Tottenham manager Robert Vilahamn's job at risk
Tottenham are considering sacking manager Robert Vilahamn this summer after a disappointing campaign.Vilahamn led the club to the Women's FA Cup final in his debut season but Spurs finished second-bottom in the Women's Super League this year.He joined from Swedish side BK Hacken in 2023 and was given a three-year contract extension last July.Only relegated Crystal Palace shipped more goals than Tottenham in 2024-25 and Spurs' points tally of 20 was 11 fewer than they recorded last season. The club had ambitions of closing the gap on the WSL's top four but sources suggest they are unhappy with the direction under Vilahamn.Senior assistant coach Vicky Jepson has already left the club to take up a role with the United States women's youth teams. The decision on Vilahamn's future will be made by the club's board as they prepare for a crucial summer of recruitment.

Ange to Scotland clamour triggers oddsmakers as Celtic hero's theory about international management rings loud
The 59-year-old is a prized free agent as bookies react to what is coming next after leaving Spurs Oddsmakers have made managing the Scotland national team the third most likely destination for Ange Postecoglou after leaving Tottenham. Spurs fans, punters and pundits alike let out a collective gasp after the 59-year-old won the Europa League but paid with his job despite ending their 18-year wait for silverware. But many others obsessed with the beautiful game are still mad for Ange and his exit came hours before Steve Clarke enraged a nation with the under-fire Scotland boss taking pelters for a horror 3-1 defeat to Iceland at Hampden. That led to punters imagining Ange donning a 'See you, Jimmy' bunnet in the near future as an option to lead a national team in the midst of a confidence crisis despite boasting the best playing pool in a generation. And AceOdds reckon Scotland is a likely option for a manager who thrilled Celtic fans during his trophy-laden two years in Glasgow. AEK Athens 3/1 Australia 5/1 Scotland 6/1 Leicester 8/1 Ipswich, Celtic 10/1 Any Saudi Pro League Club 12/1 Man United 16/1 Leeds 25/1 West Ham 28/1 Rangers 33/1 England 50/1 And while Postecoglou has been cautious about a return to international management, his answer to the differences experienced by himself at Australia to a foreign national team boss in the wake of Thomas Tuchel's appointment rings loud. He said: "It's not like sometimes with the foreigners that they can do the job and it's not going great, they can go back and live where they live and they don't have to deal with it on a day-to-day basis. "There is a greater weight of responsibility when it is your own national team and I really believe that, in particular the England national team. "It is something that the people who make these appointments are wary of, it's not just about coaching and it's how you deal with all these other things that are attached to the England national team job. Sometimes the foreign coaches don't have to deal with it as much as an English manager would."
