White Lotus star's father responds following son's ‘insane' bedroom scene
The White Lotu s season three continues to stun audiences and the cast alike with its explicit storylines, often involving nudity and graphic sexual descriptions.
This season has already seen fans exposed to numerous full-frontal male nudity scenes and a bizarre sexual confession from a top star making a surprise cameo.
While audiences have shared their shock at some of the revelations in the show, it would appear that even some of the cast's relatives have been taken aback by what they have seen.
Warning: The rest of this article contains spoilers about The White Lotus season three
As fans will be fully aware, The White Lotus 's dysfunctional Ratliffe family have, among many problems, a slight issue with incest between its siblings, namely brothers Saxon (Patrick Schwarzenegger) and Lochlan (Sam Nivola).
After kissing each other in episode six during their raucous night out with Chelsea (Aimee Lou Wood) and Chloe (Charlotte Le Bon) the two brothers wake up naked in the same bed next to each other, with the two having little recollection of what happened.
Saxon is later sickened when Chloe tells him that Lochlan became very 'hands-on' with him during an orgy.
Speaking to Vanity Fair about the scene, Nivola said: 'It was f***ing insane. I had never even kissed anyone on camera, let alone done a sex scene. So that whole thing was really scary. I was on the phone with Patrick when we both knew we got the roles, and we were talking to each other about how we were going to play it. He said the scene where Chloe says to Saxon 'Your brother jerked you off last night' was in one of his audition sides. And I was like, 'What the f***? What?''
Responding to the revelation, Nivola's father, Alessandro, best known for his roles in The Brutalist, Face/Off and Goal wrote on X/Twitter: ' Hahaha. I hadn't heard this @SamNivola'.
Meanwhile, Schwarzenegger has denied that he got his role in The White Lotus because of his Golden Globe-winning father, Arnold Schwarzenegger.
'I know there are people who'll say I only got this role because of who my dad is,' Patrick, 31, told The Sunday Times.
'They're not seeing that I've had 10 years of acting classes, put on [high] school plays every week, worked on my characters for hours on end or the hundreds of rejected auditions I've been on.'
He added: 'Of course, it's frustrating and you can get boxed in and you think at that moment, I wish I didn't have my last name. But, that's a small moment. I would never trade my life with anyone. I'm very fortunate to have the life and family that I have, the parents I have and the lessons and values they've instilled in me.'

Uproar as Anna Wintour appoints her daughter's nepo-baby best friend to run Vanity Fair
Anna Wintour has appointed her daughter's close pal to run Vanity Fair, despite reports that he's despised by staff at the magazine's publisher. Mark Guiducci, 36, was tapped by Wintour on Tuesday to lead the Conde Nast-owned glossy after a high-profile search for the publication's next leader. Guiducci has worked at both Vanity Fair and Vogue, where Wintour is editor-in-chief, and is a friend of her 37-year-old daughter, Bee Shaffer, sources told Showbiz 411. 'He's the most disliked person in the Conde Nast building,' a source told the publication Tuesday, hours after the news of Guiducci's hiring broke. 'Staffers went to Anna begging her not to hire him,' an insider added The hesitance stems from the Princeton grad's inexperience, as well as a poor reputation earned during his time at Vogue, Showbiz 411 reported. The search for a new leader launched in April, when Vanity Fair's former editor-in-chief, Radhika Jones, resigned after seven years. She assumed the role from longtime editor Graydon Carter, who held the job for 25 years. At the time, Wintour told staff that Jones would help with the transition 'as we start the search for a new editor.' Now tasked with filling that void is Guiducci, who started his post-college career in 2010 at Vanity Fair as an assistant. In 2017, he was named editor-in-chief the art publication GARAGE Magazine, owned by VICE Media. It went out of print four years ago, a year after Guiducci left in 2020. That same year, he took on the role of creative editorial director Vogue and helped launch Vogue World, an annual fashion and cultural show. He's now tasked with filling the void left by Jones, after she oversaw years of declining revenue. Guiducci will be Vanity Fair's first 'global editorial director' rather than the editor-in-chief title held by his predecessors, including the legendary Tina Brown. Wintour's search was advised by longtime New Yorker editor David Remnick. Figures like Carter have since expressed faith in Guiducci as a successor, despite working with him many years ago. 