Missing man last seen over two weeks ago found alive in Paris
A man missing for two week has been found alive in Paris, his family has confirmed.
It's understood Robert Kincaid, 38, was found by emergency services in the French capital on Friday and is currently receiving emergency medical treatment.
Richard, from Belfast, went missing after he missed his connecting flight at Charles de Gaulle Airport on July 17. As reported by Belfast Live, he had traveled from Benin in West Africa, where he had been working on an oil rig.
He was initially due to travel home on 30 July, but it has since been established that he left the oil rig early for reasons that remain unclear.

Richard, from Tullycarnet in East Belfast, had travelled from Benin and was due to board a connecting flight to Dublin. He later told a friend he was in the airport bar after missing his flight, but when his family tried to contact him, they were met with silence.
"Two FaceTime calls to his phone that evening were answered by unknown individuals, one man, then a woman. Since then, there has been no trace of him.
On Wednesday, Robert's family travelled to Paris to work directly with the French authorities to locate their brother, travelling across the city putting up missing persons posters.
Robert's brother Louis on Friday: "Rab has been found by emergency services and is requiring ongoing emergency treatment. While he is not out of the woods yet, we are just glad he is alive.
"As a family, we would ask for privacy in the time ahead as we deal with the situation."

The woman has been charged with suspected sexual assault on minors and distribution of child abuse images. Meanwhile, her partner has been charged with complicity in the sexual instigation of minors. The nurse reportedly showed up at a police station to confess after several videos appeared on TikTok warning of "a scandal in a hospital in the 93rd arrondissement". She also accused her 28-year-old boyfriend of involvement when she went to the cops earlier this week. The couple allegedly shared the clips of the horrifying crimes with each other. But these videos got leaked onto social media, bringing the appalling acts into the spotlight. Videos began circulating on TikTok claiming "two people who work with infants" were mistreating infants. After these videos went viral online, the nurse reportedly went to the police to report the shocking crimes. The appalling acts are said to have taken place in December 2024 and January 2025. And these clips have viscerally angered many people in France, with protesters making their way to the hospital on Saturday. Furious demonstrators entered the premises and demanded an interview with management, Actu Paris has reported. Families were among those who protested at the hospital. But the demonstrators were peacefully evacuated from the building without their request being granted. Two victims have reportedly been identified following analysis of the videos. The nurse, who has since been suspended from her role, reportedly indicated to cops that she had filmed the abuse and sent it to her partner. Both suspects have appeared before court since being taken into police custody. They have been placed under judicial supervision, despite the prosecution requesting pre-trial detention. An investigation into the events is ongoing. The Grand Paris Nord-Est territorial hospital group said on Friday that "this nurse worked exclusively in the neonatal intensive care unit of the Montreuil hospital", Le Monde has reported. Hospital management added that worried mothers had been calling the facility "even though they had sometimes given birth there a year ago". They said: "The actions of this nurse, if confirmed by the ongoing police investigation, are a serious personal error that the hospital strongly condemns. "They are in no way a collective service practice." The nurse was suspended as a "precautionary measure" pending the investigation. According to the Bobigny prosecutor's office, the appalling acts would have taken place in December 2024 and January 2025. While there had been speculation of a racial dimension to the alleged crime, this has been denied by the prosecutor's office. "There is no racial element in the act," they said.

