Jett Kenny, 31, reveals he is going bald and is considering getting a Turkish hair transplant
The male model and serial reality TV contestant, 31, is going bald.
Taking to his Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Jett asked is his 71,000 followers if they could offer any advice or recommendations about hair transplants.
Jett, who is also the son of Olympic swimmer Lisa Curry and former Ironman and canoeist Grant Kelly, shaved his head in 2024 after starring on Amazing Race Australia alongside his partner Lily Brown.
'This is for anyone who has had a hair transplant, has considered having a hair transplant, or who does them,' he began the video.
From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop.
'Is it possible to donate my hair for someone else?' he asked.
'Only because I'm getting sick and tired of shaving my own head every second day because when it gets to about this length, you can see where my balding is basically.'
Jett turned side-on to his phone camera and pointed to his receding hairline, which he often hides with a variety of stylish caps and beanies.
'If anyone is good enough at creating an image, can you show me what my hairline would look like if it was square?' he asked.
'Because if my hair was this length all over but it was even, I'd be happy with that.'
The Ironman surf lifesaver said he is not too 'fazed' about the prospect of recovering from a surgery, but is hoping to get a better sense of what he will look like afterwards before making any plans.
'Obviously there is a recovery in that which I'm not too fazed about, but I want to see what my hairline is like if it's square,' he said.
'Not that I want to grow my hair long again... because I'd only really want to do that Viking look again — and Lily won't want me to grow a beard,' Jett said.
The 'Viking' look Jett is referring to is one he developed during his time on the first season of SAS Australia, which aired in 2021
The 'Viking' look he's referring to is one Jett developed during his time on the first season of SAS Australia, which aired in 2021.
Jett provided a reference photo of NBA legend Michael B Jordan as his hair inspiration.
'If you'd had one, do you find your hair is straw-like or wiry?' he asked.
It looks kind of dead on a few people I've seen,' he continued in the video.
Jett also recently updated his Instagram bio to: 'Just a bald man.'
His followers were quick to find the humour in his candid confession and sent in their best attempts at writing AI prompts to see what his hair might look like after a transplant.
'Best I could do,' one friend jokingly commented after pasting a hair emoji over the top of his head.
'Chat GPT is doing me dirty,' Jett commented as he shared several renditions of his selfie with pixelated hairstyles.

In his next post, the model shared a photo of basketball legend Michael Jordon as a reference picture. 'Is looking like Michael B Jordan too much to ask?' he pondered.
Obviously, Jett was referring to the athlete's hairstyle, not his race, but AI had other ideas when asked to generate an image from the reference photo.
Jett rose to fame thanks to his famous parentage, modelling work, and appearances on Australian Ninja Warrior, Dancing With The Stars, SAS, and Amazing Race.
He debuted his relationship with Lily in 2022.

Shoppers race to buy 'magic' item with 8,000 strong waitlist: 'It's giving five-star hotel vibes'
Daily Mail journalists select and curate the products that feature on our site. If you make a purchase via links on this page we will earn commission - learn more A 'sultry and provocative' new fragrance - so hotly anticipated it amassed a waitlist of 8,000 shoppers before its release - has just launched, to the delight of its eager fans. Aussie brand Recreation Beauty has taken the fragrance world by storm with the release of its sought-after new perfume, aptly named L'HÔTEL. The clean fragrance wasn't even on shelves yet when customers began pleading with the brand to find out when it would be available to buy. During its recent EOFY sale, Recreation Beauty teased fans with its new 'magic' scent by including samples of L'HÔTEL as a gift with purchase - a genius marketing move that sparked overwhelming demand. 