"Thank you to our freedom loving customers and to our passionate team members for helping us achieve this unprecedented growth." - Mike Ring, CEO
ELMORE CITY, Okla., May 16, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Old Glory Bank, the unapologetically pro-faith, pro-America, and pro-family financial institution, proudly announces it has surpassed $200 million in customer deposits - a remarkable milestone achieved in 25 months, underscoring the power of Americans supporting Main Street, not Wall Street.
Since launching in April 2023 with about $10 million in customer deposits, Old Glory Bank has now grown to over $200 million in customer deposits. This unprecedented growth for a community bank is fueled by patriotic Americans seeking a financial institution that shares and defends their beliefs. Customers from all 50 states have moved their money to a bank that honors the Constitution, refuses to deplatform or cancel customers for their beliefs, and guarantees that your money will never be used to fund radical agendas.
"We didn't set out to be the biggest bank - just the most principled," said John Rich, country music artist and co-founder of Old Glory Bank. "But the response has been overwhelming. Americans are hungry for a bank that respects their freedoms, and we're proud to be that bank."
With no reliance on ESG scores, no DEI mandates, and no woke screening of transactions, Old Glory Bank stands firm on three core promises: Privacy, Security, and Liberty. Unlike big banks that have targeted customers for their political or religious beliefs, Old Glory Bank was built to protect them.
"Crossing $200 million in customer deposits is not just a number - it's a message to Wall Street and the powerful elites," said Mike Ring, President and CEO. "Americans are done funding their own demise. They're eager to do business with people who respect them and the Constitution."
Old Glory Bank's rapid deposit growth has been powered by consumer accounts plus a surge in small businesses, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations switching to a bank that won't compromise their values. Old Glory Bank offers full-service personal and business banking, and recently launched its Mini-IPO at Own.OldGloryBank.com, inviting customers to become owners of the movement they're helping build.
"This isn't just about banking. It's about reclaiming American institutions," said Board Member Sean Spicer. "Old Glory Bank is proving that freedom remains the foundation of capitalism and taking care of our own community."

Recent survey shows the fear Americans have over inflation decreased last month

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – The fear Americans have over inflation decreased last month, according to a recent survey. This being prompted by the president's decision to back off on his tariff proposals. Mass. clean cement company hopes to win back $87M federal award With tariff threats easing and reports of trade negotiations heating up, this survey by the Fed shows people are starting to worry less about inflation. In the New York Federal Reserve's Survey of Consumer Expectations, inflation expectations declined in May. This comes after surging higher in March and April over concerns about tariffs. Right now, inflation stands at 2.3%. 'It's good, because the economy is struggling as it already is. So it's good for us to see those numbers dwindle,' said Angel Amaro of Springfield. The improving expectations come as the tariff policy has changed. Initial tariffs were set at 10 percent on all US imports, and dozens of nations faced reciprocal duties. President Donald Trump later backed off on the tariffs, opting for a 90-day negotiation period that ends in July. While inflation is coming down, AIC economics professor John Rogers explains it's still above the Fed's 2% annual target rate. 'It's sort of that last mile is difficult to get to, but it's it's going in the right direction,' said Rogers. The survey showed that expectations dipped across most price groups, but saw food prices rising to 5.5 percent over the next year. Rogers says the survey also showed people are optimistic about the job market. 'They feel that the number of people who feel that their jobs are at under threat or at stake is going down. So that's good news. So that gives people confidence if they're confident, they go out and spend money, it's consumer spending that keeps the economy humming along,' added Rogers. And Rogers noted that the Bond market is another area for people to question, asking themselves whether the US can service all of its debt. He says it's up to $37 trillion, and it's growing at almost $2 trillion every year. The survey also shows increased gas prices easing to just 2.7 percent. Medical care, college education, and rent increases were also lower every month. PA House passes bill requiring American-made steel in tax-payer funded projects

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — The Pennsylvania House of Representatives passed a bill Monday requiring American-made steel for all tax-payer funded projects. State law already requires government projects to use American-made steel. However, H.B. 1018 would extend this requirement to private entities receiving public funds or tax incentives. Frank Burns (D-Cambria), who sponsored the bill. The bill, which is a part of Burns' larger 'American Made Jobs Plan,' passed the House 200-2. It will now move to the Senate for concurrence. Mexican aluminum, steel exporters say sales in US down 63% due to tariffs The bill comes as tariffs have driven down the demand for foreign-made steel. In February, President Donald Trump ordered a 25% tariff on Mexican and Canadian steel and aluminum imports. Exporters of Mexican steel and aluminum said that has led to a 63% drop in sales to the United States. Copyright 2025 Nexstar Media, Inc. All rights reserved. Mercialys: Acquisition of Saint-Genis 2, a Leading Shopping Center of Greater Lyon

PARIS, June 10, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News: Mercialys (Paris:MERY): An asset perfectly aligned with Mercialys' ambitions Mercialys announces the acquisition of the Saint-Genis 2 shopping center, located in western Lyon, within a catchment area of 700,000 inhabitants—home to the highest-income households in the city. Greater Lyon stands as the second largest consumer market in France after Paris, ahead of Marseille and Toulouse, where Mercialys already holds major assets. This acquisition fully aligns with the Group's strategy to strengthen its presence in the country's most dynamic regions. Acquired for a total price of €146 million including transfer taxes, the asset offers an immediate yield significantly above the Company's investment criteria and presents substantial medium-term value creation potential. A high-performance, leading-retail destination The center had undergone, a few years ago, a comprehensive renovation and environmental performance upgrade program amounting to €45 million. With almost 100 well diversified retail brands and the second most successful hypermarket in the Auchan group (outside the scope of this transaction), it is the largest shopping center in the western part of the Lyon metropolitan area. Beyond its many strengths, the robustness of its catchment area endows this asset with further optimization potential. Its commercial performance can be enhanced through the re-tenanting and consolidation of its retail mix, aligning it with the Company's standards which boast an average occupancy rate of 98% across its 33 strategic assets. An investment initiating a new momentum for the Company This investment represents a unique opportunity for Mercialys to reinforce its position as a key player in the French retail property sector. Guided by a strategy focused on sustainability and operational excellence, the Company intends to fully leverage the strengths of this asset while pursuing its growth objectives. As part of this transaction, Mercialys was advised by Screeb Notarial Office, Arsène for tax matters, and Haldis for technical due diligence. The seller was represented by Michelez Notarial Office, with BNP Paribas and Morgan Stanley acting as financial advisors.
