM17, LM18 and LM21. Mason hosted the Middlewick House Open Garden this weekend that saw thousands attend and admire his stunning collection of vehicles. The annual event in Corsham, Wiltshire, is a favourite among car aficionados and owners of Jaguars, Ferraris, Aston Martins, and more, who bring their vehicles to complement Mr Mason's collection. Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust, one of the charities that benefit from the event, described it as a "Mecca for car clubs and owners of Jaguars, Ferraris, Aston Martins, Lotus, Maclarens, Bugattis and Porsches." The event's other beneficiary, Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance, said more than 10,000 tickets have already been sold for the open garden and the attendance record is expected to be smashed this year. Last year, more than 11,000 people attended, raising a whopping £124,000 for charity. As well as the extensive car collection, guests were also able to view the air ambulance's Bell 429 helicopter with its operation aircrew due to be on-site to give people a closer look. The event also featured stalls manned by local artisans and food vendors, as well as live music, children's activities, and a play area. The event's website said: "Wander around the beautiful gardens and menagerie of animals, as well as seeing a selection of Pink Floyd drummer Nick Mason's classic and high performance cars. "The family-friendly weekend includes plenty of stalls to browse, with lots of items for sale, including jewellery, plants, candles, and art." And if you haven't had enough of car collections, F1 star Lando Norris lifted the lid on his luxury car collection last month. It includes an ultra-rare £2 million Lamborghini and iconic £1 million Ferrari. 5 5

Noel Gallagher's ‘excellent condition' 1990s super saloon up for sale for eye-watering seven-figure price
A BEEFY super saloon that once belonged to Noel Gallagher has recently hit the market - for a supersonic sum of £1.2million. A gorgeous Bentley Turbo R was listed on Auto Trader, having once been the pride of joy of the Don't Look Back in Anger singer. 3 3 3 The four-door saloon, which was first registered in 1997, was owned by Gallagher despite the fact he couldn't drive it. The Turbo R - with the 'R" standing for "roadholding" - boasts a 6.8-litre V8 engine and is good for 0-60mph under seven seconds, as well as a top speed of 143mph. Not only built for speed, the Bentley boasts all the trimmings you'd expect from a luxury set of wheels of its time - featuring a cream leather interior, complemented by a wood trim. Described as being in both "excellent condition" and "surprisingly reliable", the Turbo R has clocked some 100,000 miles in its 28-year life. The snazzy motor also has the number plate 'OASI6 2', in reference to the Britpop band, which is set to reunite to play a run of gigs this year in the UK and Ireland. This includes shows at Manchester's Heaton Park, London's Wembley Stadium, and Edinburgh's Murrayfield Stadium, throughout July, August and September. The reunion made history, with more than 10million fans trying to get their hands on the British shows alone. Every performance, including those in the US, South America and Australia, sold out within minutes of going on sale. Famously, the Manchester-born musician has never passed his driving test - but seemingly hasn't stopped him owning or, indeed, driving cars. In 2023, he was handed six penalty points and ordered to pay a court £1,000 for failing to tell police who was driving his Range Rover - which was clocked speeding at 41mph on a 30mph stretch of the A40 in Edgware Road, West London. Speaking about the Bentley's sale, Erin Baker, editorial director at Auto Trader, said: 'Cars listed by music legends don't come around very often, and Noel Gallagher's Bentley Turbo R is certainly one for the Auto Trader history books." Auto Trader's Catherine King recently spoke to Sun Motors with advice on the best second-hand convertibles drivers can pick up at a pinch in time for the summer sun. Naturally, their picks included the evergreen Mazda MX-5 - dubbed the poster child for convertible cars.
