SOME Dublin rail services have been suspended this morning due to an "incident on the line". Hundreds of commuters in north Dublin are expected to be hit with delays as Irish Rail confirmed the service will terminate on the line at an earlier stop than normal. The 06:25 Drogheda to Pearse service has terminated in Skerries.
