The Irish presenter, 39, and former Made in Chelsea star hubby, 36, were all smiles as they got cosy under a sun umbrella.
Vogue looked incredible in a tiny black two-piece that showed off her toned figure.
She accessorised her beach ensemble as she kept a low profile with a pair of black Fendi sunglasses and a black cap.
Meanwhile, Spencer showcased his washboard abs in a pair of white shorts with lions printed on them.
The former Made in Chelsea star and his model-turned-presenter wife looked happier than ever as they soaked up the sun during their getaway.
At one point, Vogue was seen playfully lifting their youngest son Otto on her legs, sharing a sweet moment before heading for a refreshing dip in the ocean.
The holiday comes after Vogue revealed in May that she often feels 'mum guilt' when she is away from her children working.
The Irish star shares her children, Theodore, six, Gigi, four, and Otto, three with Spencer.
Speaking on The Life of Bryony podcast, she said that like many mums, she has put pressure on herself to 'do and be everything'.
'I suffer from mum guilt all the time', Vogue admitted.
'I feel guilty when I am working, and I feel guilty when I am with my kids. I worry when I spend more time with one of them and not the others.
'I spend a lot of time with Theodore and Gigi because I take them places – so I have to create time to spend with Otto on his own.
'I think as women we put so much pressure on ourselves to be able to do and be everything. Going out there and working should be great for your children to see.
'Whether you're a working mum or staying at home, I think you're always going to feel some level of guilt.
'When realistically, you can't do it all.'
Speculating about why Vogue was putting so much pressure on herself as a parent, host Bryony Gordon, 45, admitted that her attitude may reflect the beliefs of a generation.
She said: 'Women of our generation were brought up with that notion – that you can have it all.
'Even the question itself – you see these high-profile women always get asked that question. No one is asking that question of men.
'I don't want to have it all – I don't need to be everything to everyone.'
'Everyone just has to accept that sometimes, laundry is a nightmare, and we might forget to reply to an email or several.'
Vogue jokingly responded: 'I have 364 unread WhatsApps – It's terrible!'

Both Vogue and Spencer are known for their dedication to health and fitness, especially Spencer, who turned his life around after struggling with alcohol abuse during his time on Made in Chelsea.
The star also battled an addiction to steroids, the use resulted in his removal from ITV show I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! in 2015.
Spencer is now the founder and Chief Business Officer of CleanCo Non-alcoholic Spirits, which he founded soon after eldest son Theo's birth.
His eldest brother is married to Pippa Middleton, and his parents are the Laird and Lady of Glen Affric, a 10,000-acre estate in the Highlands of Scotland.
Appearing on an installment of the Mail's 'The Life of Bryony' podcast, Vogue recently admitted she 'thought her life was over' after divorcing Westlife singer Brian McFadden.
In a candid conversation with Mail columnist Bryony Gordon, 'relationship girl' Vogue reflected on her love life ahead of turning forty.
She remembered feeling as though she had 'ruined her life' in 2017 after her divorce aged 31 from Westlife singer Brian McFadden.
'I am excited at turning forty', Vogue told the podcast. 'When you are 19 or 20, you think that 40-year-olds are really old and battered. Then you actually get there and you think, this is a really nice moment.
'In your thirties, you are still trying to figure stuff out. I remember being divorced at 31 and thinking, I've ruined my life. I am never going to have kids, I am never going to do what I always wanted to do.
'Then you see how your life actually starts to unfold – that's why it feels exciting to move into your forties.'

PORN star Bonnie Blue has been discussing the possibility of doing a sex education TV series following the surge of interest in her recent Channel 4 documentary. He and Liz host the new reality contest, which airs soon and features 13 contestants summoned to a grand stately home. They then have to compete for part of a fortune left in the will of a deceased, but very glamorous, benefactor, played by Hurley. Overseeing the stipulations of her will during the 12 episodes is her executor and trusted legal counsel, in the form of real life barrister-turned TV presenter, Rob. Created by the team behind Traitors UK and Squid Game: The Challenge, it is said to be 'a game of wit, willpower, persuasion and betrayal.' Sounds dead good. CELEBS TAKE POP AT MAT GAVIN & Stacey star Mat Horne has lifted the lid on bizarre encounters with two celebs as he minded his own business on the street. He said he was almost run over by one pop star and playfully heckled by another. At an event last week, Mat revealed: 'I was crossing the road. This car screeched to a halt in front of me and driving it was Harry Styles.' Recalling a different incident, he went on: 'I was crossing a zebra crossing in London and someone shouted 'You come up to see me?' out of their car window, which was a reference to The Catherine Tate Show. Iconic TV channel axe all UK production after almost three decades as it becomes latest casualty of streaming
I USED to love going to my best mate's house to watch MTV when I was a kid in the Nineties because my parents were too tight to pay for extra TV channels. But youngsters now won't be able to do the same, as I'm told MTV UK is the latest casualty of social media and streaming. 4 4 4 4 My insiders said the station has been axed in all but name after bosses quietly closed the UK production arm of the channel. MTV spin doctors insist the station 'will still have a presence', but concede they will no longer be making original music content. Instead, generic US shows will be aired alongside the usual rolling music videos. Notable cancellations include original series Gonzo and Fresh Out UK. As well as being a huge blow to British music, it's also a major loss to up-and-coming presenting talent. Stars including Kelly Brook, Emma Willis and Cat Deeley all got their big breaks in telly thanks to the station. Greg James and Joel Dommett also hosted on the channel earlier in their careers. My source said: 'Everyone at MTV is gutted. To say there has been a bloodbath of cuts would be an understatement. 'Staff have been left in tears as some have been there for decades. "Those that are left fear more doom and gloom could be around the corner.' It comes after the EMAs — the European answer to the famous VMAs — was axed for this year in another cost- saving measure. A spokesman said: ' MTV UK is sunsetting local series Gonzo and Fresh Out UK, beginning this month. 'We are deeply grateful to our hosts Jack Saunders and Becca Dudley, the talented artists who have been a part of these series, as well as the teams who brought them to life. I know nothing can ever stay the way it was . . . but this just makes me want to go back to the Nineties. END OF AN ERA By Jack Hardwick MTV was once a juggernaut of the music industry - with stars lining up to feature on its regular music shows. So I was genuinely gutted to hear from multiple sources the dyer state MTV has found itself in and the brutal culling of large swaths of its staff. UK based production teams and talent handlers have all been given the chop - many of which had dedicated over a decade to the channel. Officially the business is restructuring but it's another sure tell sign the music industry is battling for survival in an age of social media dominance and TV streaming. One exec put it to me: "In terms of original music content on music channels, that's it. There are no music channel promo opportunities for artists now. It was a nice win for newer acts to help break them as we always championed them. It's bleak." The shake up comes hot on the heels of MTV resting the Europe Music Awards for the year - amid rising costs. I'm told it will be back for 2026 though personally I won't be holding my breath. The word iconic is far too often used but MTV really is. For decades it has dominated. On a personal level I remember begging my mum and dad to add the £1 music channel bolt on to our Sky package. Admittedly they took some wearing down but I eventually got my own way. Back in 2021 I excitedly sat front and centre as the Queen of Pop herself Madonna filmed a special for her latest album Madame X in London. A new record is said to be due out before the end of the year - though this time around Madge will have to look elsewhere for promo. I hope the bloodbath currently sweeping the brand right now does achieve its goal - to streamline and revive a glorious brand in the ever challenging market. But I fear it could be too little too late, and it's a stark warning to us all. Adapt or die.
