Wanted woman hits back at police after her mugshot goes viral
A woman wanted on suspicion of shoplifting offence has hit back in an expletive-fuelled rant after a police appeal.
Amy Worsley, 27, said in a post on her Facebook profile: "Ahah ah ahahha f*** what you all have to say you all lick my a*** pictures old n half of use have been in my inbox.'
The post appears to be in response to an appeal by Greater Manchester Police based in Tameside over the weekend.

In the appeal, it was said that Amy Worsley is wanted in connection with shoplifting offences that took place in Hyde between November 11 and December 19, 2024.
Sharing an image of Worsley on social media, Greater Manchester Police in Tameside posted: "WANTED | Police are appealing for help to trace a wanted woman from Tameside.

Shooting outside Cache 42 leaves 1 dead, 2 people injured
MEMPHIS, Tenn. — At least three people were injured after deputies say a shooting happened outside a restaurant in Southeast Shelby County. Shelby County Sheriff's Office deputies say they were called to a shooting in the parking lot of Cache 42 in the 4200 Block of Hacks Cross Road around 10:00 p.m. Two male adults and one teen were reported shot and taken to nearby hospitals. Two of the victims were taken to Germantown Methodist Hospital in non-critical condition, while the third was transported to Regional One in critical condition and later pronounced deceased. This is still an ongoing investigation. No suspect information has been released at this time. Cache 42 is partially owned by Memphis rapper Moneybagg Yo. Town crackdown on 'escalating' issue of graffiti
A town has adopted a "zero-tolerance approach" to graffiti in an effort to deal with its "escalating issue", Crimestoppers has said. The charity said a four-week campaign had started in Northampton to tackle the problem. It was working with Fearless, its youth service, and West Northamptonshire Council, which has increased the maximum fine for graffiti and other environmental crimes to £500. "Graffiti is not only an act of vandalism - it undermines community pride, damages both public and private property, and can foster a sense of unease among residents and visitors," the charity added. The campaign encourages residents to report graffiti anonymously through the charity, and it is being advertised across social media and transport to raise awareness. Family gathers to remember victims, push for justice in unsolved Metroparks murders
CLEVELAND (WJW) – Six years later, the family and friends of Kate Brown and Carnell Sledge are still pushing for answers. Donning orange shirts to mark National Gun Violence Awareness Month, they gathered at the Rocky River Reservation on Saturday near the bench where the two were found shot to death in 2019. They placed signs with information on them along the Valley Parkway and set up a table to hand out yard signs, flyers and car magnets. It's been a long six years and it also feels like it happened just yesterday, according to Kim. Kate's older sister, Lauren Rao, and younger sister, Alex Brown, agreed. They hope that the tradition of holding this gathering around the anniversary of the murders to spread the word about their sister's case doesn't last much longer. 'It's been a long road of healing and without any justice, we believe it makes it that much harder to keep hearing these news stories. To keep wondering, it drives you mad,' Alex said. 'We're just doing anything that we possibly can to keep their case in the spotlight. We want people to talk about it. We want people to share memories, to say their names, to not have them be forgotten.'
