In an interview with Zoom, Shilpa shared her special moment while shooting in Shimla with Ajay Devgn. She said, 'I have very fond memories of Ajay. He's such a prankster! We were in Shimla for a shoot, and my dad was with me. Suddenly, in the middle of the night, there was a knock on the door. I asked, 'Who is it?' and heard, 'It's a ghost!' Everyone was running around in white sheets! Ajay had told everyone there was a ghost in the hotel. The entire place was panicking—it was absolute chaos but also hilarious. That's just Ajay!" Shilpa and Ajay worked on Tera Mera Saath Rahen which released in 2001.
In the same interview, she spoke about her brother-in-law Mahesh Babu. Shilpa mentioned that for them, he is not a star but just a member of the family. Acting is just a job they do; back at home it is about being together. She added, 'Mahesh, my brother-in-law, is one of the finest human beings I know. He stands by his family like a rock. He's doing exceptionally well in his own industry, and we're all so proud of him."
Shilpa Shirodkar gained prominence in showbiz recently again after her stint in Bigg Boss 18. She was eliminated days before the finale, and her friend Karan Veer Mehra won the trophy. Shilpa is about to return to the big screen. She will star alongside Sudheer Babu, Sonakshi Sinha, Rain Anjali, and Divya Vij in Venkat Kalyan's Jatadhara. Tourism Minister pays rich tributes to NTR
Minister for Tourism, Culture, and Cinematography Kandula Durgesh paid rich tributes to legendary actor and former Chief Minister of the undivided Andhra Pradesh Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR). Speaking at a programme organised by the X-Ray Literary and Cultural Service Organisation to present NTR Memorial Awards commemorating the NTR's birth anniversary, in Vijayawada on Saturday night, the Minister said NTR was a cultural icon, who not only transformed Telugu cinema but also ushered in a new era of welfare governance in the State. 'NTR was not merely a film star, he was a people's leader who brought revolutionary schemes and global recognition to Telugu pride,' he said.
