He revealed, 'It's layered, it has emotion, it has scale, everything you find in the world, you will find in Mahabharat.'

The big plan for 'Mahabharat'
Aamir had also talked to 'The Hollywood Reporter' about how big this project will be. He said, 'That's one of my biggest ambitions,' and that just writing the story will take years. When asked if he will act in it, he said, 'We'll see who we should cast based on who's appropriate for which part.' This means he might not play a role himself but will choose the best actors for the story.
When asked if he would be directing the big film, Aamir said that 'Mahabharat' is a story that can't be told all at once. While it's too early to say if he will be the director, he shared that the story will be made across several films. So, to complete it within a set time, they will need more than one director.
