
Video: Russian official Zaur Gurtsiev killed in blast, Ukraine blamed

ALBAWABA - Russian authorities said that a government official, who previously served in the Ukraine conflict, was murdered in a suspected assassination by Ukraine.
The governor of Russia's Stavropol Region blamed Kiev's operatives for being potentially behind the explosion, which occurred in the southern city of Stavropol on Wednesday, RT reported.
A video was posted on Telegram showing the moment of the explosion that killed two people, including Zaur Gurtsiev, a regional government employee.
On Thursday morning, Stavropol Governor Vladimir Vladimirov confirmed that a regional government employee was killed in the blast.
Vladimirov stressed that Russian officials are probing all possible scenarios for the explosion, "including a terrorist attack organized by Nazis from Ukraine."
