Sinner punched his ticket to the Cincinnati Open final following a victory (on his 24th birthday) over Terence Atmane, a French wild card entrant ranked No. 136 in the world, while Alcaraz defeated frequent opponent Alexander Zverev in straight sets.
Per DraftKings, Sinner is currently the favorite at -200, but the odds are tight, with Alcaraz sitting at +150 at the time of publishing.

The latest chapter of the Jannik Sinner-Carlos Alcaraz rivalry took a stunning turn on Monday when world No. 1 Sinner retired in the first set of the Cincinnati Open final due to an unspecified health issue.
