1 person seriously injured in I-485 outer loop crash in northeast Charlotte: Medic
CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A serious crash brought traffic to a complete standstill on I-485 Outer near Benfield Road Thursday morning, sending one person to the hospital.
The accident happened around 9:45 a.m. near Mile Marker 26, and all lanes on I-485 Outer were temporarily shut down. Authorities were asking drivers to avoid the area.
