The stunning property has three living rooms and three bathrooms and a giant basement bar with room for up to 50 people to party in.
It also boasts a spacious back garden and the location itself is in one of Glasgow's most sought-after spots.
The residence is in the Newlands area in the south side of the city, adjacent to the affluent Shawlands suburb.
British & Irish Lions star Price, 32, took part in some filming with estate agency Vanilla Square and gave a tour of the house in doing so.
He showed estate agent Steven Lawrence around his home, saying the property "had been brilliant".
The home report valued the house at £750,000 and at the moment, it is listed on Vanilla Square's website for offers over £670,000.
The caption for the video read: "Have a look around @ali_price93's phenomenal home in Newlands.
"A family home as well as very cool party pad.
"4 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 3 bathrooms.
"Check out the bar!"

A description for the property on the website says: "Set over four impressive levels, this stunning and substantially extended semi-detached villa offers an unrivalled standard of family living in one of Glasgow's most sought-after neighbourhoods.
"Beautifully finished throughout, it is, without doubt, one of the finest homes of its kind currently available.
"From the moment you step into the grand entrance hallway - with a convenient WC and cloakroom - you are struck by the scale, style and attention to detail.
"Elegant double doors open into a truly spectacular rear extension, which forms the heart of the home: a magnificent open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. Bathed in natural light from multiple Velux windows, expansive glazing and French doors to a Paris balcony, this area is as functional as it is stylish.
"The kitchen has been designed with the chef in mind, boasting high-spec integrated appliances, a range cooker, central island, and extensive storage.
"There's ample room for formal dining as well as a casual sitting area—perfect for modern family life and entertaining alike.
"To the front, a refined formal lounge provides a more intimate space to relax, featuring a bespoke media wall and striking electric fireplace that adds warmth and character.
"The lower level is a true showstopper - a fully equipped bar and large lounge space create a vibrant party zone that feels more like an exclusive venue than a private home.
"With bi-fold doors opening directly onto the rear garden, it's ideal for summer gatherings, family celebrations, or simply unwinding in style. A luxurious shower room and a well-appointed utility room complete this versatile floor.

"A hidden spiral staircase leads to the fourth double bedroom, offering a flexible space ideal for guests, older children, or a dedicated home office.
"Additional features include gas central heating, tasteful finishes throughout, and excellent storage.
"Externally, the rear offers a gated driveway with space for one car.
"There is a sun-drenched, private garden featuring a large patio area, idea for dining al-fresco. On-street parking is available on Mossgiel Road and nearby for residents and visitors.
"This extraordinary home combines traditional charm with cutting-edge modern living. A real one-off that is not to be missed.
"Newlands is one of Glasgow's most desirable and well-established residential suburbs, located on the city's sought-after south side.
"Known for its leafy streets, elegant period homes, and strong sense of community, Newlands offers an exceptional quality of life.
"Residents enjoy easy access to a range of local amenities including independent cafés, restaurants, parks, and excellent schooling options—both state and independent.
"The nearby Newlands Park and Queen's Park provide beautiful green spaces for families and dog walkers, while excellent transport links via bus and rail make commuting to Glasgow city centre and beyond quick and convenient.
"Combining suburban tranquillity with urban convenience, Newlands is a perfect location for families and professionals alike."

Iconic cafe serving the 'best full English breakfast' in London has been saved

London's most famous greasy spoon which has starred in film and TV has reopened to hungry visitors. The Regency Cafe in Westminster claimed to sell the 'best English breakfast in London' after opening in 1946. Fans of the cheap fry ups and old school service feared the caff would be gone forever after it closed in December 2024 when its owners put the business up for sale. But after just two days of viewings, the Regency Cafe was snapped up by new owners Fevzi and Zafer Gungor. Christie & Co confirmed to Metro that the sale was completed on Tuesday, with the kitchen serving customers again the same day. The new bosses, who own dozens of eateries in the capital, want to add a new flavour to the famous venue, by introducing a line of merchandise and expanding overseas. Fevzi Gungor said: 'I'm honoured to take over such a historic and much-loved institution. As someone born in Turkey and raised in White City, West London, my journey started humbly – delivering newspapers at 13 before school – and I've never looked back. 'My aim isn't to change what people already love about Regency Café, but to enhance it – extending opening hours, refreshing equipment, strengthening our social media presence, and introducing merchandise that captures the spirit of this iconic spot. 'We're also exploring partnerships with major British brands for co-branded sauces, beans, and more. 'We may look at expanding the kitchen to cater for Halal dining, reflecting the diverse communities and tourists we serve, including many from the Arab Peninsula. 'In time, I'd love to see the Regency name in key global cities – Amsterdam, Berlin, Istanbul, Dubai – but our immediate focus is on Regency Street.' Regency Cafe has played a starring role in a string of TV shows and films set in London. More Trending It has featured in the crime thriller Layer Cake (2004), which starred Daniel Craig before he was cast as James Bond. The famous fry ups also made an appearance in Oscar nominated films Pride (2014), which followed the efforts of London LGBTQ+'s community to support striking miners in the 1980s, and Elton John biopic Rocketman (2019), The business was sold to the pair at an undisclosed price, but it was originally listed for £170,000 through Christie & Co. Edinburgh street performer on the podium at the magic 'Olympics'

