Bikini-clad Amy Dowden looks just like her rarely seen twin sister as they share pictures from their five-star Ibiza trip ahead of Strictly return
The Welsh dancer, 34, enjoyed the sun-soaked trip with Becky, and took to her Instagram to share she is feeling 'stronger and healthier than ever'.
The ballroom icon - who has been given the all-clear after battling breast cancer in November - previously vowed to herself and her family to take more 'downtime'.
The pair enjoyed some carefree time in the Spanish island filled with 'sunshine, sangria, beach days, rooftop swims and incredible food'.
They were staying at the luxurious 5-star TRS Ibiza hotel - sharing sun-soaked selfies of herself and Becky, Amy accompanied her latest post with a very emotional lengthy caption.
She wrote: 'Some much-needed twin time.
'We had the perfect little escape – full of sunshine, sangria, beach days, rooftop swims, incredible food, and most importantly, proper quality time together.
'After my cancer diagnosis, I promised my family (and myself) that I'd take more downtime.
'I used to live life at 100mph, saying yes to everything and everyone. But cancer shifts your perspective.
'This year I've been incredibly lucky with new job opportunities which have been full on but so rewarding and I can't wait to share all to you very soon.
'So having time to slow down isn't just okay – it's essential.
'These past few days have been the perfect reset and I'm heading into the new season feeling recharged, happy, stronger, and HEALTHIER than ever.

Amy and her twin sister seemed to be enjoying every minute of their fun-filled getaway, beaming for a gorgeous selfie by the sunset in front of a lavish pool.
The dancer was the epitome of happiness as she posed on a boat with a radiant smile, while elsewhere captured amazing shots of breath-taking sunsets, food, pool dips and flawless looks.

Lindsay Lohan comes full circle with 'Freakier Friday'
LONDON, July 31 (Reuters) - Lindsay Lohan says she drew upon her own experiences of motherhood for "Freakier Friday", the highly-anticipated sequel to her hit 2003 movie "Freaky Friday". Lohan, 39, welcomed her first child in 2023, a year before the Disney movie was filmed. "It felt full circle for me, and also the timing was pretty impeccable considering that I'm a new mom and I was able to bring being a mom into the character," Lohan said at the film's London premiere on Thursday. "It's the first time I'm able to do that on screen." "Freaky Friday", with a reported budget of $26 million, was a surprise hit, making over $160 million worldwide and obtaining a cult following. The 2025 follow-up sees Lohan and actress Jamie Lee Curtis reprising the roles of mother and daughter duo Tess and Anna Coleman. Twenty years on, Anna is a single parent to tomboy teen daughter Harper, played by Julia Butters. Their relationship comes under stress when Anna falls for Eric (Manny Jacinto), the father of Harper's new British classmate Lily (Sophia Hammons), and they decide to get married. The future stepsisters, with a mutual dislike for one another, decide to intervene. While the 2003 film saw a body swap between Tess and Anna, things get "freakier" this time around with Tess and Anna switching bodies with Lily and Harper. Before signing on to the sequel, Lohan ensured that Anna returned as a multi-faceted and relatable character. "It was important to me that we explained who Anna is today and how she's evolved and the dynamic between her and her daughter as she's a single working mom. There are some basic points that I wanted to get across because I want people to see the movie and find a piece of it that they can grab onto and be like, 'okay, I get that'," she said. Directed by Nisha Ganatra, the movie also sees actor Chad Michael Murray reprising the role of young Anna's love interest, Jake. Shooting the sequel was a "lovefest", said Murray. "It was the same, but better. It felt very much like connective tissue to the first movie. Everyone loved going to work and no one wanted to go home." "Freakier Friday" marks Lohan's big screen return. "It's obviously nerve-wracking because you want it to be great and you want people to love what you do," she said. "As long as people are enjoying what I'm doing and it's making them happy, then I feel like I'm doing my job and that's what I'm here to do." Freakier Friday: Lindsay Lohan on motherhood, acting again and the Freaky Friday sequel
It has been more than two decades since the body-swap comedy that captured the complexities of mother-daughter relationships became a global hit. Now Freakier Friday sees Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan reunite in a sequel that explores those same themes from a very different stage in film picks up with Lohan's character, Anna, having a daughter of her own and dealing with the challenges of also taking on a stepdaughter. The family dynamic gets freakier as there is a quadruple body-swapping. At the European premiere for the film in London's Leicester Square, Lindsay Lohan told the BBC that every part of her wanted to make a sequel to the beloved 2003 hit. "Fans love the movie and there's such a strong loyalty," she explains. "It made people so happy and I like to make movies that make people feel joy."There's so much going on in the word now that it's nice to make something that allows people to forget about what's going on." The film consolidates Lohan's return to Hollywood - she was absent for much of the 2010s and made her return to the big screen in 2022 with Falling for Christmas. This is her first film with Disney in more than a decade but is probably not the last as she says if fans love Freakier Friday they could expect the freakiest of sequels. The star, who rose to fame in the Parent Trap, tells me that she was not nervous about returning to acting as she loves what she does "and I know that always shows through in my work". She adds that her return to acting was all about finding the right time, and the 39-year-old has had a busy few years having married financier Bader Shammas in 2022 and borne a son a year says being a parent has given her a new perspective on the mother-child relationship in the film and helped her to relate more to it. "When you become a mum, your whole life changes and it's important to be able to balance work and being a mum which is definitely a learning process." Lohan has been in the public eye for almost three decades and had a turbulent time in her 20s - she was arrested a number of times for various offenses and spent time in rehab on various occasions. She tells the BBC that looking back she would tell her younger self to not rush and "just slow down and breathe because it's all coming". Curtis, who reprises her role as Lohan's mother in the film, told me that the Freaky Friday sequel did not feel like a reunion with Lohan because "we've always been united"."I take my job seriously and when I'm the mother or elder to a young actor I take great responsibility to make sure they can always count on my friendship and love," she says. "We've been united all the away from her teens to her twenties and just recently she bought her baby to meet me in LA." The actor, who won an Oscar for superhero comedy Everything Everywhere All at Once in 2023, says that the film's themes of understanding and sympathy are very important right now. "Understanding is in short supply right now in the world and this film shows that if you can experience each other's life then maybe you will find some common ground with each other." As well as being fun and silly, Curtis adds that the film touches upon the theme of loss which "creates empathy as that's a universal feeling". The 66-year-old said it was her idea to make the sequel and she had contacted Disney recently to say it was time to create it. She had to wait two decades because "we needed Lindsay to be old enough to have a 15-year-old child in the film". Chad Michael Murray reprises his role as the noughties heartthrob Jake and newcomer Julia Butters plays Lohan's on-screen daughter. More broadly, Freakier Friday is part of a trend of sequels being announced and released. Last week, a follow-up to Bend it like Beckham was released and there is a lot of anticipation for the Devil Wears Prada sequel. Freakier Friday is out on Friday 8 August.
