Dubai Chambers Opens First Overseas Office with Launch of Dubai Hub London
The hub serves as a one-stop platform offering integrated government and private sector services, and marks a key milestone in the emirate's strategy to reinforce its position as a global business capital.
The initiative is in line with the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) and the vision of the leadership to simplify business processes for international investors. Located in London, a major global financial centre, the hub will facilitate smoother access to Dubai's business ecosystem for UK-based investors, entrepreneurs, and companies.
Supervised by Dubai Chambers and operated by Al Burj Holding as an official government service outsourcing centre, Dubai Hub London is a licensed platform offering a wide range of government services. In its initial phase, the hub will host representatives from: Dubai Land Department (property valuation, data modification, map issuance)
(property valuation, data modification, map issuance) Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (trade name reservations, business licensing services)
(trade name reservations, business licensing services) General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs
Dubai Courts (contract attestation, legal translation, signature verification, declaration services)
The centre will also offer real estate advisory and support through partnerships with Dubai's leading property developers, helping UK investors explore Dubai's real estate opportunities with ease.
Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, stated: 'The launch of Dubai Hub London reinforces our efforts to support foreign investors, build global bridges, and streamline access to Dubai's business environment. This move reflects our leadership's unwavering focus on making Dubai the easiest place to do business from anywhere in the world.'
London was selected for the first Dubai Hub due to its global investor reach and strategic influence. Future phases will expand services and potentially open additional hubs in other global cities.
Dubai's ranking as the world's top FDI destination for the fourth consecutive year in 2024 underlines its continuing appeal to global investors, supported by a robust regulatory environment, strategic geographic position, and world-class infrastructure.
