LOS ANGELES − The expansion of the animal-style empire continues apace as California burger purveyor In-N-Out appears set to open at least seven new locations.
The home of the Double-Double, once praised by late food authority Anthony Bourdain, has continued to expand beyond its California roots in recent years, opening stores in Colorado, Texas and Idaho.
Four of the new locations will be in the company's home state, while three other states will all see new locations.

In-N-Out's office shuffle
In-N-Out announced in February that it is closing an office in Irvine, California and moving staff to its office in the Los Angeles-area city of Baldwin Park, 1 mile from the first restaurant opened by Harry and Esther Snyder.
The company is set to open a corporate office in the Nashville area. The Nashville office is on track to open in 2026, the company said when it announced the Irvine office's closure.
Five locations have been confirmed in the Nashville area so far, according to the Tennessean − a part of the USA TODAY Network. The restaurant told the paper that the locations would open "by 2026."

According to the company's website, it currently has stores in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Washington, D.C., and Delaware. The company notes its expansion plans are concentrated "in the northeast and mid-Atlantic regions." The company says on its website that it receives thousands of requests from people who have visited their stores for the first time or moved to a place without Wegmans for the company to build a location in their town. Guggenheim's Rosenfield Revives Danish Brand Selling $450,000 Watches
Urban Jürgensen, a Scandinavian watch brand with a history dating back more than 250 years, is now being revived thanks to a partnership between an American-based finance family and independent watchmaker Kari Voutilainen. Its first three watches were officially launched today in Los Angeles—the result of three-and-a-half years of research and development. The timepieces range in price from about $125,000 to more than $400,000 and are marketed under the slogan, 'Time well spent.' 'We are bringing expert Swiss watchmaking and exquisite craftsmanship together with the Scandinavian heritage of the brand so people can appreciate it all in a modern way,' says Alex Rosenfield, who co-owns the brand with his father, Andy, and Voutilainen. Alex's background is in fashion and beauty marketing, and Andy is a philanthropist and the president of the financial services firm Guggenheim Partners LLC.
