The Night of Champions in Riyadh is a night of some lit matches, and this segment started with a video that went in depth about the friends turned foes,- Ripley and Rodriguez, as the two opponents make their entrance in Kingdom Arena to a deafening crowd.
Raquel Rodriguez is bigger but Rhea Ripley is smarter
La Mas Ruda by Def Rebel plays in the background as Raquel Rodriguez walks out to the stage and into the ring in Kingdom Arena. She has both the tag team title belts with her, and fans cheer on The Judgement Day member.
Soon after, Demon in your dreams by Def Rebel plays as Rhea Ripley makes her entrance. Ripley is on a streak with a 4-1 record against Raquel Rodriguez, and a 31-3 one on one record since 2022.
Things start slow, with Raquel Rodriguez initially having the upperhand with her dominant physical stature, but Rhea Ripley makes her mark soon enough. They know each other and their moves well, which is both a pro and a con in this situation.
After throwing some punches at each other, Mami gets herself trapped in the ropes, a situation that Rodriguez takes full advantage of. She brings out the first weapon of the night, a stick and attacks Ripley.
The former then brings a chair, but Rhea Ripley kicks it to the face of her opponent and finally frees herself.
Rhea Ripley wins it with a Riptide
Rodriguez brings out a table, after throwing Ripley into a table, but her next step proves faulty when Rhea Ripley smashes her face first into the steel steps and then takes out her belt and gets hitting. Both come back inside the ring, but Ripley keeps hitting with her belt, and she almost gets the win. She goes for a Prism trap, when Roxanne Perez attacks from behind. Mami is enraged and goes to town on her but this also gives Raquel Rodriguez time to gather her strength and attacks Ripley.
The match comes to an end after Rhea Ripley gets on the table, smashes Raquel Rodriguez's face in, brings her up to the table, and then ends it with a Riptide.
Rhea Ripley wins the Street Fighter by pinfall.

WWE SummerSlam, Night 2 Results: Brock Lesnar Returns To Attack John Cena After Cody Rhodes Instant Classic

WWE SummerSlam 2025, Night 2 Results: Brock Lesnar made his first WWE appearance in two years, returning to attack John Cena on Night 2 of SummerSlam pay-per-view event on Monday. Cena was having a moment with himself after being beaten by Cody Rhodes in the main event for the WWE Championship, unaware of what was about to happen next. In other high-profile matches, Naomi retained the WWE Women's Championship after beating Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky in a triple threat match. Night 2 was stacked with six match cards, with a title on the line in each and every bout. WWE SummerSlam Night 2 Results in Full: 1. Naomi (c) defeats Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky (WWE Women's World Championship - Triple Threat) The defending champions Naomi dominated the early exchanges, before Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky combined to faze out her dominance. Ripley hit two Riptides, one each on Naomi and Sky, but was denied the win on both occasions. Naomi eventually picked the win with a rolling pin on Ripley. 2. Wyatt Sicks (Dexter Lumis & Joe Gacy) (c) win Six-Pack TLC Match (Defeating: The Street Profits, The Motor City Machine Guns, #DIY, Fraxiom, Andrade & Rey Fenix for the WWE Tag Team Titles) Tables and ladders shattered with flying bodies everywhere. All six teams had their moments before the Wyatt Sicks made most of the numbers advantage. Uncle Howdy and Erick Rowan intervened to help the champions, Lumis and Gacy, retain the tag team gold. 3. Becky Lynch (c) defeats Lyra Valkyria (Women's Intercontinental Title - No DQ) The battle between "The Man" and "The Prodigy" ended in heartbreak, as Bayley, who had earlier save Lyra from being hit by a crowbar, accidentally copped her with a chain, allowing Lynch to retain the title. The loss also meant that Lyra can no longer challenge Lynch for the ICT title. 4. Solo Sikoa (c) defeats Jacob Fatu (U.S. Title - Steel Cage Match) Jacob Fatu was a menace inside the steel cage against Solo Sikoa, the man who brought him to the WWE. He absolutely manhandled the current champion before Solo's fellow MFT members -- Talla Tonga, Tanga Loa and JC Mateo -- got involved. Jimmy Uso tried to help Fatu, but was wiped out in the process by Talla Tonga, who then helped Solo to walk out of the cage. 5. Dominik Mysterio (c) defeats AJ Styles (Intercontinental Title) Tributes poured in for the late great Eddie Guerrero as both men reminded fans of the original 'Latino Heat'. For the starters, Styles arrived on a low-arrived, along with his son, and wore the same gear which Guerrero had used during his match with Rey Mysterio for the custody of Dominik 20 years back at SummerSlam. Dominik, on the other hand, replicated Guerrero's signature moves included the Frog Splash, Three Amigos (a series of three consecutive vertical suplexes), and his "lie, cheat, and steal" tactics to pick up the win. 6. Cody Rhodes defeats John Cena (c) (Undisputed WWE Championship - Street Fight; Rhodes wins the title) Both men put their bodies on the line in what was a repeat of the Wrestlemania main event earlier this year. Cody survived as many as five Attitude Adjustments, including two off the top rope, to deny season a win. Cena too kicked out after taking three consecutive Cross Rhodes from the American Nightmare, who eventually picked up the win after a sixth Cross Rhodes to the champion. Cody looked emotional after the match as Cena handed him the title, giving him the blessings to take WWE forward. 7. Post-main event: Brock Lesnar returns and F5s John Cena Lesnar's music hit at a WWE arena for the first time since 2023, before he walked out to the ring and hit Cena with an F5. Lesnar has been absent from WWE since Janel Grant amended her 2024 lawsuit against former boss Vince McMahon and WWE in January to include Lesnar.

