Man stabbed to death in Bury car park named as two more arrests made
The victim, named by police as Mohammed Afzal, was attacked just before 9pm on Friday in a car park on Market Street in Bury, Greater Manchester.
The 19-year-old suffered several stab wounds and later died from his injuries.
On Monday, police said they had arrested two men, both 19, in connection with the murder investigation.
This brings the total number of people, all men aged 19, who have been arrested in connection with the death to five, Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said.
Three men were arrested over the two days following the incident, and one has since been released on bail, the force said on Monday.
Inquiries remain ongoing while Mr Afzal's family are being supported by specialist officers, police added.
Detective Chief Inspector John Charlton, from GMP's Major Incident Team, said: "Officers have worked non-stop for the past few days, resulting in the arrest of five people on suspicion of murder.
"While our investigation is still in its very early days, we are making good progress with our various lines of inquiry, and I want to thank those who have come forward with information to assist us."

Father who fell to death at Oasis Wembley show was a ‘lifelong fan'
The father of a 'lifelong fan' who fell to his death at the end of an Oasis concert at Wembley Stadium has said the whole family is 'devastated'. Landscape gardener Lee Claydon, 45, of Bournemouth, Dorset, died following the incident at the London event on Saturday, according to his family. Advertisement Speaking at his Bournemouth home, Clive Claydon, 75, told the PA news agency: 'He was a lovely bloke, loved to be with his family – a hard-working family man, he loved his kid, looked after them really well.' He added: 'He had everything going for him. I am so devastated, I have been to the doctor for tablets and everything to get over it.' He said that Lee, who is a father of one and was set to go on holiday with his family soon to Turkey, had gone to the concert with his brother and his brother's children, might have had a 'couple of beers' but had not taken any drugs. Mr Claydon said: 'He doesn't take drugs, he may have had a couple of beers but who hadn't there, people have said horrible things but it was just an accident.' Advertisement Mr Claydon said that he was concerned about the safety measures at Wembley but added his son's brother and family had not seen the accident happen. 'It must have been horrific,' he said. 'All I know is there was beer everywhere, it's slippery, he slipped apparently, we do not know the rest of it, there's questions about the barriers.' Austin Robert Drummond arrested in quadruple killing in Tennessee
A man suspected in the targeted killing of four family members and leaving their baby abandoned in front of a stranger's home has been arrested in rural weeklong manhunt for Austin Robert Drummond ended after local authorities instituted an early morning shelter-in-place for residents near Jackson after he was sighted there. Residents were warned to lock doors and windows as police searched for accuse Drummond, 28, of killing the baby's parents, grandmother and teenaged uncle before abandoning the infant in front of stranger's arrest "marks an important step in restoring safety to our community," Jackson Police Chief Thom Corley said. Authorities have not elaborated on the relationship, nor on any potential motive. The baby is safe and being cared for, authorities have said. A photo of Drummond's capture shared by the TBI shows him in a black hoodie in a wooded area in Jackson, about 70 miles south of Tiptonville, where the family was found dead. The victims have been identified as: James M.
