May 25 (UPI) -- Game of Thrones alum Sophie Turner is celebrating new music created by her ex-husband, pop music star Joe Jonas.
"Go Go @joejonas," Turner wrote on her Instagram Stories Saturday, alongside a screenshot of the cover of Jonas' new album, Music For People Who Believe in Love.
The couple were married from 2019 through 2024 and share two children together.
This is Jonas' first solo album since 2011's Fastlife. He also records and tours with his siblings Kevin and Nick as the Jonas Brothers.

Watch: 'The Rainmaker' trailer reimagines John Grisham novel
June 4 (UPI) -- USA Network is previewing The Rainmaker, a new series that reimagines the 1995 novel by John Grisham. Grisham's book previously inspired Francis Ford Coppola's 1997 film starring Matt Damon and Claire Danes. The upcoming series features Milo Callaghan as Rudy Baylor, Lana Parrilla as Bruiser, John Slattery as Leo Drummond and Madison Iseman as Sarah Plankmore. The trailer shows the fallout of Rudy's firing from Leo Drummond's firm on his first day. He gets another job with Bruiser, but his case pits him against girlfriend Sarah, who works for his former boss. "What happens when Leo finds out that my boyfriend is suing his prized client," Sarah says in the teaser. "...You need to drop this case." "Or what?" he responds. "What is it about this story that keeps drawing people in?" said showrunner Michael Seitzman, referencing the book's multiple adaptations. "Maybe it's the David-and -Goliath legal thriller, the dangerous romance or the coming-of-age story. For me, above all, it's the characters. They jumped off the page in John's book and were a joy to expand upon in our show." P.J. Byrne, Dan Fogler, Wade Briggs and Robyn Cara also star. The series premieres Aug. 15.

John Candy documentary to open Toronto International Film Festival

TIFF announced the documentary, directed by Colin Hanks and produced by Ryan Reynolds, will screen Sept. 4 at the Opening Night Gala at Roy Thomson Hall. The film chronicles the life and career of Candy, an actor and comedian who died in 1994 at the age of 43. "Comedy fans all over the world grew up on John Candy's humor," TIFF CEO Cameron Bailey said in a news release. "We love that John's global career started in Toronto, and we can't wait to share John Candy: I Like Me with everyone at this year's Opening Night Gala premiere. Colin Hanks has made a hugely entertaining film packed with some of Hollywood's biggest stars, but like John, this movie is all heart. For us, it's the perfect way to kick off TIFF's 50th edition." John Candy: I Like Me features never-before-seen home videos, interviews with his family and the recollections of colleagues and collaborators. The documentary is set to be released in the fall on Prime Video. Adam Pendleton's 'Love, Queen' Reframes Protest and Abstraction
Summary TheHirshhorn Museumin Washington, DC is hostingAdam Pendleton: Love, Queen, the artist's first solo exhibition in the city. On view through January 3, 2027, the show features new and recent paintings, along with a large-scale video installation, in the museum's second-floor galleries. Pendletonis known for blending painting, drawing, and photography. He starts his pieces with ink, shapes, and text on paper, then photographs and layers them using screen-printing. The result is a bold visual language that mixes abstraction, minimalism and conceptual art. The exhibition includes Pendleton's signature 'Black Dada,' 'Days,' 'WE ARE NOT,' and 'Composition and Movement' paintings. These works often use only two colors over black backgrounds, drawing attention to gesture and language. Also debuting is 'Resurrection City Revisited (Who Owns Geometry Anyway?),' a video projected floor to ceiling. The piece uses archival images of Resurrection City, the 1968 protest camp tied to Martin Luther King Jr.'s Poor People's Campaign. Combined with found footage and flashes of geometric shapes, the film blurs the line between history and abstraction. The score, by Hahn Rowe, includes a recording of poet Amiri Baraka.
