It also boasts a spacious back garden and the location itself is in one of Glasgow's most sought-after spots.
The residence is in the Newlands area in the south side of the city, adjacent to the affluent Shawlands suburb.
British & Irish Lions star Price, 32, took part in some filming with estate agency Vanilla Square and gave a tour of the house in doing so.
He showed estate agent Steven Lawrence around his home, saying the property "had been brilliant".
The home report valued the house at £750,000 and at the moment, it is listed on Vanilla Square's website for offers over £670,000.
The caption for the video read: "Have a look around @ali_price93's phenomenal home in Newlands.
"A family home as well as very cool party pad.

A description for the property on the website says: "Set over four impressive levels, this stunning and substantially extended semi-detached villa offers an unrivalled standard of family living in one of Glasgow's most sought-after neighbourhoods.
"Beautifully finished throughout, it is, without doubt, one of the finest homes of its kind currently available.
"From the moment you step into the grand entrance hallway - with a convenient WC and cloakroom - you are struck by the scale, style and attention to detail.
"Elegant double doors open into a truly spectacular rear extension, which forms the heart of the home: a magnificent open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. Bathed in natural light from multiple Velux windows, expansive glazing and French doors to a Paris balcony, this area is as functional as it is stylish.
"The kitchen has been designed with the chef in mind, boasting high-spec integrated appliances, a range cooker, central island, and extensive storage.
"There's ample room for formal dining as well as a casual sitting area—perfect for modern family life and entertaining alike.
"To the front, a refined formal lounge provides a more intimate space to relax, featuring a bespoke media wall and striking electric fireplace that adds warmth and character.
"The lower level is a true showstopper - a fully equipped bar and large lounge space create a vibrant party zone that feels more like an exclusive venue than a private home.
"With bi-fold doors opening directly onto the rear garden, it's ideal for summer gatherings, family celebrations, or simply unwinding in style. A luxurious shower room and a well-appointed utility room complete this versatile floor.

"A hidden spiral staircase leads to the fourth double bedroom, offering a flexible space ideal for guests, older children, or a dedicated home office.
"Additional features include gas central heating, tasteful finishes throughout, and excellent storage.
"Externally, the rear offers a gated driveway with space for one car.
"There is a sun-drenched, private garden featuring a large patio area, idea for dining al-fresco. On-street parking is available on Mossgiel Road and nearby for residents and visitors.
"This extraordinary home combines traditional charm with cutting-edge modern living. A real one-off that is not to be missed.
"Newlands is one of Glasgow's most desirable and well-established residential suburbs, located on the city's sought-after south side.
"Known for its leafy streets, elegant period homes, and strong sense of community, Newlands offers an exceptional quality of life.
"Residents enjoy easy access to a range of local amenities including independent cafés, restaurants, parks, and excellent schooling options—both state and independent.

