'It's 11 vs 11, Sundowns will do well'
It's nearly time for the Betway Premiership champions Mamelodi Sundowns to face the ultimate test at the FIFA Club World Cup in the USA.
Sundowns, known as 'The Brazilians,' jetted out of the OR Tambo International Airport last Sunday before camping in Florida.
The tournament will feature the world's biggest clubs, such as Real Madrid, Manchester City, and Paris Saint-Germain, holders of the UEFA Champions League.

The Brazilians in Group F will battle Bundesliga powerhouse Borussia Dortmund, the Brazilian giants Fluminense, and Ulsan HD from South Korea.
'All these teams are quality teams. They've done very well to be there, but Sundowns is a good team, and they can do well against them,' Feutmba told KickOff .
Rumours: Kaizer Chiefs have signed these four players
'In football, it's not about where you come from, it's always about your desire to win a game. When I was playing for Cameroon in the 1990 World Cup, we beat Argentina when nobody expected us to. We did it because of the mindset and spirit.
'It's 11 against 11. It depends on how you prepare, it depends on the stage going into that game. So Sundowns have a team good enough to do well there.
'Most of the Sundowns players are the national team players, so they have what it takes to get out of that group alive. So the country will benefit a lot from the experience they will gain in this tournament.
'I know Sundowns will do well. Football is football. It's played the same way everywhere. They will get out of their group, Sundowns; they have the team,' Feutmba concluded.

Saturday, 21 June: Sundowns vs Dortmund at 18:00 from the QTL Stadium, Cincinnati, USA.

'His performances as he led South Africa U20 to the Africa Cup of Nations title earned him interest in Scandinavia and the Gulf but sources as Matsatsansa have confirmed Chiefs and Pirates are both seriously after the player who is seen as future senior national team left-back.' 'With Orlando Pirates having released Paseka Mako and the retirement of Innocent Maela, their interest on the promising full-back comes as no surprise, while Chiefs are looking to remedy a position that has plagued them in the last couple of seasons.' In under two years, Kaizer Chiefs have signed two attacking players from the Democratic Republic of Congo. The Tunisian mentor fine-tuned the goal-scoring midfielder in the 2021/22 season at Yanga. Junior Khanye: 'Tau can't goto Chiefs or Pirates' 'At the moment the club has not yet signed some of the players who they want nor those they are looking at,' an insider told Soccer Laduma . ALSO READ: Ahly and Sundowns face defining World Club Cup campaigns 'Any opportunity I'm given to represent the country, I'd wake up even at 2 AM to play for the nation. But it's just that I've been struggling with an injury,' Cele told FarPost. Chiefs' Cele – 'I want to be part of that' 'I do watch Bafana games because it's football and I support the national team. I want to be part of that. When we grow up as young boys, we have dreams of representing the country. 'So, this is something I've been fighting for even with the Under-20s and U-23s. Even the soldiers, when they go to fight, wear a South African badge. So we want to be part of that. 'When I got that (COSAFA Cup) call-up, I was here in Durban, and instantly the doctor indicated that it was not possible (to join the team),' he added. Cele, 28, joined Chiefs in January and had a decent second half of the season with Amakhosi, who won the Nedbank Cup, but finished a disappointing tenth in the Betway Premiership. Bafana head coach Hugo Broos has previously indicated that he cannot select Chiefs players for the Bafana first team, because of the side's poor performances. 'I can't' 'For me, for the moment I can't select players from Kaizer Chiefs,' said Broos. ALSO READ: Sundowns set for tough CWC group stage 'I hope that they make a better season next year. Ok, they've won the Cup, but I think that was the only highlight in Chiefs' season. All the rest was not so good.'