'The best perfume scent I've ever smelled,' one shopper who received an early sample enthused - adding that they were 'setting an alarm to buy it.' Another fan compared the new fragrance to a high-end brand priced at $350, saying: 'I'm very picky but the L'HÔTEL is one of the best vanilla scents I've smelled, definitely the best 'clean beauty' vanilla. Hands down my favourite.' The day has finally arrived, and the new release - described as a modern floral vanilla fragrance, that is 'equal parts sophisticated and sweet' - is already selling fast. Priced at $124 for a 50mL bottle or $49 for a 12mL travel size, L'HÔTEL features top notes of whipped bergamot and velvety peony, layered with warm Tahitian vanilla, sun-drenched woods and a soft musky rose that lingers from day into night. L'HÔTEL 50mL by Recreation Inspired by the sensuality of a luxury hotel, this floral vanilla fragrance features top notes of whipped bergamot, musky rose and velvety peony. Heart notes of creamy Tahitian vanilla with sandalwood and cedarwood meet a seductive base of musk and amber. $124 'I wanted to create a luxury scent that feels like being wrapped in a cloud of pure, gorgeous indulgence. If L'HÔTEL was a celebrity, she would be Sabrina Carpenter - all sexy and soft, super glam and so luxe,' Recreation Beauty founder Nedahl Stelio told Daily Mail Australia. 'It's the kind of scent you want to wear in a hotel with fluffy slippers while drinking champagne, it's so delicious. L'HÔTEL was born from the idea that a scent can transport you - just like an incredible hotel. 'I wanted to capture that feeling of stepping into a beautiful space that's chic, luxe and a little bit mysterious. It's inspired by that luxurious feeling you can only get from a five-star hotel - that undone glamour you find in the world's most divine places. 'It's not just a perfume: it's a mood, a memory, a moment you want to stay in forever.' Not only does L'HÔTEL smell 'divine' but Nedahl also said the price point makes it affordable compared to designer brands on the market. 'We create our perfumes with world renowned perfumers so they are incredibly premium. You're getting a designer quality fragrance that is also clean,' she said. 'There are no nasties in our perfumes which means you can spray all over and feel good about wearing fragrance. And it's a gorgeous pinky purple colour, we wanted to recreate that luxury hotel room feeling in a bottle - and it really does that.' The former magazine editor said she couldn't believe the waitlist the perfume attracted in the weeks leading up to its launch. 'We're an Australian brand battling it out in a sea of giant designer brands, it's surreal to be able to say we have so many people around the world who are loving our scents,' Nedahl said. Shoppers who have already bought L'HÔTEL have given it a glowing five-star rating. ' L'HÔTEL is my new favourite. Delicious, fresh, feminine and young, but with a hint of mysterious complexity. I love that I can wear the perfume any time without worrying about the artificial fragrances or (harsh) chemicals, often found in luxury perfumes,' one customer raved. 'This fragrance feels like strolling through a hidden rose garden at Versailles. Smooth sweet vanilla and enchanting pink flowers. Heavenly,' another shared. Social media feedback has been overwhelmingly positive in the weeks leading up to the launch, with one fan raving: 'Such a beautiful scent. Smells so expensive… nailed this one.' L'HÔTEL 12mL Travel Size Take L'HÔTEL on the road with you with the compact 12mL travel size. Sultry, provocative and powerfully mysterious, L'HÔTEL is not just a fragrance…it's a mood. A presence. A little danger wrapped in silk… the quiet confidence of knowing you smell amazing. $49 Shop The award-winning clean fragrance house was inspired by the sensuality of a luxury hotel for their latest launch. 'This is the scent of late checkouts and whispered secrets. Feminine, refined, and effortlessly sensual - L'HÔTEL turns every moment into a five-star experience,' the brand said. 'Sultry, provocative and powerfully mysterious, L'HÔTEL is not just a fragrance… it's a mood. A presence. A little danger wrapped in silk… the quiet confidence of knowing you smell amazing.' The scent features top notes of bergamot, musky rose and peony, heart notes of creamy Tahitian vanilla with sandalwood and cedarwood, and a seductive base of musk and amber Recreation Beauty was launched in 2019 after Nedahl saw a gap in the market for clean, non-toxic luxury fragrance. 'Perfume is one of the worst offenders but there was no clean, luxury perfume on offer. That's when I knew I had to create something that was as safe as it was beautiful and luxurious,' she said. The award-winning fragrance house based in Bondi Beach, Sydney has grown rapidly over the years - with celebrities and Influencers amongst its fans. 