He endeared himself to not only his gurus and sishyas, but also to the archa murtis that three of them walked up to welcome him, at different kshetras. When an araiyar succeeded in bringing Ramanuja to Srirangam from Kancheepuram, a huge welcome party gathered there, including Viswaksena, sent there by Ranganatha. When Ramanuja prostrated on the sand, Periya Perumal (Moolavar) asked Namperumal, the utsava murti, to 'walk up' from the mandap and welcome Ramanuja, which was done. After asking him to set right the administrative issues, Ranganatha also empowered Ramanuja with a power of attorney, so to speak, for granting moksha to devotees.
The second deity to walk up to Ramanuja is Andal, who did so, upon hearing that the son of Sriperumbudur had paid her promised offering of 100 tada akkaravadisal and 100 tada of butter to Kallazhagar. She took 100 steps to welcome him when he came to Srivilliputtur temple.
The third incident took place in Delhi, where Ramanuja journeyed at 90 years of age in order to retrieve the idol from Melkote temple, held by the Sultan's daughter. When Ramanuja said, 'Chella Pillaiye, vaarum,' the idol is said to have walked towards the saint, much to the amazement of the Sultan, who permitted him to leave with the same.

How To Face Problems
The Prophet of Islam started his mission in the first quarter of the seventh century in Arabia—an age of religious persecution. The Prophet's mission was based on the oneness of God, while the people of that time were believers in idolatry. It was obviously an unfavourable situation for the Prophet and his companions. At this critical juncture, God revealed a meaningful piece of guidance which is recorded in chapter ninety-four of the Quran. This divine guidance is as follows: So, surely with every hardship there is ease; surely with every hardship there is ease. (94:5-6) In this Quranic verse the same phrase is repeated twice. From this repetition, the Prophet drew a very meaningful inference. That is, according to the law of nature, the situation of ease is double that of the situation of difficulty. So he formulated this principle: 'Two situations of ease will surely prevail over one of difficulty.' The fact is that in every situation there are problems, but at the same time there are opportunities. This is a law of nature. But it is also a law of nature that the quantum of opportunities will be more than the quantum of problems. This being so, the best course to adopt is to ignore the problems and divert one's energy to availing of the opportunities. Complaint about or protest against problems is of no value. Problems are not created by some person: they are a part of the creation plan of God. No one has the power to change the course of Nature. Tired of too many ads? go ad free now We have no option but to accept this natural course. The above Quranic formula is the only formula which it is feasible to follow in our world. So when you face a problem, don't be negative. Be normal. Don't be disturbed. Don't allow tension to develop in your mind. Simply assess the situation and, by avoiding the problem, try to discover the opportunities. Believe with complete conviction that there are enormous opportunities waiting for you—either hidden or open. So, set about discovering them, using all your mental powers and energy. In such a situation, lodging complaints and making protests are nothing but a waste of time. Developing tension in your mind is only the result of your failure to understand the law of nature. Importance of a guru
People often feel empathy for a child without parents, and in a similar way, even celestial beings show compassion towards those who lack spiritual guidance. Such individuals may sometimes feel as though they are lacking guidance in their lives. Gurus often have a natural devotion towards God, which flows in their hearts like the river Ganga. The term 'guru' refers to someone who is trusted for their wisdom and guidance. Gurus do their best to help us, trying to overcome barriers when possible. They are seen as messengers of God and are often held in high esteem. Sri Ramanujamji explained in a discourse that a guru can help a person follow the four main goals of life: Dharma (moral principles), Artha (wealth), Kama (desires), and Moksha (liberation). When it is said that a guru gently guides us by sharing dharmas, it means a guru teaches us how to live rightly. The phrase 'Porul illarkku ivvulagam illai' means that life without wealth is difficult, so a guru reminds us to seek it ethically. When talking about Kama, the guru helps us understand which desires are truly meaningful. The phrase 'dwelling place of God is called Veedu' refers to the ultimate spiritual liberation, and with the blessings of a true teacher, one is guided towards this spiritual goal, called 'moksha.' Dwar refers to an entry point. Haridwar is known as an entry to the holy shrine of Badrinath. Sikhs deeply respect and appreciate the sacred words of their gurus, and their place of worship is called 'Gurdwara.' Nama Dwar offers individuals a way to recite the names of God, making it easier to feel connected to the divine. Just as a mother cares for her child with pure affection, gurus share their blessings without expecting anything in return. Gurus strive to help us achieve our highest objectives and life's purposes.