Stephanie, 21, was a passenger in a BMW being driven by another work colleague, Ivan Zaliac, 24, when they ploughed into a lorry at nearly 100mph on Mollison Avenue, in Enfield North London. Ebony told The Sun: "Seconds before the phone cut out you could hear the engine revving and Stephanie's scream - then it froze on her face." She added: 'I tried to ring her back - I don't know what I was thinking had happened. Ebony was ill that day and Stephanie had agreed to stop off to see her on her way home when she died. The crash happened at 7.54pm. 'It was literally a quick call,' explained Ebony. 'She worked that day - it was a Sunday - and I wasn't in. 'It was a quick catch up, really. A catch up with a friend, that's all. She was such a good friend, she'd been non-stop checking in throughout the day - but couldn't ring me until she finished work. 'We were on the phone and then it froze on Stephanie's face, and the call cut out.' I also rang Ivan's phone, both were disconnected and were being put through to voicemail.' Ebony said she waited 20 minutes and was 'still ringing during this time… just to try and find out what had happened'. She rang the police and found out there'd been a 'bad crash' in Brimsdown so 'drove around'. 'It wasn't too far from my house, it was about an 11-minute drive,' Ebony said. 'The road was blocked off. I hadn't been told who was involved in the crash or what had happened. 'I wasn't allowed to know any information.' She was then directed to The Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel in the East End, where Stephanie had been taken. Holding back tears, Ebony said: 'I did everything I could that day and I wouldn't change anything. Ebony took to the stand to give evidence. She said: 'I was quite upset and ran out of the room immediately afterwards, and put myself together before returning.' Zailac suffers from amnesia and doesn't remember the details of what happened after suffering a brain injury in the collision and subsequent psychiatric issues. He had been ruled unfit to stand trial so the jury had to formally decide whether he did the act alleged, namely causing Stephanie's death by dangerous driving. The jury then found he did carry out the act. Judge Sarah Munro, KC, said Zailac will be supervised by a nominated social worker and the Hillingdon mental health team for two years. 'This is the only way your mental health can be restored in order for a decision to be made as to whether there are further legal consequences for you to face,' the judge said. Prosecutor Frederick Hookway told the court that the Crown intends to put Zailac on trial if he recovers. 'The objective of this order is for the improvement of the defendant's mental health not only for his own sake but for the future of these proceedings,' he said. 'The crown do intend to reinstitute these proceedings when and if appropriate.' Stephanie's mum Nicholle Diroyan sobbed as she read her victim impact statement at the Old Bailey on July 7. She said: 'The pain of losing her is immeasurable and every day without her feels incomplete.' Ebony, who now lives in Manchester, has launched a petition to try and ensure Stephanie's family get justice. 'There's been three years of constant delays and adjournments - and now we're told it'll be 2027 before we know if Ivan can even stand trial. 'It's the waiting. We're left in the dark.'. 'I feel so sorry for Stephanie's mum Nicholle - who's always at the court but then left frustrated each time.' Ebony added: 'We were told the jury returned a verdict in a record time. Quickest for death by dangerous driving for 27 years. 'Despite this clear outcome, family and friends are waiting for justice.' Referring to the two-year order, she said: 'It's a deterrent of the law, rather than an enforcement.' She added: 'That grievance, when everything is brought back up. I'm quite shaky on this call, it's traumatic to relive the tragic crash and death of Stephanie.' Ebony went on to say: 'Stephanie was the most lovely, genuine, outgoing person. She was there for her friends, she was there for her family. 'If anyone needed her, she'd message, she'd ring, she'd be there for you. To see her face in the newspaper in such a tragic way, and yet we're still yet to receive any justice, is so heartbreaking.' Stephanie had hired Ebony several months before, and was her manager before being promoted to the finance department shortly prior to her death. 'We became friends so quickly,' she said. 'The week before she died we were in Manchester and Nottingham, just enjoying ourselves. 'I was always going round to hers and picking her up or going for lunch break. 'Sometimes we'd get a takeaway into work and would be sitting there with 10 different Greggs items. She was amazing.' Ebony added: 'We believe she's looking down on us so proud of us all.' Naked man prowling streets in 'gimp mask' caught on door camera
Locals were left disturbed by the CCTV footage wiht police now investigating. Footage has emerged on social media of a naked man wearing a black gimp and trainers walking down the street at night. The video, which has been shared widely online, is understood to have been filmed in Lytham, Lancashire, and now police are investigating the incident. It shows the man wearing only the mask and a pair of black‑and‑white trainers as he walks along a row of residential homes. Lancashire Police said the incident took place at about 12.50am on July 18 in the area of Westby Street, Cleveland Road and Bannister Street, despite claims on Facebook it happened later in the month. A spokesman said: 'We are aware of a concerning video circulating on social media of a naked male wearing a face covering walking around Lytham in the early hours of the morning. 'This incident was not initially reported to police and has only been brought to our attention after it has been viewed on Facebook. 'Fylde Rural Task Force are currently conducting CCTV and house‑to‑house inquiries and would like to reassure you that we are taking this matter seriously.' The spokesperson confirmed that Fylde Rural Task Force are currently in the process of conducting both CCTV and house enquiries. They also added that the public should be "reassured" that officers are "taking this matter seriously". Men walking around villages dressed only in gimp get-ups seems to be something of a phenomenon, as a similar incident left residents in Somerset equally baffled.