'Our fragrances take more than two years to design because we spend a lot of time working with our perfumers and creating designer quality scents without the toxic chemicals,' she said. 'Everything is created with international perfumers and then we make the perfume here in Australia, manufacturing everything in our Sydney HQ.' The Aussie-born brand has become so popular that a UK warehouse was recently opened to meet growing global demand. 'We've just launched in the US and the UK and have had incredible reception so it's really just the beginning for us,' she said. Recreation Beauty is the brainchild of former magazine editor Nedahl Stelio, who launched the brand in 2019 to fill a gap in the market for clean, non-toxic luxury fragrance All of award-winning clean fragrance house Recreation's ingredients are ethically-sourced, vegan, and cruelty-free with no animal products used All of Recreation Beauty 's ingredients are ethically-sourced, vegan, and cruelty-free with no animal products used. 'If you've never tried Recreation Beauty, think of it as your invitation to experience fragrance differently,' Nedahl said. 'We're a clean fragrance house from Bondi Beach, creating perfumes that smell incredible - luxurious, addictive, unforgettable - without the toxins. Our scents are designed to make you feel amazing in your skin, and they last. 'It's for people who care about what goes on their body but refuse to compromise on smelling extraordinary.' One of their fragrances, At Night We Dance, a spicy musk with notes of orange, magnolia and vetiver, won Best Perfume at The Green Edit awards in 2022. Another standout, This Love of Mine, a summery white floral blend of jasmine, gardenia, sandalwood and vanilla, has earned nearly 400 five-star reviews and remains one of the brand's consistent bestsellers. Fans of the brand also love the discovery sets, where they can trial eight scents in 2.5ml sample sizes for $50, and receive a $20 credit to put towards their favourite when they're ready to purchase a full size bottle.

Awkward moment ABC star begs viewers for Logies votes live on air
ABC's flagship current affairs program 7.30 has surprised viewers by launching an on-air campaign urging the public to vote for the show ahead of the 2025 TV Week Logie Awards. Presenter Sarah Ferguson, 59, made the appeal directly to viewers during several broadcasts last week, asking them to visit the Logies website and cast a vote in support of the program. 'If you think 7.30 gives you the stories you want about things that matter to you and holds power to account in the way you want power held to account, then the thing I want you to do is vote for us at the Logies,' Ferguson told viewers. 'I would appreciate your vote very much. I think the way to do it is going to be sitting there at the bottom of the screen – so note it down and vote for us.' The voting details continued to be displayed on screen throughout the week, with Ferguson repeating the request during Thursday's episode. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. 'That's the program for this evening and one more request for you – there's only a week for you to vote for us at the Logies,' she added. 'I think the instruction is there at the bottom of the screen. I'd very much like you to do that. Thank you very much for your company.' Ferguson has been hosting the popular ABC news program since 2022, after she took over the role from former presenter Leigh Sales. The TV Week Logie Awards, which are determined by public vote, will take place on Sunday, August 3 at The Star in Sydney and are broadcast live on Seven. In 2023, 7:30 was nominated at the Logies for Most Popular Current Affairs Program, but lost out to Australian Story, which is also screened on the ABC. It follows reports that a major international performer has been added to the 2025 TV WEEK Logie Awards guest list and will share the stage with one of our own. Richard Marx, who has sold 30 million albums worldwide and is the name behind '80s hits such as What About Me? and Right Here Waiting, will be performing at the ceremony. The singer-songwriter is set to deliver a medley of his iconic hits to Aussie audiences alongside homegrown star Guy Sebastian, who will sing his new track, Get It Done. Richard released a statement following the announcement, revealing his passionate Aussie fans inspired him to bring 'something special' to his Logies performance. 