Norfolk farmer to enter Love Island villa
A farmer from Norfolk is one of the latest contestants to enter the Love Island villa.
Will Means - who comes from a farming family in Terrington St Clement - is joining three others, including Giorgio Russo, the brother of England Lioness Alessia Russo.
The four are set to appear at the end of tonight's episode of the ITV2 show, which is filmed in Majorca.
According to his LinkedIn, Will is currently a sales representative at Coca-Cola but spent seven summers working on the family farm in west Norfolk.
His father, Mark Means, was named Farmer of the Year in 2024 at the Farmers Weekly Awards.
Talking about why he wanted to take part, the 25-year-old said: "I'm excited and looking forward to getting in there and speaking to girls.
"It's the chance to meet a soulmate, which would be great.
"I grew up on the family farm and I was named the fourth fittest farmer by Farmers' Weekly in 2023. It's a fitness competition.
"It was good. A bit of a laugh, fourth in the UK is quite cool.
"I think about 5,000 entered. It raises awareness for mental health as well and helps build a community among young farmers who spend a lot of time in tractors on their own."
Will is the latest person from Norfolk to try and find love in the villa.
Harley Judge, who went to Attleborough High School, entered the villa as a 22-year-old in 2017.
He coupled up with eventual winner Amber Davies on the first day and the pair shared a steamy kiss just hours after meeting.
Sadly, Harley didn't find love and was the first islander to be booted out of the villa.
In 2018 Sam Bird, a then-gym owner from Norwich, entered the Majorcan villa as a bombshell on day 19 and coupled up with Samira Mighty.
Sam ended up in a drama-filled couple with Georgia Steel and the pair were dumped from the villa on day 47 after refusing to couple up with other contestants.
The couple broke up shortly after the show and Sam married Kailah Casillas-Bird last year.
Ellie Spence from Norwich joined the winter series of the show in 2023 and after entering as a bombshell she spent two weeks in the villa before getting the boot.
Last summer, Caine Bacon from Bradwell went to Fiji to take part in the US version of the show.
He entered the villa on day 17 and was dumped from the island on day 25.

J.K. Rowling Clarified How Involved She Is With The "Harry Potter" TV Series
The controversy around J.K. Rowling's involvement in HBO's upcoming Harry Potter TV series is, honestly, a constant at this point. It's arguably overshadowed anything else about the series. This is mostly because the author has spent the majority of her post-Harry Potter career spending time — and money — essentially pushing back against the mere notion of trans rights. Related: Shia LaBeouf Just Shared A Screenshot Of His Private Email Exchange With Timothée Chalamet, And It's Certainly Interesting As a result, the series itself has become a hotbed of discourse and criticism. Bridgerton star Nicola Coughlan recently took to IG to speak out against the author, the show, and the recent UK Supreme Court's unanimous ruling that a "woman" in equality legislation should be defined as referring to a "biological woman and biological sex." As the show's casting has been slowly unveiled, those who are set to appear on it have also become inevitably snared in the conversation. Paapa Essiedu — who, as of this moment, is booked to portray Severus Snape in the series — was one of many British actors who signed an open letter supporting trans rights in response to the Supreme Court ruling, which caused J.K. to deny rumors that he'd be fired from the show for doing so. Related: After Signing A $125-Million SiriusXM Deal, Alex Cooper Was Just Asked If She Thinks About Her Former "Call Her Daddy" Co-Host Sofia Franklyn Last month, HBO CEO Casey Bloys addressed the situation on a recent episode of The Town podcast, saying that "the decision to be in business with J.K. Rowling is not new for us. We've been in business for 25 years...I think it's pretty clear those are her personal political views. She's entitled to them. And if you want to debate her, you can go on Twitter." And Twitter is exactly where J.K. popped up over the weekend to praise the scripts for the show's first two episodes. "[T]hey are SO, SO, SO GOOD!" she wrote. I read the first two episodes of the forthcoming HBO Harry Potter series and they are SO, SO, SO GOOD! — J.K. Rowling (@jk_rowling) June 21, 2025 @jk_rowling / Via When a fellow Twitter user asked her point-blank if she's writing for the show itself, she replied, "No, but I've worked closely with the extremely talented writers." Bad Company's Mick Ralphs dead at 81
Mick Ralphs, a founding member of Bad Company and Mott the Hoople, has died aged 81. The guitarist's bandmates announced his death in a post to Bad Company's official social media account on Monday. Lead vocalist Paul Rodgers celebrated the life of his friend, penning, "Our Mick has passed, my heart just hit the ground. He has left us with exceptional songs and memories. "He was my friend, my songwriting partner, an amazing and versatile guitarist who had the greatest sense of humour. Our last conversation a few days ago we shared a laugh but it won't be our last. There are many memories of Mick that will create laughter." Drummer Simon Kirke shared his own tribute on the band's post, calling Ralphs "a dear friend, a wonderful songwriter, and an exceptional guitarist," adding, "We will miss him deeply." The news of Ralphs' death comes just two months after Bad Company was announced as one of the inductees for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame's Class of 2025, which the band called a "fitting tribute to the band's enduring influence" in their memorial post for the guitarist. The band will be formally inducted into the Hall of Fame on 8 November. Ralphs is survived by his partner, Susie Chavasse, and his three step-children. A cause of death was not shared.
