Governor Al-Bukaiti launches field visits to assess job discipline in public service units

Dhamar Governor Mohammed Al-Bukaiti launched on Sunday field visits to inspect and evaluate the level of job discipline and adherence to official working hours in public service units, on the first official workday following the Eid al-Adha holiday.
During his inspection of the compliance level at the Health Office, accompanied by Deputy Governors Mohammed Abdulrazzaq and Mahmoud Al-Jabin, Governor Al-Bukaiti stressed the importance of adhering to official working hours and enhancing performance across all public service units in the province to ensure the delivery of public services and efficient handling of citizens' transactions.
He commended the efforts of executive offices that assigned emergency teams to work during the Eid holiday, particularly health facilities and some service institutions that upheld their responsibilities in serving the community.
Governor Al-Bukaiti emphasized the need for continuous monitoring of job discipline to ensure optimal performance in public service units, especially given the current challenges facing the nation.
Meanwhile, Deputy Governors Mahmoud Al-Jabin and Mohammed Abdulrazzaq inspected job discipline at the offices of the General Authority for Land, Economy, Industry, and Investment; Dhamar Customs and Control; the Local Corporation for Water and Sanitation; the Tax Authority branch; the Qat and Real Estate Tax units; and the Yemen Oil Company.
During their visits, the deputy governors praised the high level of discipline in these offices, noting the employees' dedication and sense of responsibility in delivering services and processing citizens' transactions efficiently.
In a related context, Civil Service Sector Director Issam Al-Amisi stated that the field inspection teams affiliated with the sector aim to monitor and evaluate job discipline and compliance with official working hours in public service units and ministry branches across the province.
He noted that the job discipline rate on the first official workday after Eid al-Adha reached 95% in various public service units in Dhamar. Al-Amisi added that the sector has assigned an inspection team to oversee and assess job discipline across all units.

Ibb – Saba: Ibb undersecretary Qasim al-Masawa on Sunday conducted an inspection tour of several government offices to assess workflow and job discipline on the first official working day following the Eid al-Adha holiday. Accompanied by Mohammed Ablan, Director of the Civil Service and Administrative Development Office, Governor al-Masawa reviewed the level of discipline at the Yemen Oil Company branch. He also discussed the progress of the strategic petroleum storage project with Engineer Mohammed al-Ashram, the branch's director. The undersecretary then visited the Tax Office, where he heard from Director Moein al-Shalf regarding performance levels, job discipline, and plans for revenue collection. Further inspections were conducted at the Economy, Industry, and Investment Office, and the Yemeni Organization for Standardization, Metrology, and Quality Control. Discussions at these offices included reports on past achievements, efforts to provide citizen services, results of market monitoring campaigns, consumer protection measures, and challenges faced.
