Beyonce's mum Tina Knowles dishes about her dating life post-divorce: ‘I am spending time with…'
Beyoncé's mum, Tina Knowles — queen mother of the Carter dynasty, haircare maven behind Cécred, and certified baddie at 71 — has some tea to spill for fans across the world. In this week's World's Most Beautiful issue of PEOPLE, Tina Knowles didn't just pose looking radiant, she also casually let slip that she's back in the dating game. 'I am spending time with a friend,' she said with that signature Southern sweetness. And apparently that friend is 'a very nice gentleman.' Translation: he better be treating her like the divine goddess she is, or Solange's next elevator moment might be more public.
It's been nearly two years since Tina finalised her divorce from actor Richard Lawson, whom she married in 2015. 'Love is patient, love is kind,' she wrote in her memoir, Matriarch. 'Love is also not a competition or mired in jealousy.' She made it clear: she walked away with grace, not bitterness, and hasn't lost a wink of sleep since. Contrarily, her first marriage to Mathew Knowles — father to Beyoncé and Solange — was a 31-year emotional marathon filled with betrayals, forgiveness, and that painful, slow-motion exit so many women will recognise. 'I was caught in this dance with him, each doing the same steps over and over: He would cheat or act up, and I would say I'd had enough. He would beg for forgiveness, crying and promising to get better... But this is what married people did, I told myself.'
Still, Tina's not one to wallow. In fact, she's got her eyes set firmly forward, and heels to match. Reflecting on what made it easier to move on from her second marriage, she says it simply: 'Age, experience, confidence, a lot of things.' And now? She's dating. She's glowing. She's feeling sexy. 'Just getting all dressed up and done up, makeup, hair. You know, putting on something that fits well. It's fun looking sexy. It makes me feel sexy,' she says.
So, whether you asked or not, consider yourself updated. Beyoncé's mom is out here living her best, most flirtatious chapter yet. And honestly? We're here for every fabulous minute of it.

The couple was recently spotted sharing an intimate moment in Italy, reports 'People' magazine. In photos shared by Deuxmoi, Eilish, 23, and Wolff, 30, could be seen kissing and drinking from champagne flutes on a balcony in Venice. The story of their escapade from the awards was reported by PageSix. Wolff, an actor and musician, starred in Eilish's self-directed 'Chihiro' music video, which came out in June 2024, and she described their dynamic in the video at the time as an "inescapable connection". "Even when I saw Billie on interviews, I said, 'Oh, she's one of us'", the 'Paper Towns' actor said at the time. "We know all the ways that we try to mute ourselves or try and chill ourselves out or soften ourselves for other people, and how nice it is to not have to do that for certain people (sic)". Wolff spoke about how they try to downplay their Tourette symptoms. Eilish also joked about their bonding experience in another video for Vogue at the time, saying, "My first real impression of you, when I met you, was at the Oscars after party, and I was sitting on the couch outside, and you just appeared". "It was just like an immediate, I don't even know what we talked about, but it was an immediate, I was like, 'Yo'", she added. George Clooney-Amal Heading Towards Divorce? Think Again as Actor Spills Wife's Reaction to His Hair Color Change
Fans may speculate about George and Amal Clooney 's marriage, but the couple's latest moment proves they're very much in sync. George Clooney recently shared his wife's candid — and delighted — reaction to his return to his signature gray hair after wrapping his Tony-nominated Broadway debut. At the 78th Annual Tony Awards on June 8, Clooney, 64, proudly showed off his natural silver locks, following months of sporting jet-black hair for his role as broadcast journalist Edward R. Murrow in Good Night, and Good Luck. 'My wife was the happiest person when I came home after the play today and I'd cut all the hair off,' Clooney told Entertainment Weekly and PEOPLE on the red carpet. He admitted that with the dyed hair, he 'looked like a drug dealer with that bad black dye job.' The actor's Broadway turn began on March 12 at New York City's Winter Garden Theatre, where he co-wrote and starred in the stage adaptation of his acclaimed 2005 film. Amal Clooney, 47, had found her husband's darkened hair amusing, telling him during a Late Night with Seth Meyers appearance that she'd 'be glad when it's gone' because it made him look like he was having 'some horrible midlife crisis.' Clooney's Broadway run ended with a historic televised performance on June 7, marking the first time a live Broadway show aired on CNN. The actor also expressed excitement that the broadcast allowed 'more people to see it than just the people in Broadway.' Nominated for Best Actor in a Play, Clooney faced competition from Cole Escola (Oh, Mary!), Jon Michael Hill and Harry Lennix (Purpose), Daniel Dae Kim (Yellow Face), and Louis McCartney (Stranger Things: The First Shadow). While Clooney's on-stage transformation required a temporary image change, it's clear that off-stage, he and Amal are as grounded and connected as ever. As George embraces his signature silver style once more, the couple continues to show that a little humor — and a lot of love — keeps their bond strong.

Olivia Munn reveals why she doesn't let her kids watch 'Ms. Rachel'
Picture Credit: X Hollywood actress Olivia Munn is not in favour of letting her kids watch 'Ms. Rachel'. The 'Your Friends & Neighbors' actress, 44, said that she doesn't let her kids Malcolm, 3, and Mei, 8 months, watch the YouTube creator's videos, or most kids' shows in general. Olivia shares her kids with husband John Mulaney , with whom she has been married since almost a year, reports 'People' magazine. She told 'People', "I know kids love (Ms. Rachel), but the thing is, if I can't watch it, I'm not going to spend the rest of my life going crazy. These kid shows drive me crazy". Munn also isn't a big fan of cartoons. "Malcolm asked for Blue's Clues (recently), and I don't know who showed him Blue's Clues, but they are on my s*** list now", Munn said. "I said, 'Hell no. Not in my house'. John got him into the Spider-Man cartoons, which is not interesting to me. I put on Tom Holland's 'Spider-Man: Homecoming' and was like, 'If you want to watch the real-life ones, then we can watch that.' It might be a little too old for him, but I can't take the cartoons". As per 'People', Munn says the only exception is PBS' children's show 'Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood', which she describes as a "great program". by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like [단독] 서울 임플란트 '33만원' 에 가능해 플란치과 Undo Before Mei's arrival via surrogate last September, Munn and Mulaney, 42, let Malcolm watch the show to help him prepare to become a big brother. "Daniel Tiger has a little sister, and we'd tell him, 'There's a baby sister coming'", Munn said. When introducing Mei to Malcolm, Munn says she and Mulaney made sure not to "change his world and identity and responsibilities". "A lot of times people will be like, 'Oh, you're a big brother now. You're not the baby anymore. Now you can help mommy get the diapers'. So, all of a sudden, he has all these responsibilities, and he doesn't just get to be carefree anymore", Munn said. "Instead, we would say, 'Now we have two babies. There's baby Mei Mei and baby Malcolm'". Check out our list of the latest Hindi , English , Tamil , Telugu , Malayalam , and Kannada movies .
