Hina Khan Performs ‘Yoga With A Perfect View' In Goa, Discusses Benefits

Hina Khan has never refrained from opening up about her struggles with being fit and healthy. She has been constantly serving as an inspiration by making her fans a part of her journey right from her cancer diagnosis. Since then, Hina has started prioritising health above all and continues rooting for it. On the International Day of Yoga, which is celebrated around the world annually on 21 June, she talked about the benefits of the same.
On Instagram, Hina Khan shared a series of photos to mark the International Day of Yoga 2025. Decked up in a powder blue-hued T-shirt with a pair of fitting yoga pants, she was seen practising a variety of yogasanas at a surreal location in Goa.
The post kickstarter with Hina performing the Anantasana, also known as the Sleeping Vishnu Pose or Vishnu's Couch Pose. This is a sideways reclining balance pose in yoga, which helps in boosting the balance of the body and strengthens the shoulders, hamstrings, inner thighs, and core. Next, she was seen acing the Vrikshasana, also known as Tree Pose, which aims to improve balance, concentration, and stability of the body.
In the same post, Hina was also found doing Bhujangasana, also known as Cobra/back-bending yoga pose, which strengthens the spine, stretches the chest and abdomen, and can help relieve stress. She also did some meditation in the relaxing nature with the cool breezes of the sea turning the place into complete tranquillity.
Hina captioned her post as 'Yoga with a perfect view," and talked about the benefits of yoga and meditation in life. 'Yog, breath work, meditation is everything. Be good to yourself #internationalyogaday2025," she added.
The motivational post struck a chord with her fans, who lauded the actress for offering glimpses into her lifestyle. One person said, 'Awesome." Another mentioned, 'Such a strong lady." Hina Khan was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in June 2024. But she remained strong and determined right from the beginning to deal with the phase. She has constantly shared her experiences with fans and inspired many other cancer fighters with her resilience. Following this, Hina underwent chemotherapy, surgery, and even immunotherapy until her complete recovery. In this whole journey, her then-boyfriend, now-husband Rocky Jaiswal, has been her strongest support system besides her supportive family.

As it circulated widely on social media, many users praised Shah and his friend as heroes for their courageous actions in preventing what could have been a serious accident on the crowded expressway.
