Actor David Hekili Kenui Bell, who appeared in Disney's 'Lilo & Stitch' live adaption that released last month, has died, according to his family and a representative. He was 46.
His sister, Jolene Kanani Bell, announced his passing on Facebook Sunday.
'It is with a heavy heart I share that my sweet, generous, talented, funny, brilliant and handsome little brother David H. K. Bell will spend today in the company of our Heavenly Father,' she wrote.
"I've been waiting for the words and mindset to properly express the joy of a human, and Prince of a Man he was, but fate pushed my hand this morning by a pre-scheduled Father's Day newsletter honoring the men in our lives," she continued.
No cause of death was disclosed.
Bell explained that she met her little brother at the age of 18 on her high school graduation day.
'It was the most amazing surprise which I had been asking for for years, that our mom's made happen for us, and that gift has lasted a lifetime,' she wrote. 'While I didn't grow up with a Father, David gave me all the unconditional love I could possibly ask for and I believe that all his family and friends received the same from him.'
She remembered her brother as loving and engaged with his nieces and grandnephew.
She also described his deep love for acting and doing voiceovers, and how excited he was over his big break in "Lilo & Stitch."
'He recently made it on to the big screen with an iconic Lilo & Stitch moment,' his sister wrote. 'He planned ahead and purchased the best seats in the house for us all to go together to opening night in Kapolei just two short weeks ago."
She said they felt "energized" by seeing the fans show up dressed in "Lilo & Stitch" merch, hats and masks and they celebrated by eating shaved ice after the movie.
She concluded her post by reflecting on their last time together.
'Hug your loved ones today…our last time together after returning home from the movie was just sitting on my living room couch talking story about life, having a seltzer and doing a little genealogy."
"Blessed by this and all the big and small moments, I will keep our memories alive,' she wrote.
The actor's management agency, Bliss Models and Talent, paid tribute to Bell on Instagram.
"I just heard the news of David H.K. Bell's passing 💔," agency owner Lashauna Downie wrote.
She remembered Bell as "one of the best talent, a gentle giant with lots of aloha!"
"You will be deeply missed. It was a true blessing seeing you rise to fame yet continue to be your humble self ⭐️. My thoughts & prayers go out to David's entire Ohana," Downie wrote.

Lara Worthington is every inch the beach babe as she turns up the heat in very skimpy bikini

Lara Worthington sent temperatures soaring on Wednesday when she flaunted her trim physique in a very skimpy bikini. The Aussie model looked every inch the beach babe as she posed beside an outdoor sauna, sharing the proud moment to her Instagram Stories. Lara's swimsuit made the most of the blonde bombshell's very slender figure, highlighting her insane abs and head-turning curves. The 37-year-old opted to go make-up free for the occasion and wore her locks tied back. Lara's racy post comes after she has shared a touching tribute to husband Sam Worthington. The glamorous stay-at-home mother celebrated the Avatar star on Father's Day, held on June 15 in the US, by sharing a gallery of rarely seen family photos to Instagram. In the carousel, Sam looked every inch the doting father to their three children, showing a softer side to the notoriously private actor. In one frame, the 48-year-old is seen smiling for the camera while horsing around with his sons in a swimming pool. In another frame, Sam is pictured tenderly nursing one of his sons on a private jet while playfully sucking on a dummy. The third image sees Sam shirtless, holding one of their newborns against his bare chest. Lara captioned the images simply, writing, 'Happy Father's Day' across all three. Lara and Sam began dating in 2013 and married the following year. The model previously told The Daily Telegraph that they are enjoying growing old together. 'We've only got each other. Sam and I are a good team. We're both Australians and we have the same values. We come at our children as a team... I think that's really important,' she said. Lara went on to say that she and her family are 'all very close' and that she isn't too strict a parent. 'They always make me feel so good, especially Sam. I don't want that to ever go; I hope it doesn't,' she said. 'But being able to be a mum and to work definitely stems from your partner. Sam and I are on the same page, so I feel like he's "got me" when I'm working and vice versa.' Sam and Lara currently split their time between Sydney and New York. Last year, the Avatar star revealed he had no plans for a permanent move Down Under any time soon. Speaking to GQ Australia, Sam said that he owed 'everything' to his adopted homeland. 'No. I like America,' Sam said when asked if a move was in the couple's future. 'America has given me everything and I've been here for 20-odd years. There's anonymity but there's also a real sense of community which is very cool.' Sam added he was also enamoured by New York - a place where his acting is not always the first topic of conversation. They share three sons - Rocket, Racer and River.

Brooklyn Beckham and wife's feud with Beckhams deepen as couple buys £10.5m home

Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola Peltz have reportedly purchased a lavish mansion in Los Angeles, potentially making the Beckham feud worse Brooklyn Beckham and his wife, Nicola Peltz, have reportedly splashed their cash on a £10.5million in Hollywood after previously renting their other home. The couple are currently embroiled in a reported feud with the rest of the Beckham clan and it's said the recent purchase could worsen their relations. The apparent feud seems to be ongoing as Brooklyn seemingly snubbed his dad David's huge achievement of earning a knighthood on the King's Birthday Honours List last weekend on his social media pages, as well as failing to publicly celebrate him on Father's Day. He was also nowhere to be seen for David's 50th birthday celebrations. ‌ READ MORE: 'Brilliant' air cooling fan that keeps homes cool during the heatwave slashed from £150 to £40 ‌ Brooklyn remained silent while his dad's dreams of a knighthood finally came true. Brooklyn's behaviour has reportedly rubbed his mum Victoria up the wrong way and she has been left 'furious' by his actions - or lack thereof. "The whole family is devastated by the current situation. The tension had been there for a while but no-one thought in a million years that it would turn this toxic," it was said. "Victoria can't fathom why Brooklyn hasn't been in touch to apologise. She's furious with him, but also heartbroken," an insider recently claimed to Heat Magazine. And now, things could get worse between the couple and his family after they purchased a new home in Los Angeles. Speaking about the five-bedroom, six-bathroom property, a source claimed to The Sun that Brooklyn feels like his life is now in America. ‌ 'As an influencer he can work from anywhere but Brooklyn believes he has more opportunities in LA. It will be a dagger to the heart for his parents," the source said. According to the insider, there were hopes his life in America wouldn't be "permanent", but "this house purchase quashes any last hopes." The Mirror have reached out to Brooklyn and Nicola's reps for comment. ‌ After David officially became a 'Sir', loving wife Victoria took to her social media page to pay tribute to her footballer husband with a sweet photo of her kissing him on the cheek. She wrote in the caption: "You've always been my knight in shining armour, but now it's official. Sir @davidbeckham!!! What an honour, I couldn't be prouder of you. "Your dedication to the things that matter most - your country, your work, your passion, and most of all, your family - has never wavered. The way you've touched so many lives over the years with kindness and humility speaks volumes about the man you are and continues to inspire us everyday. But above all else, I'm so, so proud to call you mine.I love you so much xxxx".