WWE SummerSlam 2025 (August 3, 2025) Results: Cody Rhodes defeats GOAT John Cena in brutal Street Fight to win back Undisputed Champion title

John Cena and Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam 2025 (Image via WWE) The last match of SummerSlam 2025 is the biggest of them all - a Street Fight between John Cena and Cody Rhodes . Cena is the current WWE Undisputed Champion, after he won the title from Rhodes at WrestleMania earlier this year in April. And now, almost four months since that fateful night in Las Vegas, these heavyweights are ready to face each other once again. The crowd at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey is excited for this rematch to say the least, especially if Cena has turned Face after his heel run since the Elimination Chamber event. But will a Baby Face and honest Cena be enough to defeat Rhodes, without using any underhanded tactics? Or does the WWE have different tricks up its sleeves this time around? Let's get to it! Cody Rhodes is the new Undisputed Champion of WWE After winning the King of the Ring title at Night of Champions, it was a no-brainer that Cody Rhodes would come for the Undisputed Championship and John Cena. And he is the first one out to the stage before his opponent comes in to loud cheers from the audience, who want to have the real Cena back. The fight is intense from the beginning, as anything goes in this Street Fight. From Cena throwing the stairs at Rhodes to the latter using a Piledriver that almost finished Cena off, it was the best fight of the night. The two ran the match through the whole arena before Cena carried Rhodes out of the elevator, and hit an AA on Rhodes at the ramp. Cross Rhodes to AAs to Avalanche AA, nothing seemed to be working tonight, as the two heavyweights looked equally matched. But with a last salute to his hero, the American Nightmare hits a Cross Rhodes to take the win. John Cena passes on the torch to Cody Rhodes before a surprise entry Was John Cena turning Baby Face during his last appearance on Friday Night SmackDown another ruse from the company or is Cena really going back to his roots? That had been the question on everyone's mind since the reigning Undisputed Champion claimed that he loved wrestling and would never think of ruining it for real. The 17-time World Champion, the greatest of all time, John Cena has been the clear crowd favorite tonight. And each time Rhodes tried to pin Cena and he kicked out before the third count, the crowd visibly went absolutely crazy. But the night had to end, and Rhodes won it fair and square, and Cena still won the loudest cheer from the fans. The torch has been passed, without either Cena or Rhodes turning heel, and what a moment that was for wrestling fans everywhere. The end, though, brought the biggest twist of them all - as after Rhodes finally left, leaving Cena at the center stage amid the fans, a wild card entry shook everyone. None other than the Beast Incarnate - Brock Lesnar came back to confront Cena and that's curtains on SummerSlam 2025. Day 1 brought the pain and glory with the signature surprises that only WWE can spring on its most loyal viewers as well. Naomi had to face a combo of Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky(X/@WWEIndia) Yesterday, that moment came when Seth Rollins got out of the wheelchair (yes! no injury) and cashed in the Money in the Bank on CM Punk to become World Heavyweight Champion. All this happened moments after CM Punk thought he had defeated Gunther to take the belt for himself! Check out the WWE SummerSlam 2025 winners list today. Naomi Naomi had to face a combo of Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky. Despite the best efforts from the duo, it took Naomi some stealthy moves to finally roll up Ripley and win the game by pinfall, marking a great start to the second day of fights. The Wyatt Sicks (Dexter Lumis and Joe Gacy) In a match that saw a lot of action, the Wyatt Sicks (Dexter Lumis and Joe Gacy) managed to defeat Andrade and Rey Fenix, #DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa), Fraxiom (Axiom and Nathan Frazer), Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Saban), The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford). There were chair shots, fighters going through tables, and battles atop ladders in this absolute mayhem of a fixture. Becky Lynch Becky Lynch finally managed to take down Lyra Valkyria with a Lynch Manhandle Slam, and WWE has also clarified that as long as Lynch is champion, Valkyria can no longer challenge for the title. Solo Sikoa Jacob Fatu refused to walk out of the cage despite having the chance, and then walked right into a Samoan Spike from Solo Sikoa. Fatu, in a show of sheer strength, got out of handcuffs and while fighting to escape, a kick to the door into Fatu allowed Sikoa to fall his way out, making for a relatively mild finish in an otherwise electric night. Currently, the Dominik Mysterio vs AJ Styles fight is ongoing, and the John Cena v Cody Rhodes for Undisputed WWE Championship title is coming up,