Matthew Keys, an Edinburgh-based magician, has just returned from Turin where he spent 10 days competing at Fédération Internationale des Sociétés Magiques (FISM), the 'Olympics' of magic. On Saturday he won third prize in the new category of World Champion Of Street Magic. Out of more than 100 applicants, 29 were invited to compete in Turin and just twelve were deemed to be of a high enough standard to compete in the final. Matt said it was a real surprise to get through in the tough weather conditions and against the high standard set by other acts. He said: 'This is a brand new category so it's a historic moment as FISM recognises the ancient art of street magic, which many believe is where performance magic began. 'The competition took place in Turin, Italy and was organised by FISM in cooperation with the host partner Magic Masters. The conference and competition happens every three years with around 5,000 magicians attending from all over the world. 'It's regarded as the highest level at which you can compete as a magician. I have a nine month old, and was torn about leaving him and my partner to go off and compete, but we're all glad I made the decision to go to Italy. I'm so happy to bring back a prize and I've already had offers to perform at festivals across Europe because of it. 'I'm now hoping to use momentum from this win as a platform to organise a little magic and street arts festival on the Plymouth Barbican and in South East Cornwall where I grew up and my parents still live. In Edinburgh, I hope to one day open a small magic theatre as I think it is the perfect city to celebrate magic and there is a great community of magicians here. Several of them were in Italy and offering kind words and support as I competed.' And as for the trick he perfected for Turin, Matthew explained it in detail (without giving it away of course). He said: 'I performed a comedy magic show called Matt Von Trap, and had to adapt to entertain an Italian crowd. Using jokes I'd pre-recorded on a sound board and mixing mime and visual comedy with the existing magic act I performed to a strict 25 minute time limit – having to cut from my usual 40 minute act. 'I performed a mixture of classic magic and new effects. Turning a bubble into a coin. Producing another coin by peeling the letters 'n' and 'o' off from a tattoo on my arm that says 'nothing'. Leaving a 'thing' on my arm and the letters N and O burst into a fireball to become another coin. Nothing up my sleeve! 'I plunged my hand into a bear trap to find a signed card. This is an innovative version of the linking rings with my own unique choreography. 'I made several audience members knights of the guild of the bag of mystery as we hunted for a missing €100 and saved it from the jaws of the lemon of doom. 'I've now got invitations to perform in a few festivals around Europe and I'm looking forward to taking an act I've honed on the streets of Edinburgh to new audiences.' Mermaid Cottage, the striking 1920s Art Deco house in St Margaret's Bay, Kent, was once owned by both Bond creator Ian Fleming and legendary playwright Noel Coward. Fleming is believed to have written part of Moonraker at the property between 1951 and 1957, taking inspiration from the surrounding cliffs and coastline for the novel's dramatic setting. Its villain, Hugo Drax, constructs his deadly Moonraker rocket just outside Dover, near Deal. Coward had owned the house previously and renamed it 'White Cliffs' after restoring it following wartime damage by British and Canadian troops preparing for D-Day. He spent around £2,000 reinforcing the chalk cliffs and reportedly found his love of painting during his years there, according to Dover Museum. The house passed to Fleming in 1951, becoming his weekend and holiday escape. It remained in private hands until 2008, when current owner Mark Sawyer spotted it during a visit to Kent with his then-partner. The 56-year-old, who works in private equity, first glimpsed the village while swimming the Channel in a team relay: 'I distinctly remember the captain of the boat saying, 'There's St Margarets, it's a really pretty village'. I saw it from the water for the first time.' Although the house wasn't officially on the market, the couple fell in love with it and persuaded the estate agent to take it off the books immediately with a £20,000 deposit. They bought it for £800,000 and have since spent around £1million on renovations, including buying land to extend the garden. James Bond expert drops huge hint about new 007 actor after he starred in movie with huge A-list actress 'I'm a massive Bond fan. For me that was the cherry on the cake,' Sawyer said. 'Most people say when we're down there: squint and you could be in the Mediterranean,' he added. 'In the winter, the bay is so much quieter. "You sit there with the log-burning stove roaring with a storm blowing outside. 7 A JAMES Bond superfan who snapped up Ian Fleming's former seaside home for less than £1million Credit: Rex "You're immersed in nature. 7 After nearly two decades in Mermaid Cottage, Mark Sawyer is selling his Bond-worthy home "The only land you can see from our living room is France.' His partner Lara Jewitt, a Chelsea Flower Show gold medallist, helped design the garden, which echoes the style of Derek Jarman's Prospect Cottage. The couple bought land from the council in 2014 to create it, but soon ran out of space. 'We developed every square inch down there, and we just wanted a bit more room,' Sawyer said. 'I never thought I would sell it, to be honest with you. It has three bedrooms, and that is too small to have both of my children back, potentially in the future with their partners, and my family to stay.' Not everyone is pleased about the decision. 'My daughter is still not talking to me since I told her I am selling it,' he admitted. 'She'll get over it eventually.' Strutt & Parker, who are handling the sale, describe Mermaid Cottage as a 'breathtaking location' with a 'rich history of famous connections.' 7 They bought it for £800,000 and have since spent around £1million on renovations, including buying land to extend the garden Credit: Strutt & Parker
