Musician 'emotional' after arriving at Glastonbury following 650-mile bike ride
Jack Cullen, who lives in north-west London, embarked on the cycling trip from Edinburgh to the famous festival with his childhood friend George 'GK' Kershaw, 33, on May 30.
He told the PA news agency: 'It feels amazing and somewhat emotional in a way.

'I think these things are always, you forget what you're doing during it, and then you realise 'Oh, we've just been doing this for the last month, and now we're here'.
'And it's kind of as simple as that. So it feels, overall, it just feels really, really, really good.'
Cullen, 30, said the pair have faced 'horrendous wind and rain' in the past month but joked that his Birkenstocks have held up.
Along the route, which took him through areas including the Lake District, Manchester and Liverpool, he performed in quirky venues, including a sauna, and also held an intimate gig for one of his most loyal fans.
He told PA: 'We went over to Liverpool, played a little gig, to one fan in particular actually, who always comes to my shows, drives down from Liverpool to London.
'So I cycled four hours to go meet him and play him some of the new tunes face to face. So that was a really, really special one.'
While in the Lake District he shot a music video for his new single with RCA Records, All I Need, and said he almost lost a drone and had to hike up a mountain 'for a few hours' to retrieve it.

Cullen's friend did not have a ticket for the festival when they set off, but the singer-songwriter says he has now gained entry with the stipulation he must 'do a few bits of work'.
Before he embarked on a career in music, Cullen was a professional rugby player and represented Ireland in the U20 World Cup and Six Nations.
In 2016, a series of injuries, such as damaging his shoulder and tearing his anterior cruciate ligament, left him bedbound, which is when he picked up his guitar and began writing music.
Over time, Cullen began playing his music across the UK and built a fanbase, culminating in more than 20,000 followers on TikTok.
He is scheduled to perform at Glastonbury Festival on June 29 at 2.50pm on the Wishing Well stage.

Filming took place across multiple races over the last two seasons, and F1 chiefs hope the movie will follow the popularity of Netflix's Drive To Survive series in cracking America. The film premiered in New York last Monday and Hamilton was in Times Square along with the majority of the grid's drivers and cast. He continued: 'When you are reading the script it is hard to see how it will play out, but then to be at the premiere in the middle of Times Square and having Brad up on the screen with a Formula One car and the F1 logo, I was like, 'holy crap, this is absolutely insane'. 'That experience was great and for me a moment I will never forget. 'I had seen the film so many times on my laptop, watching every different section for so long and making comments as we edited and improved it, and I was like, 'I have seen it already so I am going to leave and go to dinner', but I decided to stay and to see everyone's reaction after it finished was one of the coolest things and really special.'

San Francisco bookstore stops selling J.K. Rowling titles due to 'Harry Potter' author's anti-trans views
A bookstore in San Francisco announced earlier this month that it will no longer sell titles by J.K. Rowling, including her popular 'Harry Potter' series, due to the author's anti-transgender views and advocacy. Booksmith, which opened in 1976 and is in the city's Haight-Ashbury neighborhood, said the final straw came last month, when Rowling announced on social media that she would use her personal wealth to fund the J.K. Rowling Women's Fund, which describes itself as a legal fund to support 'individuals and organisations fighting to retain women's sex-based rights in the workplace, in public life, and in protected female spaces.' On Monday, Booksmith provided a list on its website of fantasy books similar to the 'Harry Potter' series for readers who are interested in alternatives, sparking some backlash and a debate about whether bookstores should make decisions about which books their customers can access. 'So you're going to curate your selections to only sell books by authors that you agree with politically,' one commenter wrote on social media. 'Good to know. I'll be shopping elsewhere.' Booksmith responded: 'There are plenty of books we carry that we don't 'agree' with, but in this case, it's not politics at all. When the author of a book states that all sales of those books will contribute to an anti-trans fund, the only way we can choose not to participate is by not selling the books any longer. It's no different than when we encourage you to buy your books in indies rather than purchase them on Amazon. It stands in direct opposition to everything we believe in and that we have tried to uphold in our nearly 50 years of selling books. If you want to read the HP books, we implore you to buy them used locally, where the money stays in the community you love.' And Ricky Wilson admits his last visit in 2023 saw him holding hands with an A-list actor while caught up in the moment. 6 6 In an exclusive chat at Bizarre HQ before he opens the Pyramid Stage on Saturday afternoon with the Kaiser Chiefs, he explains: 'I stood in the crowd watching Elton John and then I noticed Andrew Garfield was next to me. 'When Your Song started, our hands happened to brush past each other. I said to Andrew, 'Shall we?'. He nodded and we just held hands. He won't deny it if you ask him.' It wasn't the only strange thing to happen to Ricky at that Glasto, as he recalls: 'I dressed up as Elvis Presley — the full jumpsuit, everything. I was supposed to be doing some songs in Block9 but I got there and didn't bother. 'I was with Leigh Francis and we ended up going to Glastonbury-on-Sea instead and we did the bingo calling twice.' This year, Ricky is heading down with his wife Grace, and the couple have booked into a posh hotel close to the site before his performance. He's already lined up their must-see acts including Pulp, who are playing a secret set on Saturday under the pseudonym Patchwork. 'I've never met Jarvis Cocker but I don't want to because I'd regret anything I said,' says Ricky. 'Then you've got the double header with The Libertines and Rod Stewart on Sunday. Those are Grace's two favourites and I've introduced her to them both.' Ricky's return to the Pyramid Stage comes 20 years after the Kaisers first played there in 2005 following the release of their breakthrough album Employment. 'I didn't really appreciate the magnitude of playing there,' Ricky says. 'We were playing so many shows, I was just taking it in my stride. We'd just released Employment and we'd be playing to 200 people in Italy, then 1,000 people in America. 'Then we got back to the UK and we didn't realise how big it had got here until we arrived at Glastonbury and the crowd was mental. Everyone knew the words to our songs. It blew us away.'
