According to a report by Maharashtra Times, Vikram Gaikwad's final rites will be conducted at the Shivaji Park Crematorium in Dadar, Mumbai, around 4:30 PM on May 10. The cause of his death has not been revealed yet.
Vikram's established himself as a master of makeup artist with his first film Sardar. Later, he showcased him impressive artistry in several Hindi blockbusters like Panipat, Bell Bottom, Uri: The Surgical Strike, Blackmail, Dangal, PK, Super 30, Kedarnath, Thugs of Hindostan, and The Legend of Bhagat Singh.
Whereas in Marathi cinema, he made an unforgettable impact with his work in films like Balgandharva, Ani… Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar, Lokmanya, Katyar Kaljat Ghusali, Fatteshikast, Pawankhind, and Sher Shivraj. Beyond films, his work was equally revered in the world of theatre, where he worked on the makeup for Janata Raja, the renowned stage production based on the life of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

Rs 14.7 crore has been designated for constructing the main entrance, installing 300kv solar panels, and developing a temple within the premises. The post-production unit construction received Rs 11.2 crore, while Rs 9.2 crore was allocated for advanced machinery and facilities. Additionally, Rs 6.6 crore was approved for establishing a screening theatre.