Line of Duty star confirms the show is 'definitely coming back' 4 years after fi
Line of Duty star Adrian Dunbar has confirmed the beloved crime drama is set to return to screens very soon. First airing in 2012, the British police procedural was created by Jed Mercurio and centred on Anti-Corruption Unit 12 (AC-12), a fictional team tasked with 'policing the police'. It starred Martin Compston, Vicky McClure, and Adrian Dunbar as DS Steve Arnott, DI Kate Fleming and Superintendent Ted Hastings. The show – which ran for six seasons before wrapping up in 2021 – set viewing records for the BBC, becoming the highest-rated drama in the UK since 2002. It came to an end in 2021 when Steve and the team finally uncovered the identity of elusive criminal ringleader 'H.' Although the show hasn't been on air for four years, it was never officially cancelled, with its creator and stars expressing interest in reviving the show several times in recent years. Now Adrian has again weighed in on the rumours it's set to return – giving an update that will surely make fans ecstatic. In a recent interview with The Telegraph, he was asked point blank if a seventh season was on the cards. 'Oh, it's definitely coming back,' he said. 'Some time next year. 'We're just waiting for the BBC to announce it.' Although the actor, 66, has announced the show's return several times in the past few years, only for nothing to eventuate, he is certain this time. 'I know Jed is writing. And Martin and Vicky are very keen,' he added. Earlier this year – in April – The Sun first reported Line of Duty was returning. 'This is the news Line of Duty fans have been waiting for since the sixth season left them deflated when it aired back in 2021,' a source told the publication. 'The BBC almost immediately requested more episodes to continue the story, but the success of the show meant Vicky, Martin and Adrian were instantly snapped up for other projects. 'But after several meetings with Jed and the production team, they've finally managed to clear space in their calendars next year to commit to making the show.' The publication claimed Jed had written most of the storyline for the new season, which it said would production later this year and could even air towards the end of 2026. Since the finale, talks of a subsequent season have repeatedly been raised. In 2023 Martin teased: 'We have a chat group called 'Line of Duty 6' and a while ago Jed changed the name of it to 'Line of Duty 7'.' He later said on his podcast, Restless Natives: 'We have had such a good run with it and a bit of you does go 'Let's walk away on a high', but we all want to work together again because we are so close.' More Trending Meanwhile Vicky said she'd 'love' to revive the show. At the time Line of Duty's season 6 finale aired, the BBC's chief content officer Charlotte Moore said that she was 'looking forward to having a conversation with the team about where we go next and what the future of the series might be'. Lucy Charles-Barclay excited to continue summer of women's sport
Charles-Barclay currently sits fifth in the overall T100 Triathlon World Tour standings for the season, with a third place finish in Singapore and fourth place in Vancouver. She is one of four British athletes in the top 10 of the Pro Women's standings this season, and one of nine taking to the start line at the London T100, speaking to the strength and depth of middle distance triathlon in the country. And off the back of a successful EURO 2025 campaign for the Lionesses, the ongoing Tour de France Femmes and an upcoming Rugby World Cup on English soil, Charles-Barclay hopes that triathlon can add another memory to a brilliant summer celebrating women in sport. A post shared by Lucy Charles-Barclay (@lucycharles93) "We have so many Brits on the start line and every single one of the women are so strong and want to get on that podium," she said. "We have such amazing female athletes in the UK at the moment. I watched the final of the EUROs with the Lionesses winning this weekend. "British women are really showing what we can do and we can see that people want to watch women's sport. "For us, to deliver that high level performance in triathlon and showing how much we enjoy it is so important to inspire that younger generation. "It would be amazing to get an all British podium." Charles-Barclay's ambitions are only elevated by the Professional Triathlon Organisation (PTO), who are supporting the charity 'Women In Tri' around the London T100 by giving them 40 places across its events, to help break down barriers and bring more women to swim, bike, run and triathlons across the UK. The London-born triathlete was the poster-girl of her home race in 2024 but just three months before, was diagnosed with coeliac disease and nursing an injury, which she admitted impacted her preparation more than she initially believed. Add that to an strain to her Achilles during the run leg and Charles-Barclay was forced to pull out in the UK capital. It marked the only race she has not finished in her career and was an especially tough one to take with so many of her friends and family watching on from the sidelines. "Last year was obviously a really disappointing day for me and it was a real low point in the year," she said. "Finding out I had coeliac disease, I think I was a bit naïve to my return. "I thought I had the diagnosis so I would be healthy again, but I didn't anticipate how long it would take to build from that. I really feel like it's taken about a year to get healthy. "So, my expectations were low coming into this year because I had more injuries last year than I have my entire career, so it was really tough. But I've put that behind me." Charles-Barclay will look to make amends to her 2024 disappointment on her return to the UK capital on the 9 August this year, in what is set to be a star studded line up. And with the opportunity for redemption and to put on a show in her home town, it's a race she is cherishing every moment of no matter what might come her way. "I'm really excited," she said. "I'm feeling so much more positive and healthier this season, I feel like I can take everything in my stride and I'm enjoying it. "As long as I finish the race I've done better than last year but I'm in really good shape so a podium finish is what I'm hoping for." The next T100 Triathlon World Tour race takes place in London on 9-10 August. Visit
