FSU baseball vs. Oregon State: Live coverage of Corvallis Super Regional Final
The FSU baseball team is playing the Oregon State Beavers in a winner-take-all game at the Corvallis Super Regional on Sunday at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field in Corvallis, Oregon. The winner of the game will advance to the College World Series in Omaha, and the loser will head home.
The Seminoles evened the series on Saturday, beating the Beavers 3-1. Oregon State scored a run in the first inning off Jamie Arnold, but that was all FSU's ace allowed. He pitched 6.2 innings and struckout nine batters, working around six hits and a walk.
FSU's offense once again struggled with strikeouts, but had several quality at-bats to take the lead. Gage Harrelson provided the biggest hit of the game, singling home James Hankerson Jr. in the seventh inning as FSU took its first lead of the day. They added another run in the eighth when Jaxson West drew a bases-loaded walk to get some more breathing room.
Florida State is looking to advance to the CWS after losing Game One of the Super Regional for just the second time in program history. They have forced the winner-take-all game three times, beating Wichita State in 2008 and losing the other two.

UNC baseball star mocked a late first-round pick in 2025 MLB Draft
UNC baseball star mocked a late first-round pick in 2025 MLB Draft Will Luke Stevenson go pro or stay in Chapel Hill for a third season? If not for several late-inning blunders in their Chapel Hill Super Regional, the North Carolina Tar Heels would be part of this year's College World Series field. UNC dominated Arizona in Game 1, 18-2, then lost 10-8 in Game 2. North Carolina's offense was virtually non-existent in Sunday's Game 3 loss, a 4-3 collapse, with the home team's only runs coming from a Jackson Van De Brake 3-run bomb. The Diamond Heels' bullpen struggled in Games 1 and 2, while Van De Brake committed a costly Game 3 error that shifted momentum. North Carolina should return most of its roster in 2025, but it'll have a much younger team. One star player UNC will miss is catcher Luke Stevenson, who – despite struggling in the Chapel Hill Super Regional – proved himself worthy of an MLB Draft selection. In USA TODAY Sports' latest 2025 MLB Mock Draft – ahead of the College World Series – which starts on Friday, June 13 at 1 p.m. with an Arizona-Coastal Carolina matchup, Stevenson is mocked 26th overall to the Philadelphia Phillies. "(He) does not possess the current offensive profile that (Auburn catcher Ike) Irish offers, but Stevenson is a pure catcher, with an athletic 6-foot-1, 210-pound frame that hit 19 homers for the Tar Heels this season," Gabe Lacques wrote. Stevenson hit for a career .267 batting average during his 2-year career as a Diamond Heel, collecting 117 hits, while mashing 33 home runs and driving in 116 runners. Though you may hear more about his offense, Stevenson is quite the defensive catcher, too, committing just four errors through 125 games. How to watch New York Liberty vs Indiana Fever: TV/stream info, preview, tip off time
The undefeated New York Liberty — the reigning WNBA champions — face off against the Indiana Fever in a Commissioner's Cup matchup this Saturday, June 14, at 3:00 PM ET. New York won its last contest against the Fever, 90-88, on May 24. The New York Liberty improved to 9-0 — its best start in franchise history — after defeating the Chicago Sky 85-66 on Tuesday at home. Sabrina Ionescu finished with 23 points, 7 assists, and 4 steals in the win, while Breanna Stewart added 18 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists. Kennedy Burke became just the fifth player in WNBA history to shoot 100% from three-point range on more than three attempts in back-to-back games. She finished with 15 points, three of which were three-pointers. Burke is in her second season with the Liberty. Tonight, Kennedy Burke became one of only 5 players in @WNBA history to shoot 100% from beyond the arc on more than three attempts in consecutive games, joining Catherine Kraayeveld (as the only other NYL player to do so), Jennifer Azzi, Briann January, and Alysha Clark. 'I had a great conversation with Kennedy in the offseason about what her role would look like, and this is exactly what I imagined. We have confidence in her,' said Liberty head coach Sandy Brondello. 'She's looking good, feeling good, and knowing that her players trust her out there.' Sabrina Ionescu with the no-look DIME to Kennedy Burke, and the Liberty lead by 20 PTS! 🔥 CHI-NYL on ESPN | WNBA Commissioner's Cup presented by @coinbase The Indiana Fever fell 77-58 to the Atlanta Dream on Tuesday night on the road. Natasha Howard finished with a team-high 15 points and 10 rebounds in the loss. It was the team's fifth straight game without Caitlin Clark, who is out with a left quadriceps strain. Her last appearance was on May 24 against the Liberty. However, the 2024 WNBA Rookie of the Year could return soon. 'We're ready to start ramping back up … It's completely different when you're just doing one-on-one workouts than when you're out there in five-on-five, getting up and down the floor and moving laterally,' said Indiana head coach Stephanie White. "[Clark's] been allowed to do some practicing, not everything. We're going to be smart and we're going to be cautious and we're going to play the long game and work her back in, very intentionally.'