'Having worked with Mark, I know that he has so many of the skills necessary for the job at hand - and many that I did not have,' the iconic editor told Breaker. 'He's the perfect editor for the new Vanity Fair.' 'Congrats to Mark Guiducci, the new editor of Vanity Fair,' Brown separately tweeted. 'He's a fabulous, fresh appointment with bags of flair and fun ideas.' In a statement to the New York Times, the 75-year-old Wintour sang a similar tune, describing how great editors 'inspire their colleagues to move with speed, dexterity and thrilling derring-do.' 'That's the magic of Mark,' she said. 'An energetic and creative editor at the center of his generation and a leader under whom Vanity Fair will grow in ways I can foresee and, no doubt, many ways I can't.' Guiducci also expressed excitement at taking on the job. 'We're going to have fun,' Guiducci said of his plans for the magazine. 'I think that's something we're going to need in our culture right now' 'There are all these old-school tools that can be used in new ways,' Guiducci told the Times. 'Cover stars, long lead ambitious investigations, sophisticated visuals - those are all things you can't do on Substack. The difference today is we create them for and publish them on modern platforms.' His friendship with Wintour's only daughter has spanned years. The two have been photographed together frequently, often at high-profile parties. 'Beyond proud,' Shaffer wrote on Instagram Tuesday in a story celebrating Guiducci's appointment. 'We're going to have fun,' he told the Times separately, when asked about his plans for the magazine. 'I think that's something we're going to need in our culture right now.'

Patrick Schwarzenegger lands huge new Amazon role with Margaret Qualley after White Lotus success
The actor will star opposite Margaret Qualley in Love of Your Life from Amazon MGM Studios. Patrick Schwarzenegger has landed his first major role since his breakout performance in the third season of The White Lotus. The actor, who is the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, will star opposite Margaret Qualley in Love of Your Life from Amazon MGM Studios. The romantic drama is being directed by Black Panther cinematographer-turned-helmer Rachel Morrison and produced by Ryan Gosling and partner Jessie Henderson. The story follows a young woman, played by Qualley, who loses her husband and goes on a journey to find a way forward in her life. Schwarzenegger will play an old friend and ex-boyfriend in Love of Your Life, which will begin filming in European cities in August. Of his breakout role in White Lotus, Schwarzenegger said: 'I was a huge fan of the first two seasons and when they told me there'd be a third, I was like, 'Oh my God, we have to find a role in that". And then when the audition came, it was a dream come true. 'I've gotten sent a lot of rom-coms where the guy is like that typical guy, and I've gotten sent some cool action stuff, but it's not what I've wanted to do so far. 'And yeah, I guess it's easy to do something again, but I think it's really important for the next thing to be different and unique and for me to continuously try to showcase a different side.' Both Qualley and Schwarzenegger fit the 'nepo baby' tag. Qualley is the daughter of actress Andie MacDowell, who starred in films such as Groundhog Day and Four Weddings and a Funeral. Late year, Qualley earned a Golden Globe nomination for her performance in The Substance. Schwarzenegger has been slowly building out an acting career over the years, and last fall starred in Ryan Murphy's American Sports Story: Aaron Hernandez as Tim Tebow. He also in recent years, appeared in HBO Max's Emmy-nominated limited series The Staircase, Prime Video's The Terminal List, and Prime Video's The Boys spinoff, Gen V. But it was his role as Saxon Ratliff that earned him fans of his acting around the world. His Austrian-born dad Arnold, 77, started his career as a world champion bodybuilder before developing an incredible acting career, thanks to lead roles in the Terminator franchise as well as action films such as Predator and comedies such as True Lies, Kindergarten Cop and Twins. He also entered politics and became governor of California.

