Every zodiac sign has unique strengths, but also inner struggles they must face to grow. Shadow work in astrology is about understanding and accepting the hidden, uncomfortable parts of ourselves.
By doing this, we become more balanced and emotionally mature. Let's explore what shadow each zodiac sign is likely to face.
Aries often battles impatience and a desire to dominate. Their shadow is the fear of being seen as weak or dependent. Facing this helps them develop empathy and cooperation.
Taurus may resist change and cling too tightly to comfort. Their shadow involves insecurity about worth and fear of losing stability.
Embracing change allows them to grow.
Gemini can hide behind humor or words. Their shadow is a fear of silence and depth. Working through this helps them become more emotionally connected and authentic.
Cancer tends to hold onto past pain. Their shadow is emotional manipulation or passive-aggressiveness. Facing this helps them set healthy boundaries and heal old wounds.
Leo often seeks validation and admiration.

Sagittarius often escapes through distractions or travel. Their shadow is a fear of commitment or facing inner emptiness. Stillness helps them find meaning.
Capricorn tends to overwork or suppress emotions. Their shadow is fear of failure or unworthiness. Allowing rest and vulnerability brings balance.
Aquarius may detach emotionally and fear conformity. Their shadow lies in avoiding intimacy. Letting people in deepens their connections.
Pisces may avoid reality through fantasy. Their shadow is escapism and emotional overwhelm. Grounding themselves helps them use their sensitivity wisely.
Shadow work isn't easy, but it's transformative. By acknowledging our dark sides, we move closer to our true selves.

Elderly couple stuck on 15th floor for 5 days as lifts develop snag

Lucknow: An elderly couple living on the 15th floor of a high-rise apartment near Ekana stadium were stuck in their flat for five days after both elevators of their tower stopped working. The incident came to light after their son, Major Shivam Srivastava, who is posted in Kashmir, filed a complaint on the Chief Minister's portal seeking urgent help. Major Shivam's parents, Umashankar Srivastava (62), a retired Army personnel and Rekha Srivastava (61), a retired railway employee, live in flat number 1502. Rekha has a fractured leg and was unable to descend the stairs due to her injury and age. "I had to visit a doctor but could not climb down as the lifts were dysfunctional. My husband tried to get things using the stairs but was exhausted in one trip from stairs." Repeated requests to the apartment maintenance staff and the Residents Welfare Association (RWA) went ignored, she added. Umashankar shared, "The residents of the tower were told to collect money ourselves for repair of lifts. We ran out of ration and couldn't get medicines for my wife." After three days of no response, he contacted his son, who immediately lodged the complaint. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Giao dịch vàng CFDs với mức chênh lệch giá thấp nhất IC Markets Đăng ký Undo In his complaint to the CM, Major Shivam wrote, "I serve the nation in Kashmir, but I feel helpless seeing my elderly parents suffer due to the negligence of the builder and authorities in Lucknow. The builder, linked to a political party, and RWA members remain indifferent." Following the complaint, a team of five Army personnel and local police reached the apartment on Thursday. Since both lifts were non-functional, the soldiers climbed 270 stairs to reach the 15th floor, carrying essential supplies for the couple. The local SHO instructed the RWA to begin immediate repairs. One elevator was restored by Thursday night, while the other is being repaired. Other residents also expressed frustration. Saurabh Singh, living on the 8th floor in the same tower, said the lift had been malfunctioning for over a month, and the RWA and the builder blamed each other instead of getting it fixed. Rajesh Gupta, RWA secretary of the apartment, said the newly constructed tower lacks proper electric infrastructure and the completion certificate has not been issued yet. "The builder has not formally handed over the building, and electricity connections to individual owners have not been issued. By rules, the builder should handle maintenance for two years post-possession, but this is not happening," he said. The builder was unavailable for comment.
