However, while anticipation for the concert grows, many BLINKs are voicing frustration over the lack of new music. Despite being one of the biggest K-pop girl groups globally, BLACKPINK has released just 32 songs in their eight-year career — a point of ongoing disappointment for fans.
Frustrations grew after YG's Yang Hyun-suk recently shared the company's future plans. When it came to BLACKPINK, he merely mentioned the release of a new single—far from the full comeback album fans had been hoping for. With no further updates since, many BLINKs are once again feeling sidelined and overlooked.
