The Sun exclusively revealed how actors Clair Norris and Matthew James Morrison were being axed from the show earlier this year as new boss Ben Wadey makes huge changes.
And in today's double-bill, their final storylines played out.
Viewers discovered last week how Bernie had been stealing from the Panesars after being left over-all control of the business empire by Nish after his death at Christmas.
Realising what was going on, Ravi and Vinny set a trap for Bernie to expose her as the thief - giving her another chance to steal from them.

But they had no idea Bernie wasn't planning to stick around to face the consequences.
She packed her bags and convinced Felix to come with her
Having fallen for Ravi and Vinny's trap and taken another £25,000 from the Panesar businesses, Bernie and Felix were set to leave.
But as they headed to the cab, Suki got in the way and stopped them with other members of The Six watching.

'She stole from me,' said Suki.
'No, you did,' hit back Bernie. 'You all did. You stole from me and my family. Something that I can never get back.
EastEnders favourite fired after making shock discovery about Bernie Taylor
'You've all just moved on. You can walk away from the Vic now that it's up for sale and start again, you've got Harvey, Jack, all your kids…'
Turning back to Suki she told her: 'And you have got it all.

'Everything that you ever wanted. You can be who you are with the woman that you love.
'This money is a drop in the ocean to get away with what you did, to move on, to finally let me, my mum, my family, to be finally be free of this.'
EastEnders stars who QUIT
MICHELLE Collins has seen her second EastEnders stint boost her bank balance. Yet what stars have quit this year?
The Sun exclusively reported how Michelle, 62, was down to £20,000 in her company accounts when she agreed to a shock back-from-the-dead return to Albert Square last year.
Her character, Cindy Beale, was presumed dead off-camera in 1998.
Yet what about the 2024 exits?
Earlier this summer, loyal soap fans appeared to note how Stevie Mitchell had "quit" the long-running series.
It came after Alan Ford enjoyed just six-months on-screen.
Bobby Beale actor Clay Milner Russell also left this year after five years in Walford.
Fans also feared Martin Fowler actor James Bye would "quit out of boredom" over recent storylines.
Additionally, a host of stars have quit the BBC soap for Hollywood fame.
One of the most successful stars to come from the BBC One soap is Rob Kazinsky.
He played Stacey Slater's brother Sean Slater from 2006 to 2009, he has starred in Hollywood blockbusters Pacific Rim and Captain Marvel.
Ben Hardy, who quit EastEnders as Bobby Beale almost a decade ago, went on to break Hollywood the following year, when he starred as Archangel in X-Men: Apocalypse.
Since then, he has played Roger Taylor in Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody, and he starred in Michael Bay's Netflix movie 6 Underground.
Michelle Ryan played Zoe Slater until 2005.
She starred as the lead in short-lived American series Bionic Woman from 2007 to 2008.
Kathy and Linda begged Suki to let Bernie go with the cash, and she stepped aside.
Bernie and Felix climbed into the cab and drove off - just as Ravi emerged to watch the shocking development.

Nick Kyrgios claims Emma Raducanu is in a Wimbledon love triangle with two stars

Emma's love life has become the talk of WImbledon and now Nick Kyrgios couldn't resist stirring the pot Nick Kyrgios has mischievously claimed Emma Raducanu is in the middle of a 'love triangle' with fellow tennis stars Carlos Alcaraz and Jack Draper. The Aussie tennis ace made the bold comment with a grin while speaking on talkSPORT, where he's now working after being dropped by the BBC. ‌ Emma and Carlos have been the subject of light-hearted romance rumours recently, after the pair were spotted together multiple times from practice courts at Wimbledon to courtside support at the HSBC Championships. ‌ The two 22-year-olds, who are set to play mixed doubles together at the US Open, also recently joined forces as brand ambassadors for Evian but when asked about the buzz around their friendship, Emma laughed it off and made it clear there's no romance involved. 'I'm really happy to be playing with him… we're just good friends,' she said. That didn't stop Kyrgios from stirring the pot this week, cheekily telling listeners: 'I don't know, I think it's a love triangle! Draper, Alcaraz, Raducanu. They're fighting over Raducanu I think, I'm not sure.' Referring to Emma's smiley Wimbledon appearances, he added: 'I think the outside [she looks happy]. I don't know who's making her happy. The tennis world loves a love story, they love to try and put two [players] together. But Emma is number one British female player at the moment, she's doing fairly well. 'Obviously, winning a grand slam at 19 is never easy, it comes with a lot of expectations from the outside world. But, you know, as long as she's happy." Earlier this week, Emma kicked off her Wimbledon 2025 campaign with a solid 6-3 6-3 win over fellow Brit Mimi Xu. She's now set to face reigning 2023 champion Marketa Vondrousova in the next round. ‌ Meanwhile, Jack Draper begins his tournament against Sebastian Baez, and Emma is already off the mark after a tough battle with Fabio Fognini. During a pre-Wimbledon press conference, Emma once again dismissed the swirling romance rumours with a laugh. Speaking about her upcoming doubles pairing with Alcaraz, she said: 'No, it was fun yesterday. We were both on court with (water brand) Evian.' ‌ 'Yeah, I'm really happy obviously to be playing with him. Yeah, we had a good time yesterday.' READ MORE: Emma Raducanu addresses Carlos Alcaraz romance rumours with four-word answer When the inevitable question about romance came up, she smiled and replied: 'We're just good friends.' The moderator swiftly wrapped up the topic, with Emma joking: 'Way to wrap up!' ‌ Speaking fondly about their four-year friendship, she explained: 'I've known him for years and actually in Wimbledon 2021, it was kind of the first time I started getting to know him… I remember he beat Stef [Tsitsipas] in the third round and it was like a big win, his breakout kind of win on a big stage… we were staying in touch for the whole time and yeah, it's nice.' She added: 'We have a good relationship still. He's obviously overtaken me a lot, but it's nice that we have that from a while ago. 'I think for all of us, we really kind of value those connections that we had from when we were young… when you become a bit more known or a bit more successful, you just find yourself reverting back to people you knew from a young age because you're like, that's a real genuine connection.' While the so-called 'love triangle' remains nothing more than playful tennis gossip, it's safe to say Nickhas successfully stirred the Wimbledon pot.

