
Muted Debut! Travel Food Services shares list at ₹1,125 on NSE, up just 2.27% from IPO price
The initial public offering (IPO), with a total issue size of ₹ 2000 crore, was open for bidding from July 7 to July 9. The offering received a decent overall response from investors, closing with a subscription of 3.03 times.
During the three-day subscription window, the IPO garnered bids for 3.86 crore shares against the 1.27 crore shares available. The retail investor category was subscribed 0.73 times while the non-institutional investor (NII) segment witnessed 1.67 times subscription. Meanwhile, the qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion was bid the most, 8.10 times. Moreover, the employee quota was booked 1.81 times in the 3 days of bidding.
The IPO is entirely an offer for sale of 1.8 crore shares with no fresh issue of shares. The IPO has a lot size of 13 shares, with the minimum investment for a retail individual investor set at ₹ 14,300. Additionally, the issue includes a reservation of up to 40,382 shares for employees offered at a discount of ₹ 104.00 to the issue price.
The company will not benefit financially from the Offer, as the entire proceeds will be directed to the Promoter Selling Shareholder.
Travel Food Services successfully raised ₹ 598.80 crore from anchor investors on Friday, July 4, 2025, ahead of its IPO.
Kotak Mahindra Capital is the book-running lead manager of the IPO, while MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Link Intime) is its registrar.
Travel Food Services Limited, established in 2007, is a prominent player in India's airport-based food and beverage sector. The company operates in the quick service restaurant (Travel QSR) and airport lounge segments, offering a comprehensive portfolio of food and hospitality solutions tailored for travelers.
As of June 30, 2024, the company manages 397 Travel QSR outlets across airports in India and Malaysia. Its food and beverage operations span across 117 partner and in-house brands, delivering diverse cuisines and formats that cater to the needs of passengers looking for fast, convenient, and quality dining experiences while in transit.
In addition to QSRs, Travel Food Services also runs premium lounges within airport terminals, primarily serving first and business-class travelers, members of airline loyalty programs, and select credit/debit card holders. These lounges offer a comfortable, upscale environment for travelers to relax before their flights.

Infosys Q1 Results: Top Highlights Infosys' first quarter saw revenue growth of 3.8% YoY and 2.6% QoQ in constant currency (CC) terms. The company secured contracts valued at $3.8 billion, with 55% representing new business. The company's gross profit increased to Rs 13,055 crore compared to Rs 12,138 crore in the corresponding period last year. For the April-June quarter, the operating margin was 20.8%, showing a reduction of 0.3% YoY and 0.2% QoQ. The company anticipates maintaining this margin between 20-22% throughout FY26. In terms of division performance, financial services led with 5.6% CC growth year-over-year, whilst manufacturing showed robust expansion at 12.2%. Retail remained nearly unchanged with 0.4% growth, and hi-tech operations saw minimal improvement at 1.7%. Life Sciences experienced a decline of 7.9%, while other segments contracted by 15.3% in CC terms. The company continues to utilise Project Maximus for strategic investment priorities, aiming to enhance profitability and stakeholder returns. The first quarter demonstrated robust free cash flow at $884 million, with cash flow conversion exceeding 100% for the fifth straight quarter. CFO Jayesh Sanghrajka noted, "The impact of currency volatility was effectively managed through our proactive hedging strategy." The voluntary attrition increased slightly to 14.4% from 14.1% in the previous quarter ending March. The workforce remained stable at 323,788 compared to Q4 of FY25. Laxmi India Finance sets price band at Rs 150–158 for IPO opening on July 29
Laxmi India Finance, a Rajasthan-based non-banking financial company (NBFC) focused on MSME and vehicle loan products, has announced the price band for its upcoming IPO at Rs 150 to Rs 158 per share. The book-built issue, aggregating up to Rs 254 crore, will open for public subscription on July 29 and close on July 31. ADVERTISEMENT The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 1.04 crore shares worth Rs 165.17 crore and an offer for sale of 56.38 lakh shares worth Rs 89.09 crore by existing shareholders. Retail investors can bid for a minimum of 94 shares per lot. Shares of Laxmi India Finance are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and NSE, with a tentative listing date of August 5. The company intends to use the proceeds from the fresh issue primarily to augment its capital base and meet future lending requirements. Shares of this EPC firm gain as board approves conversion of warrants

The realty stock opened at Rs 181 on the BSE against the previous close of Rs 178.20. It gained further to touch the intraday high of Rs 181.65. This is a gain of 1.93 per cent. In between, the counter hit a low of Rs 177.75. Technically, it is trading higher than the 50-day and 100-day moving averages but lower than the 5-day, 20-day and 200-day moving averages. The company has a 52-week high of Rs 262.50 and a 52-week low of Rs 135.05. The company's market capitalisation is Rs 6,805.88 crore. The company informed the exchanges, on July 22, that the board has approved the conversion of 1,58,81,580 warrants into equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each on preferential basis to an amount aggregating up to Rs 1,84,62,33,675 at the rate of Rs 116.25 per warrant. Man Infraconstruction Q4 Results Earlier, Man Infraconstruction reported over 50 per cent growth in consolidated net profit to Rs 97.15 crore in the quarter ended March 31, 2025, helped by lower expenses. It had posted a net profit of Rs 64.65 crore in the January-March period of the preceding 2023-24 fiscal, the company said in an exchange filing. The company's total income was at Rs 327.83 crore, down from Rs 332.26 crore in the year-ago quarter.