Huge TV star is unlikely heir to Paddington Bear fortune and selling £2.8m home
The Amazon Prime series Clarkson's Farm has become a huge hit with viewers and now two of the stars are looking to sell their properties as they aim to boost their bank balances Two stars from the Amazon Prime series Clarkson's Farm are looking to boost their bank balances as they list their properties on the market for some eye-watering figures - with one of the lavish houses having a link to a very iconic British institution. Former Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson 's childhood home, Rowland Bridge House, is on the market for a whopping £1.5 million, while one of his co-stars is looking to sell their £2.8 million Cotswolds country home in a raffle! Located in the historic market town of Tickhill, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, Clarkson's childhood home is a Grade II listed property that boasts five bedrooms, three bathrooms, four reception rooms, and a 'large living kitchen'. The Clarkson family moved into this 17th-century detached house back in 1987. Jeremy lived there with his mother Shirley, who famously crafted the world's first 'plush' Paddington Bear, initially without authorisation from the character's creator, Michael Bond. Clarkson's mother hadn't asked for permission to use the bear's likeness, but all worked out for her after Bond bumped into Shirley and her husband Eddie and struck up a friendship with the couple and officially awarded her company the licence. The author recalled to The Sunday Times in 2014: "I got in the lift with Shirley and Eddie. They were terribly nice and pretended it had all been a mistake - and we were friends by the time we got out of the lift. I gave them a licence." Bond's approval helped Shirley set up a fortune for the Clarkson family, with her Paddington venture allowing the income she generated through Paddington Bear to fund her son's private school education which helped launch his career in showbuisnsess. She once told AutoTrader magazine: "I've got a Paddington bear on the dashboard of my car. I looked at it recently and thought if it hadn't been for the success of the toys, Jeremy wouldn't have had all the chances he's had in life." Just a stone's throw away from Hill House School, where Clarkson spent his school years, the property offers waterside views over a large duck pond, This two-storey property, complete with a walled south-facing garden and orangery, is now up for grabs with a guide price of £1,475,000. The 5,000 square-foot home, which is just a two-hour journey from London by public transport, comes fully equipped with a range of Miele appliances, including an Aga cooker, and features a laundry and utilities room. Additional perks include a security system, integrated multimedia system, smart heating, and an outdoor kitchen. The main bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding roll-top bath, and a dressing room. Other features include a conservatory, and a detached garage block with a workshop, gardener's toilet, and a self-contained office and gym. Nick Talbot from Lister Haigh highlighted the captivating past of Rowland Bridge House: "Rowland Bridge House is full of history and during the 1970s it was the childhood home of motoring journalist and star of Clarkson's Farm, Jeremy Clarkson." Nick then added: "It's also where he famously played with the world's first ever Paddington Bear, after his mother, Shirley Clarkson, started making the soft toys without consent. However, she was later granted licencing rights by Paddington's author, Michael Bond, to manufacture and export the bears throughout the world." Commenting on the features of the home, Nick was enthusiastic: "It's a magnificent family home in the highly sought after, historic and picturesque market town of Tickhill which is very popular due to its excellent range of independent shops, restaurants, and amenities, as well as offering easy access to the A1(M), M18 and M62." He also mentioned the appealing mix of old-world allure and contemporary comforts found in the home: "The property blends period features and charm with an excellent finish, which includes media and sound systems together with remote heating and security systems, which will all appeal to buyers looking for a standout family home." It's noted that the Clarksons sold the greatly-loved house back in 2016, and it's now believed to be owned by a semi-retired estate agent. Rachel Hawkins, who assisted Clarkson in launching his Cotswolds pub The Farmer's Dog, resides nearby the presenter's site and is now raffling off her £2.8 million country home. The hospitality entrepreneur, known for reviving dilapidated pubs, has put her six-bedroom house located in the heart of Stow-on-the-Wold up for grabs with tickets starting at just £10. Rachel, along with her long-term partner Will Kennedy, moved into the property in November 2015 after purchasing it for £750,000. The 40-year-old star has decided to relocate with Will and their five dogs, opting for an unconventional method to sell their home. The detached 4,000sq ft property is perfect for hosting, should any of the increasing number of Cotswolds A-listers decide to drop by, boasting a unique bar area. It also features a living area and a kitchen with dining space, flanked by a separate dining room on one side and a stylish family room on the other. The family room comes with bi-fold doors that open onto a stone terrace, complete with a garden room for sunny days. The ground floor also houses a cosy sitting room, study and cellar, as well as visitor-friendly features such as a boot room for wellies and a custom-made dog bed. The two upper floors of the Cotswold stone house accommodate six bedrooms, each with its own en suite. A spacious master suite, several guest rooms and a quirky loft room with two single beds tucked under the eaves of the house make it an ideal home for those who love to host. The plush residence comes fully furnished with chic furniture, and Raffle House also takes care of the stamp duty costs and fees, ensuring the lucky winner can move in without any additional expenses.