'Australians have always been huge supporters of my music and have brought their passion and infectious energy to my live shows across the decades,' he said. 'It is a privilege to be performing at Aussie TV's biggest night of celebrations. I can't wait to deliver something special for those at home and in the room.' Also on the musical line-up is beloved Aussie rocker Jimmy Barnes, who will headline the night with a repertoire spanning four decades of fan favourites. Jimmy, who has 21 number-one albums under his belt as well as a place in the ARIA Hall of Fame, revealed he couldn't wait to 'get the party jumping' at the annual awards ceremony. 'I am excited about playing at the Logies, television's big night of nights. It will be great to celebrate all the fantastic talent we have in Australian television,' the 69-year-old said. Richard, Guy and Jimmy will be joined by the likes of Kitty Flanagan, Hamish Blake and Leigh Sales, who are just a few of the presenters expected to wow the crowd. It has also been revealed that Sam Pang will host the event for the third time, after his cheeky and irreverent brand of comedy previously proved a big hit with audiences and TV's A-list, as well as a major ratings winner for Seven. Voting is now open and will remain so until 7pm on Friday August 1. The ceremony will be available to watch on Seven and 7Plus. 65th TV WEEK LOGIE AWARDS NOMINATIONS TV WEEK GOLD LOGIE – Most Popular Personality on Australian Television Ally Langdon - A Current Affair, The Olympic Games Paris 2024, 9Network Hamish Blake - LEGO Masters Australia, 9Network Julia Morris - I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, Network 10 Lisa Millar - Back Roads, ABC News Breakfast, Muster Dogs: Where Are They Now, Muster Dogs: Collies & Kelpies, ABC Lynne McGranger - Home and Away, Seven Network Poh Ling Yeow - MasterChef Australia, Network 10 Sonia Kruger - The Voice, Dancing With The Stars, Logies Red Carpet Show, Seven Network Bert Newton Award for Most Popular Presenter Hamish Blake - LEGO Masters Australia, 9Network Julia Morris - I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, Network 10 Ricki-Lee - Australian Idol, Seven Network Sonia Kruger - The Voice, Dancing With The Stars, Logies Red Carpet Show, Seven Network Todd Woodbridge - Tipping Point Australia, Australian Open, The Olympic Games Paris 2024, Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, 9Network Zan Rowe - Take 5 With Zan Rowe, ABC New Year's Eve, ABC Graham Kennedy Award for Most Popular New Talent Guy Montgomery - Guy Montgomery's Guy Mont Spelling Bee, ABC Hailey Pinto - Home and Away, Seven Network Jenny Tian - Taskmaster Australia, Network 10 Kate Miller-Heidke - The Voice, Seven Network Kylah Day - Territory, Netflix Sofia Levin - MasterChef Australia, Network 10 Ray Martin Award for Most Popular News or Public Affairs Presenter Ally Langdon - A Current Affair, 9Network David Speers - Insiders, ABC Michael Usher - 7NEWS, 7NEWS Spotlight, Seven Network Peter Overton - 9News, 9Network Sarah Ferguson - 7.30, ABC Tara Brown - 60 Minutes, Dangerous Lies: Unmasking Belle Gibson, 9Network TV WEEK SILVER LOGIE – Best Lead Actor in a Drama Lloyd Griffith - Return To Paradise, ABC Michael Dorman - Territory, Netflix Robert Taylor - Territory, Netflix Sam Corlett - Territory, Netflix Sam Neill - The Twelve, BINGE / FOXTEL Tai Hara - Return To Paradise, ABC TV WEEK SILVER LOGIE – Best Lead Actress in a Drama Alycia Debnam-Carey - Apple Cider Vinegar, Netflix Anna Samson - Return To Paradise, ABC Anna Torv - Territory, Netflix Ayesha Madon - Heartbreak High, Netflix Kaitlyn Dever - Apple Cider Vinegar, Netflix Lynne McGranger - Home and Away, Seven Network TV WEEK SILVER LOGIE – Best Lead Actor in a Comedy Aaron Chen - Fisk, ABC Ben Miller - Austin, ABC Clancy Brown - Good Cop/Bad Cop, Stan Luke Cook - Good Cop/Bad Cop, Stan Michael Theo - Austin, ABC Patrick Brammall - Colin From Accounts, BINGE / FOXTEL TV WEEK SILVER LOGIE – Best Lead Actress in a Comedy Harriet Dyer - Colin From Accounts, BINGE / FOXTEL Jenna Owen - Nugget is Dead: A Christmas Story, Stan Kitty Flanagan - Fisk, ABC Leighton Meester - Good Cop/Bad Cop, Stan Sally Phillips, Austin - ABC Vic Zerbst - Nugget is Dead: A Christmas Story, Stan TV WEEK SILVER LOGIE – Best Supporting Actor Ashley Zukerman - Apple Cider Vinegar, Netflix Darren Gilshenan - Colin From Accounts, BINGE / FOXTEL