The double Wimbledon champion, 38, plans to transform the two outbuildings at the site near Dunblane, Stirlingshire.
A stable and kennel area have fallen into disrepair with a report stating the brick structures are in immediate need of repair.
Plans submitted to Stirling Council reveal Murray wants permission to repair the buildings and replace windows and doors.
He wants to use them to provide additional storage space for the five-star hotel and its wider estate.
A planning statement from his architect said: "The stable and the kennels are two smaller out buildings on the east side of the square, tucked behind the store.
"They are brick buildings with profiled sheet roofing over timber trusses.
"Following the structural report these buildings were deemed in need of immediate repair and maintenance.
"The application seeks permission for roof repairs and maintenance, new replacement windows and doors and other spot repairs as required, per the engineers recommendations to ensure buildings are weather-tight to avoid further deterioration.
"The roof is to be inspected and repaired, and fully clad with like-for-like agricultural profiled sheet roof material.
"The two buildings will be used as additional storage for the hotel and wider estate."
Carlos Alcaraz makes it through to Wimbledon second week then throws down huge challenge to Sir Andy Murray
A report concluded the stables should be 'locked up and fenced off to prevent injury' and required a new roof.
The kennel building was said to be in a 'satisfactory condition' for its age but repairs should be made to make it water-tight.
The report also stated that if there was no opportunity to reuse the buildings then they should both be demolished.
Murray also wants retrospective permission for two timber window frames installed on a cottage in the hotel grounds during renovation works.
The cottage houses management and admin staff for the hotel and Murray also wants to replace a wooden door.
A planning statement said: "This application seeks retrospective permission for the installation of two sets of timber windows to the north east facade of Cottage 5.

"The application also proposes the reintroduction of two sets of double stable doors, replacing the doors that were removed.
"These doors will feature a bi-fold mechanism, allowing them to be functional, and open fully, thereby introducing more natural light into the interior office spaces."
Murray bought the venue near his hometown for almost £2m in 2013 and has set about transforming it into a luxury venue.
Last year he was given the green light to create a new restaurant at the hotel.
Stirling Council will issue a decision on the latest plans in due course.

Arsenal splashed out £63.5million to land a striker at long last. The Swedish international, 27, will be tasked with scoring the goals and fire Arsenal to a first Premier League title since 2004. And he will do so in the No14 shirt famously worn by Thierry Henry. But the CasinoHawks supercomputer reckons Gyokeres is highly unlikely to pick up the famous trophy. Ronda Rousey's UFC return LEAKED with MMA legend already preparing for comeback against huge-name opponent

Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) RONDA ROUSEY is reportedly planning a shock return to the octagon - nearly TEN YEARS after her last fight. The former dominant women's bantamweight champion walked away from the sport following her 48-second defeat to Amanda Nunes at UFC 207 in December 2016. The 38-year-old mother-of-two recently set tongues wagging by sharing training footage on her social media channels. Rousey's accompanying caption for the video, which showed her honing her once Olympic-level judo, read: "Martial art nerd s**t. And former three-time UFC title challenger Chael Sonnen has claimed the Hall of Famer is preparing to return against the winner of the eagerly-anticipated women's 135lbs title fight between Nunes and current champion Kayla Harrison. 'So in other words: 'I'll return to fight for the title, if Kayla needs an opponent'…[but] that's not how comebacks go.' Miesha Tate says she'd beat Ronda Rousey if they fought again Sonnen, however, has his doubts about Rousey returning, adding: "I don't believe it's going to happen. 'It is the rumour, though…if the word gets to Kayla that Ronda said that, that could have some hard feelings. "Those two know each other, those two worked out together, supposed to have some kind of a bond. "And when Kayla finds out, she's going to be half flattered and half p****d off. "Ronda versus Kayla, not only will not happen, Ronda Rousey competing at anything at 135 pounds, also not gonna happen.' Rousey, who entered the WWE less than two years after losing to Nunes, was the first female fighter signed to the UFC and a pioneer for women's MMA. Ronda Rousey on why she retired from MMA 6 Repeated concussions over the years prompted Ronda Rousey to walk away from the UFC Credit: GETTY She was at one point a bigger star than Conor McGregor and the face of the promotion. She defended the 135lbs strap six times before suffering a stunning second-round KO loss to Holly Holm at UFC 193 in November 2015. Nunes would then usher her out the exit door in December 2016. Rousey has seldom spoken about her retirement from the sport. But she opened up on her decision to call it quits ahead of the release of her memoir, revealing that repeated concussions played a big role in her decision. She said: "I'd like people to understand my reasons and motivations behind things. "I was forced to leave fighting when I was faster, stronger, more skilled and had a better understanding of the art than ever before. "It was a really hard decision to understand, one that my body made for me."

But head coach Russell Martin is keen for more as his Light Blues revolution continues. Defence seems to be an area the Ibrox boss is keen to strengthen further. He's already added right-back Max Aarons with two central defenders in Nasser Djiga and Emmanuel Fernandez being recruited as well. Aarons began the season at left-back but Martin insisted that wasn't the long term plan, hinting that a player in that position could be a priority. Ridvan Yilmaz is also likely to leave this summer. Rangers have been linked with two left-sided defenders in the past week or so, the most recent being Real Betis star Nobel Mendy. The towering 6ft2in defender is primarily a centre-back but can also play at left-back. Spanish reports on Wednesday claimed the Gers' interest in the 20-year old Senegalese ace. Now, Rangers have reportedly made a significant move in their bid to land him. Awkward moment Rangers boss Russell Martin's BBC interview is abruptly cut short as he admits 'I talk too much' Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri is reporting that the Gers have AGREED personal terms with Mendy. But they aren't the only club in the hunt. La Liga outfit Rayo Vallecano have a firm interest in Mendy and they have ALSO agreed terms with the player. It means Mendy himself now has a big decision to make about where he goes next. The report claims he will make the decision quickly. Mendy came through the youth ranks in France, making his debut for Paris FC. He joined Real Betis in 2023, initially on loan, but has spent most of the last two years playing in the club's B team. Mendy has only made two La Liga appearances as well as playing a handful of games in other competitions. He had looked set to move to PSV Eindhoven but that move is now dead. The Dutch giants couldn't force a deal through amid complicated work permit-related rules in the Netherlands. Club Brugge have also been interested but a move seemed to be dependent on the exit of Joel Ordonez from the club, but the Ecuador defender remains for now.
