Shilpa Shirodkar Says ‘Finest Human' Mahesh Babu Stands By His Family Like A Rock

Shilpa Shirodkar mentioned how Ajay Devgn scared everyone with ghost stories while the crew stayed in a hotel in Shimla.
Shilpa Shirodkar was a sought-after actress back in the 90s. She worked with many popular actors back in the day. In a candid interview, she recounted her working experience with Ajay Devgn. Shilpa described him as a prankster on set and recalled a fun anecdote. She spoke openly about her brother-in-law Mahesh Babu, describing him as one of the greatest human beings she knows.
In an interview with Zoom, Shilpa shared her special moment while shooting in Shimla with Ajay Devgn. She said, 'I have very fond memories of Ajay. He's such a prankster! We were in Shimla for a shoot, and my dad was with me. Suddenly, in the middle of the night, there was a knock on the door. I asked, 'Who is it?' and heard, 'It's a ghost!' Everyone was running around in white sheets! Ajay had told everyone there was a ghost in the hotel. The entire place was panicking—it was absolute chaos but also hilarious. That's just Ajay!" Shilpa and Ajay worked on Tera Mera Saath Rahen which released in 2001.
In the same interview, she spoke about her brother-in-law Mahesh Babu. Shilpa mentioned that for them, he is not a star but just a member of the family. Acting is just a job they do; back at home it is about being together. She added, 'Mahesh, my brother-in-law, is one of the finest human beings I know. He stands by his family like a rock. He's doing exceptionally well in his own industry, and we're all so proud of him."
Shilpa Shirodkar gained prominence in showbiz recently again after her stint in Bigg Boss 18. She was eliminated days before the finale, and her friend Karan Veer Mehra won the trophy. Shilpa is about to return to the big screen. She will star alongside Sudheer Babu, Sonakshi Sinha, Rain Anjali, and Divya Vij in Venkat Kalyan's Jatadhara. The film is billed as a supernatural fantasy thriller, and it also marks Sonakshi's Telugu debut. It is produced by Prerna Arora, Shivin Narang, Aruna Agarwal, Akshay Kejriwal and Kussum Arora.