Nick Kyrgios stuns Grand Slam champion with Wimbledon move after BBC snub

Naomi Osaka jokingly said Nick Kyrgios should come and sit with her team at Wimbledon and had no idea that the Australian had taken up her offer and watched her first round win Naomi Osaka had no idea that Nick Kyrgios was in her box cheering her on in the first round of Wimbledon after jokingly inviting him - not expecting him to rock up. The Australian, who made the final at SW19 back in 2022, is not in action but is in London and observed as the Japanese star won in straight sets. Osaka has won two Grand Slams in the past - two in the US and two in Australia - but has not reached those heights for years. ‌ She remains one of the tour's bubbliest personalities and begun her grass court effort impressively, winning 6-4, 7-6 against Talia Gibson. In the lead up to the contest Osaka joked that she'd like to have Kyrgios in her box cheering her on. He ended up accepting her offer, even if she had no idea he was there. ‌ Osaka said: "Oh, my God. I jokingly told someone, Hey, I know Nick's around, maybe he wants to come to my match. But I was joking, 'cause I know we're, like, two completely different players. Honestly, I would have loved to come to his matches, because I know he's pretty fun. "Yeah, I think that's also a big part of why we're different is 'cause I know he kind of like tells his box what to do, and he probably would have noticed if I was in there. I kind of, like, zone out most of the time. That's a little embarrassing that he was there. I guess it is cool that he was there." READ MORE: Wimbledon star asks security to eject 'dangerous' fan as she was left in tears Osaka will play mixed doubles with the Australian this summer and it was put to her that he was studying her game, but she played that down but insists she has always understood that way he carries himself. She added: "No, I mean, I am really excited to play mixed doubles with him. I think he's obviously won a doubles tournament. Well, we've played last year. I think Fritz was being a little bit too serious on me. Yeah, I think it should be fun. I don't know. I feel like for me, I have always felt like I've always related to him in a weird way, even though we're completely different. I kind of understand some of the things that he does. Article continues below "So yeah, I am glad that he came to my match. I hope in some way maybe he felt I wouldn't be bold enough to say 'inspired', but I hope he could relate a little bit to the things that I do, too." Kyrgios been dropped for BBC's Wimbledon coverage this year amid huge backlash after he assaulted his ex-girlfriend Chiara Passari. The Australian star worked as a pundit for the broadcaster during last year's tournament, a decision which caused outrage after he admitted assaulting Passari during an incident in 2021. He is not playing in London after he was ruled out of the competition due to injury after suffering a "small setback" in his recovery.

Bob Vylan claim they are being ‘targeted' for speaking up about Palestine

They were criticised after leading chants of 'Death, death to the IDF (Israel Defence Forces)' during a livestreamed performance at the Somerset music festival on Saturday afternoon. The BBC apologised after the set at the West Holts Stage was livestreamed, saying on Monday describing the chants were 'antisemitic sentiments' that were 'unacceptable'. A post shared by Bob Vylan (@bobbyvylan) Bobby Vylan, one half of the British duo, also led his audience in chants that included 'Free, free Palestine'. Posting a statement on Instagram on Tuesday, captioned 'Silence is not an option', the group said: 'Today, a good many people would have you believe a punk band is the number one threat to world peace. 'Last week it was a Palestine pressure group. The week before that it was another band. 'We are not for the death of Jews, Arabs or any other race or group of people. 'We are for the dismantling of a violent military machine. A machine whose own soldiers were told to use 'unnecessary lethal force' against innocent civilians waiting for aid. 'A machine that has destroyed much of Gaza.' The statement added: 'We, like those in the spotlight before us, are not the story. 'We are a distraction from the story. And whatever sanctions we receive will be a distraction. 'The Government doesn't want us to ask why they remain silent in the face of this atrocity? To ask why they aren't doing more to stop the killing? To feed the starving? 'The more time they talk about Bob Vylan the less time they spend answering for their criminal inaction. 'We are being targeted for speaking up. We are not the first, we will not be the last, and if you care for the sanctity of human life and freedom of speech, we urge you to speak up too.' Bobby Vylan is the stage name of Pascal Robinson-Foster, 34, according to reports, while his bandmate drummer uses the alias Bobbie Vylan. The group was formed in Ipswich in 2017, and are known for addressing political issues in their albums including racism, masculinity and class. On Monday, Avon and Somerset Police said it had launched a probe into the performance after reviewing video footage and audio recordings, with a senior detective appointed to lead the investigation.
