The immersive experience will take visitors on a journey through the forest brought to life by light, music, and storytelling.
Luminara is billed as "a timely reminder that nature and innovation can thrive in unison when we reconnect with the world around us, especially by stepping outside and immersing ourselves in places that inspire and restore".

The creative team for the sound and light show, which draws over 85,000 visitors each year, have spent several months developing what they say will be a "significant technological showstopper".
For the first time in the event's history, the whole audience will become part of a unifying immersive experience that will connect them, no matter where they are on the light trail.
Commenting on the technological plan, Creative Director Karen Falconer said: 'This is by far the most technologically complex and wide-ranging immersive experience we have ever tried to create. It will bring together all installations throughout the site, fused together with sound and light, to create a moment in time that is shared by all.
"In the natural setting of a forest the size of Faskally Wood, this is no small feat, but we're up for the challenge of showing how nature and technology can combine to create wonder and amazement. Our sound and lighting teams are extremely excited about bringing this moment to life in what will be a first for any show of this kind in Scotland.'
Enchanted Forest (Image: Faskally Woods) Nela Popovic, CEO of The Enchanted Forest Community Trust, said: 'We're incredibly excited to launch this year's show and our creative team have been working extremely hard to create a show that is both unique and ground-breaking. Luminara is already promising to be a visually stunning and thought-provoking experience that visitors of all ages will be able to connect with.
'We are, once again, pushing the boundaries of technological capability in a way that will celebrate the beauty of Faskally Wood. We are shining a light on the powerful idea that nature and technology can exist side by side through a living network that connects trees, plants and energy in the same way that data flows through the internet.
"Luminara reminds us that technology does not replace nature; no matter how far we stride into the future, nature is never left behind. We look forward to welcoming visitors to another unforgettable autumn.'
Tickets for the 2025 show will go on sale at 10am on Friday, June 20, the eve of the Summer Solstice. To book, visit: www.enchantedforest.org.uk.

Enchanted Forest: All we know about Perthshire light show as 2025 theme revealed

The Enchanted Forest is one of Perthshire's most popular events – and returns once again this autumn. The event near Pitlochry attracts thousands of people every year. As details of this year's theme and ticket plans are revealed, we look at all we know so far about the 2025 event. The Enchanted Forest runs daily from October 2 to November 2. The Enchanted Forest is held at Faskally Wood, near Pitlochry. This year's theme is Luminara, which organisers describe as a 'celebration of the unseen connections between nature and technology'. Visitors are promised an immersive experience on their journey through the forest, with light, music and storytelling. Creative director Karen Falconer said: 'This is by far the most technologically complex and wide-ranging immersive experience we have ever tried to create. 'It will bring together all installations throughout the site, fused together with sound and light, to create a moment in time that is shared by all. 'In the natural setting of a forest the size of Faskally Wood, this is no small feat, but we're up for the challenge of showing how nature and technology can combine to create wonder and amazement. 'Our sound and lighting teams are extremely excited about bringing this moment to life in what will be a first for any show of this kind in Scotland.' Tickets for this year's Enchanted Forest go on sale from 10am on Friday June 20 via the event's website. No parking is available on site at Faskally Wood, so shuttle travel is included in the ticket price. Those travelling to Pitlochry by car are advised to leave extra time to find parking in town. There are many signposted public car parks in Pitlochry, and parking on the street is free in the evening. Due to limited space, disabled parking on site is reserved for wheelchair users only. Shuttle buses run from Fisher's Hotel on Atholl Road, not far from the railway station. Several bus firms, including Stagecoach, Megabus, Citylink and Flixbus, run services to Pitlochry. A range of stalls will be on offer at the event. However, details of this year's food and drink offering are yet to be revealed.

Inside the luxury 794ft superyacht 'sea hotel'

By An incredible luxury superyacht 'sea hotel' has just completed its sea trials ahead of its first ever voyage this summer. The third of The Ritz-Carlton brand superyachts to hit the water, the Luminara will leave on its maiden voyage on July 3. It's set to be the biggest of the collection's yachts and can carry 452 passengers across 10 decks. The luxurious Luminara has two swimming pools onboard, including an infinity pool on deck five and a main pool on the top deck. Meanwhile, the yacht's extensive marina area is the height of indulgence with a terrace, beach zone and floating lounge, with a central pool offering direct sea access. Luminara will also have a Ritz-Carlton spa, a fitness studio and a boutique selling high-end sportswear and designer apparel. The yacht's maiden voyage will last a week, transporting guests on a lavish cruise from Monte Carlo to Rome. Of course, this kind of luxury experience doesn't come cheap. Guests in the most lavish of the yacht's suites can expect to pay up to $78,377/£58,032 for the week-long trip. The Luminara Suite offers breathtaking ocean views from floor-to-ceiling cabin windows. Those lucky enough to travel in the luxurious suite will have a private terrace with a personal hot tub as well as a spacious living and dining area. The suite also boasts a king-sized bed, a double-vanity bathroom and round-the-clock in-suite dining. Guests will also have the option of dining at one of the yacht's five gourmet restaurants or sipping a cocktail at one of seven elegant bars. Luminara follows the launch of Evrima and Ilma, the other two superyachts that are part of The Ritz-Carlton collection. Ernesto Fara, president of the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, said: 'With Luminara, we've raised the bar once again, uniting legendary service, elevated design, and an extraordinary onboard experience to further define our distinct approach to ultra-luxury travel at sea. 'This remarkable superyacht opens the door to new destinations and deeper guest experiences, reinforcing our commitment to thoughtful exploration and continuous innovation across the fleet.' Evrima was the first of the company's yachts to launch in 2020 and has capacity for 298 guests.
