ALPHA ESPORTS Wins FFMSC 2025, Qualifies for EWC: Free Fire 2025 in Riyadh

Yara Sameh
Free Fire Mid-Season Clash (FFMSC) 2025 has officially concluded last weekend with ALPHA ESPORTS emerging as the tournament champions. With this victory, the Algerian team has earned the right to represent the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region at the Free Fire Esports World Cup, which will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, July 2025.
Among the participating teams were two Egyptian teams, whose performances highlighted the region's rising esports talent. TRIPLE9 ESP impressed fans and spectators with an outstanding run, securing third place with 91 points, just 31 points behind the tournament winners. Meanwhile, VAMOS, the second Egyptian team, finished at the end of the standings with 35 points.
ALPHA ESPORTS qualified for the FFMSC 2025 Championship after being invited to participate in the tournament as a result of their performance in the FFWS MEA Championship last year. Their journey to the title was marked by dominance, defeating 12 teams in the final phase of the tournament and securing first place with a total 122 points, including the 72 elimination points. They won the title with 20 points differences ahead of fellow Algerian contenders, AURES DZ, who claimed second place.
Held online, on 16-25 May 2025, the FFMSC is a premier competition that brings together the top Free Fire teams from across the MENA region, offering them the opportunity to earn a coveted spot at the global Esports World Cup.
The final standings of FFMSC 2025 have now been confirmed, and congratulations go to ALPHA ESPORTS for their epic performance and well-deserved title. Their dominance throughout the tournament has rightfully earned them the status of best Free Fire team in the region.
Now, the champions are gearing up to compete on the world stage in Riyadh, where they will battle against the globe's elite for glory and a $1 million prize pool.
Last year, Algeria's Al Qadsiah Esports earned the MEA slot after winning FFMSC 2024, eventually finishing 18th in the global standings of 2024's EWC: Free Fire 2025. With a new champion crowned, hopes are high for an even stronger showing this year.
The FFMSC 2025 was a thrilling competition that showcased the strength and potential of esports in the Middle East and North Africa.
