Kris Jenner shares truth behind her facelift after Kylie's boob job admission
Kris Jenner has thanked a surgeon for giving her her first facelift over a decade ago, after daughter Kylie Jenner opened up about the boob job she had in 2018
After years of trying to claim the results of surgical procedures came from clever lighting, lip liners and laxative teas, the Kar-Jenners are finally being honest about going under the knife. Fresh from daughter Kylie Jenner revealing all about her boob job, Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner, 69, has fessed up to having a facelift.
Kylie, 27, recently candidly replied to a fan's question about her breast implants on TikTok - confirming the exact details of her surgery and the doctor who carried out the procedure.
A TikTok user named Rachel expressed her admiration for Kylie's 'most perfect, natural looking boob job ever', seeking specific details as inspiration for her own surgery. Trailing off with an eager plea, she asked Kylie: "Girl, please. Can you just tell us? Can you just tell me what it is that you asked for when you had your boobs done."
In a surprising move, Kylie didn't shrink from sharing the precise details of her surgery, replying to the video with openness and specifics. She informed her curious follower: "445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle! ! ! ! ! silicone! ! ! garth fisher! ! ! hope this helps lol.."
Thrilled with Kylie's online endorsement, Dr Fisher took to Instagram on Thursday to thank the mum-of-two for the shout out. "I'm honoured to be acknowledged by Kylie—her kind words were unexpected but truly appreciated," the doctor wrote to his followers.
He continued: "Patient confidentiality has always been the foundation of my practice. Over 3 decades, we've never had a single breach. My entire team is thoroughly trained and bound by strict NDAs and confidentiality agreements. This is more than policy—it's our culture."
He went on to reference HIPAA (patient privacy) laws and why he will never discuss a client's procedures without their permission, adding: "Every patient is unique. This isn't 'cookbook' surgery—it's thoughtful, personalised care."
In the comment section, Kris was quick to gush over the doctor and thank him for his past work on her body amid buzz surrounding her new rumoured facelift. "Garth you are such a superstar class act," the momanger told the surgeon.
"You did my first facelift in 2011… 14 years ago!!! and made it the most amazing experience ever and even gave us access to film so that others could get a peek inside what it's like and not be afraid… you have taken great care of us always and remain such a close and treasured friend!! Such an incredible talent!!"
Kris and Kylie's new candidness about their surgeries is a far cry from the days the Kar-Jenner clan would lie about how they achieved their looks - with Kylie famously claiming her plump pout was due to cleverly applied liner rather than the filler injected into her lips.
After fessing up to loving lip filler, Kylie has since denied ever having any facial plastic surgery, insisting that she has not resorted to fillers or Botox for her face.
"I'm not against plastic surgery but as of now, I only have fillers. Like I've said before, it has always been a huge insecurity of mine and I wanted to make a change," she firmly stated in a previous post on her platform.

Simon Gregson's character Steve McDonald, Tony Maudsley's George Shuttleworth, and Eileen's son Todd, played by Gareth Pierce, all said goodbye to the matriarch before drivers from the local taxi firm honked their horns as she was driven off. In an Instagram post, Cleaver said: 'Well… that's a wrap. 25 years of laughs, tears, costumes, chaos — and one unforgettable journey. A post shared by Sue Cleaver (@officialsuecleaver) 'I'll miss this character like crazy, but what a ride it's been. Thank you for every moment.' Meghan Markle shares video of her, Prince Harry and their kids at Disneyland
Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, continues to share sweet snippets of her family life with husband Prince Harry and their two kids, Archie and Lilibet. In her latest Instagram post, the former Meghan Markle shared a video collage filled with photos of their trip to Disneyland for their daughter's fourth birthday. 'Thank you @disneyland for giving our family two days of pure joy!' Meghan captioned her post Friday. The video, set to Peggy Lee's 'It's a Good Day,' shows Lilbet and Archie meeting Elsa and Anna from 'Frozen.' In all the pictures she included of their little ones, their faces are obscured or covered with a heart. The recap of their trip to the Happiest Place on Earth also includes the family on rides like Tiana's Bayou Adventure, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, the Cars Land ride and many more. There's also a silly photo of Meghan and Harry screaming while on Space Mountain. The two are sitting front row with their mouths wide open — yet appearing like they're having fun. And the festivities continued for the family of four. Meghan also shows Lilibet's 'Little Mermaid' birthday cake, their Mickey and Minnie stuffed dolls, the corn dogs and pickles they munched on during their trip and several other family photos from the park. Among the cutest is one of all four posing together, in which Lilibet is barefoot and in a pink dress with bows. The latest look into Meghan's personal home life comes after she celebrated her daughter's birthday on June 4. The former 'Suits' star shared a number of photos of her little girl from when she was born to their most recent adventures together. There were also snaps of Harry and his 'favorite adventurer' holding hands. 'Happy birthday to our beautiful girl! Four years ago today she came into our lives — and each day is brighter and better because of it. Thanks to all of those sending love and celebrating her special day!' Meghan wrote in her first post. Additionally, she also posted a never-before-seen video of when she was pregnant with Lilibet and dancing with Harry at the hospital in hopes to induce labor. 'Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn't work — there was only one thing left to do!' she captioned the fun and rare video of them. Meghan returned to Instagram on Jan. 1 after leaving the platform in early 2018 during her highly publicized engagement to Harry. Among her posts include family photos, outings and news about her podcast, Netflix projects and more.
