Man in court charged with threatening to kill Nigel Farage in TikTok post
He posted the alleged threat during his journey from Afghanistan to the UK, Westminster Magistrates' Court previously heard.
Khan is also charged with sending a grossly offensive TikTok video between the same dates.
Prosecutor Maham Malik told the court the defendant had previously pleaded not guilty to one count of making threats to kill at Southwark Crown Court on July 24.
A provisional trial for the charge has been fixed at Southwark Crown Court for October 7.
Khan, who appeared in the dock wearing a grey tracksuit, spoke only to confirm his identity without an interpreter and plead not guilty to the second new charge of sending a grossly offensive TikTok video between October 12 and 15, 2024 during a brief hearing on Wednesday.
The defendant, of no fixed address, was remanded in custody to next appear at Southwark Crown Court for a further hearing on August 27.

Mr Finch told Monday's press conference that he was 'begging' for information about the two to be released in the wake of the charges. He said he had emailed the council's chief executive to say that he wished to speak to the police force and urge them to release information about the men's immigration status. Mr Finch also said he had later written a letter to home secretary Yvette Cooper and the chief constable of Warwickshire Police calling for the immediate release of the immigration status of the two. Mr Finch also claimed that Reform UK needs to 'change things' and is 'the last line of defence against the blob, the cover-ups'.

Putin has already met Witkoff multiple times in Moscow before Trump's efforts to mend ties with the Kremlin came to a grinding halt. The US special envoy has held long conversations with Putin but failed to persuade him to agree to a ceasefire. Back in May, Zelensky had challenged the Russian dictator to meet him face-to-face to turn the screw and make a deal. Putin instead dodged peace and said he would only meet him when there was a done deal. Russia has frequently called on Ukraine to effectively cede control of four regions Moscow claims to have annexed, a demand Kyiv has called unacceptable. Putin also wants Ukraine to drop its ambitions to join Nato.