Glenn Butcher - Fisk, ABC Mark Coles Smith - Apple Cider Vinegar, Netflix Matt Nable - Apple Cider Vinegar, Netflix Sam Delich - Territory, Netflix TV WEEK SILVER LOGIE – Best Supporting Actress Aisha Dee - Apple Cider Vinegar, Netflix Chloé Hayden - Heartbreak High, Netflix Julia Zemiro - Fisk, ABC Marg Downey - The Newsreader, ABC Michelle Lim Davidson - The Newsreader, ABC Tilda Cobham-Hervey - Apple Cider Vinegar, Netflix Best Drama Program Bump - Stan Heartbreak High - Netflix Return To Paradise - ABC Territory - Netflix The Newsreader - ABC The Twelve - BINGE / FOXTEL Best Miniseries or Telemovie Apple Cider Vinegar - Netflix Critical Incident - Stan Fake - Paramount+ How To Make Gravy - BINGE / FOXTEL Human Error - 9Network Plum - ABC Best Entertainment Program ABC New Year's Eve - ABC Australian Idol - Seven Network Countdown 50 Years On - ABC Dancing With The Stars - Seven Network The Voice - Seven Network Vision Australia's Carols by Candlelight - 9Network Best Current Affairs Program 60 Minutes - 9Network 7.30 - ABC 7NEWS Spotlight - Seven Network A Current Affair - 9Network Australian Story - ABC Four Corners - ABC Best Scripted Comedy Program Austin - ABC Colin From Accounts - BINGE / FOXTEL Fisk - ABC Good Cop/Bad Cop - Stan Melbourne International Comedy Festival - ABC Optics - ABC Best Comedy Entertainment Program Gruen - ABC Hard Quiz - ABC Have You Been Paying Attention? Tomorrowland music festival is coming to Australia for the first time in 2026
Tomorrowland is making it's Australia debut in 2026. The iconic music festival, which is held annually in Belgium, is bringing its CORE stage to Melbourne in November next year, which will mark a first for the festival Down Under. A TikTok was shared over the weekend by a Tomorrowland attendee featuring a world map poster at this year's festival in Boom. On the map, locations were circled to show where the CORE stage would be travelling to next year. The list of cities included Medellin, Colombia in February 2026, Los Angeles, California in May 2026 and Melbourne, Australia in November 2026. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. The CORE stage was first introduced by Tomorrowland in 2017 and aims to bring some of the biggest DJs of underground electronic music to places across the globe. Some of the past locations the stage has popped up in include Brazil and Tulum, becoming renowned for its jungle-inspired design and unmatchable festival experience. While Tomorrowland hasn't directly confirmed it yet, the festival is expected to announce the Melbourne show either at the end of the year or the beginning of next year, with ticket, lineup and venue details sure to follow. The exciting news comes as a welcome surprise in a time when the live music industry in Australia is facing significant challenges. This year has seen a slew of major music festivals axed, including multi-city event Listen Out, R'n'B festival Souled Out and the ever-iconic Splendour in the Grass. It was revealed in January that Splendour in the Grass would not be returning in 2025. Organisers officially confirmed that the beloved Byron Bay music festival would not go ahead for a second year in a row via social media. 'Hey gang, sorry it's been so quiet, but we had a little holiday…finally,' a statement published on the festival's Instagram and Facebook channels read. 'The rest of the festival team have still been busy cooking up some awesome new things for music lovers in Australia, but Splendour needs a little more time to recharge and we won't be back this year.' The 2024 Splendour festival, which was set to feature the likes of Kylie Minogue, G Flip, Tash Sultana, and Fontaines D.C., was axed less than a week after tickets went on sale, with organisers citing 'unexpected events' as the reason behind the last-minute cancellation. There is no guarantee that the festival is slated to return in 2026, however, organisers asked music fans to 'think of it as a breather so we can come back even bigger and better when the time is right.' The statement ended on a more hopeful note, with Splendour organisers saying there are 'lots of other huge events on the horizon.' 'So keep an ear to the ground in the coming months – we can't wait to share what we've been working on!' they added. In a separate statement to Rolling Stone, ticketing and touring company Live Nation said the Splendour festivals team 'has our full support to bring Splendour in the Grass back when they feel it's right.'
