Google removes popular and useful feature from the Pixel Camera app
Until you change the three, those destinations will always be an option when you open Social Share. Without this shortcut, to share photos you've snapped, you will have to go to the Photos app, open a photo, and tap on the share icon to summon the share sheet so that you can share an image. To reiterate, those with the most recent version of the pixel Camera app will no longer have the Social Share feature.

Pixel Camera 9.9 also includes a new look for the 3, 5, and 10-minute timers. This new look improves the visibility of the numerals 3, 5, and 10 inside the timers making them easier to see. Instead of showing white numbers against a black background inside a small icon of a stopwatch, the new look has the numerals 3,5, and 10 inside a stopwatch with the numbers in black against a white background. This is the version that is easier to see.

Also missing from the update is the Education Hub that was listed as part of the Pixel Feature Drop for June. When the feature arrives, you'll see a question mark in the viewfinder on the top right corner. Tap on the question mark to read "Explore ways to take photos." T-Mobile exec hints that users will have a good rest of the year
T-Mobile customers have been through a lot over the last year, but there will probably be no more surprises this year. T-Mobile started raising prices on some older plans last year, and that exercise continued into this year. The company also hiked rates indirectly and stopped including taxes and fees in the prices for its latest plans. In April, the company hinted that it would pass on any tariff-induced surcharges to customers. Customers need not worry about any price spikes in the near future, though. When discussing second-quarter results, T-Mobile 's executive vice president and chief financial officer, Peter Osvaldik, said that the company was done with rate plan optimizations. The company revealed that a lot of customers left in Q2 due to rate jumps, but since no more price increases are planned for the year, churn rate is expected to come down in Q3 compared to levels seen in Q2. The churn rate will remain elevated relative to last year, though, but all in all, it's looking good for the company, with Osvaldik saying the carrier is through the worst of it. —Peter Osvaldik, T-Mobile executive vice president and chief financial officer, July 2025 The exec also hinted that customers are increasingly choosing its premium-tier plans. That's because not only do they pack a lot of value, but T-Mobile also claims to have the best network in the US, though that has been disputed by its rivals. CEO Mike Sievert expanded on that by saying that 60 percent of the new customers are going for premium plans. This can partially be attributed to T-Satellite, the company's Starlink-powered texting feature that's available for free with pricier plans. —Mike Sievert, T-Mobile 's CEO, July 2025 On top of that, even existing customers are moving up tiers, switching from a high-end plan to even more premium ones because of the perks included with them. The company says that the Experience Beyond plans are twice as popular as the Go5G Next plans were a year ago. Contrary to what online chatter will have you believe, T-Mobile and its customers both seem to be in a good place. The company added 830,000 new monthly postpaid subscribers in Q2, and its revenue rose nearly 7 percent. Judging by what the company revealed during the earnings call, it looks like many existing customers are prepared to pay more, indicating they are largely satisfied with the company's services.

Google Pixel 10 trio emerges in new official-looking images
The Pixel 10 series is launching later this month and Evan Blass has shared some official-looking images for the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL. The new images show the official colors for the trio and offer our best look yet. Pixel 10 will be available in Light Blue (Frost), Blue (Indigo), Yellow (Limoncello) and Black (Obsidian) colors. The device will offer a matte finished aluminum frame just like its predecessor. The back has a wider camera visor, which now houses three camera modules, including a telephoto module for the first time. Google Pixel 10 Based on previous rumors, Google will downgrade the main and ultrawide shooters on the Pixel 10, going for an older 48MP main and a 12MP ultrawide. The move will be necessary to help keep the cost down due to the addition of the new 10MP telephoto (5x) module. Pixel 10 Pro will arrive in three color options – Grey (Moonstone), Black (Obsidian) and White (Porcelain). It looks unchanged from its predecessor with a 6.3-inch screen and a trio of cameras on the back. Google Pixel 10 Pro Pixel 10 Pro XL also looks identical to its predecessor. It will be available in Green (Jade), Grey (Moonstone), Black (Obsidian) and White (Porcelain) colors. Pixel 10 Pro XL is expected to bring a 6.8-inch screen, just like its predecessor.
