Mahavatar Narsimha 4th Wednesday Hindi Box Office: Hombale's animated movie continues outpacing Coolie The Powerhouse
Mahavatar Narsimha, directed by Ashwin Kumar, continued wrecking the box office with the least drop of all Indian movies after 'Discount Tuesday'. The devotional animated movie added Rs 1.20 crore at the Hindi box office, taking its total closer to Rs 150 crore. The movie will cross the Rs 150 crore net Hindi mark on its 5th Friday, that is on the same day that War 2 also crosses Rs 150 crore at the Hindi box office. From here, it will be interesting to see if Mahavatar Narsimha can actually end up doing higher collections than War 2 in Hindi. The Day Wise Hindi Net India Collections Of Mahavatar Narsimha Are As Under Weeks/Days India Net Collections (Hindi) Week 1 Rs 29 crore Week 2 Rs 50 crore Week 3 Rs 48.50 crore 4th Friday Rs 5.50 crore 4th Saturday Rs 4.95 crore 4th Sunday Rs 5.95 crore 4th Monday Rs 1.50 crore 4th Tuesday Rs 1.75 crore 4th Wednesday Rs 1.20 crore Total Rs 148.35 crore in 27 days Weeks/Days Note: The collections exclude 3D handling charges Mahavatar Narsimha Heads For A Rs 300 Crore Plus Gross Worldwide Finish Mahavatar Narsimha has already crossed Rs 250 crore at the worldwide box office (all languages) and it will be target to end its run over Rs 300 crore. Seeing the trend, it should not be too hard. However, one can never absolutely be sure. Regardless, the job is done well and the upcoming movies from the Mahavatar Cinematic Universe are already among the most awaited movies in the coming years. Mahavatar Narsimha Has Shown That You Don't Need Big Actors For Your Film To Run The biggest takeaway is that these are all animated movies and don't have a star in them. The audience for the movie is purely coming on the basis of the film's content. There used to be a stigma around animated movies. But guess it is no longer there. Producers should take note and invest in making compelling animated movies. The box office will follow, and so will the audience love. Mahavatar Narsimha is going to end as one of the most profitable Indian movies of the year. The only movies with a greater profit so far are Chhaava and Saiyaara. The movie plays in theatres now. Stay tuned to Pinkvilla for more updates.

Anurag Kashyap slams producer Vijay Subramaniam over AI generated film 'Chiranjeevi Hanuman'
Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has called out producer Vijay Subramaniam for his AI-generated movie Chiranjeevi Hanuman- The Eternal, saying it represents a dangerous future for Hindi cinema. The 52-year-old shared the film's poster on Instagram with a note to Subramaniam, who is the founder and group CEO of talent management agency Collective Artists Network. Subramaniam has produced the project in collaboration with Vikram Malhotra of Abundantia Entertainment. "Any actor or anyone who calls themselves artists and has a spine will be and should be either questioning him or leaving the agency since he has proved that he thinks you're no match for his AI performance. "This right here is the future for the spineless and cowardly so called artists in the Hindi Film industry. Well done Vijay Subramaniam. Shame is not enough on you. You should be in the gutter," Kashyap posted. The director further said that companies are always looking out for themselves rather than the talent. "So much for looking after and representing the interests of creators. End of the day, all these agencies are only interested in making money off you and since they choose turkeys after turkeys for you and you're not making enough for them, they are going all AI," Kashyap added. In a follow-up comment on his post, Kashyap said he has no issues with artificial intelligence as nobody "can stop AI from taking over every field and the world". "My genuine grouse is with my friend Vijay Subramaniam, because he is the CEO of KWAN Collective. He represents the artists, the voice of artists and he is producing an AI FILM, when the industry needs corrections, especially from the agencies, who are very responsible for costs going up, actors career paths and writers, musician , filmmakers." "And so it begins... Who TF needs writers and directors when it's 'Made in AI'? (sic)" the Black Warrant director wrote. Subramaniam had earlier told PTI in an interview that his aims to create films that merge modern technology with ancient stories that will cater to a younger audience with shorter attention spans.

Aryan Khan's first speech Standing on stage for the first time, Aryan admitted he was extremely nervous. 'Bohot nervous hu kyunki pehli baar main aap sabke saamne stage par aaya hu. Aur isliye do din aur teen raaton se main ye speech baar baar lagataar practice kiye jaa raha hu,' he said. He went on to add, 'In fact, main itna nervous hu ki maine teleprompter pe bhi likha diya hai. Just in case yaha ki bijli chale jaaye, main kaagaz ke tukde pe bhi likhke laaya hu. Torch ke saath. Aur agar tab bhi mujhse mistake ho jaaye, to Papa hain na!' I'm so nervous that I even wrote everything on the teleprompter.… Fans react to Aryan's words Soon after the speech, clips from the event went viral and some observed that the debut director appeared nervous and still needed to polish his public-speaking skills. A section of social media was quick to criticize. A user shared a Reddit thread saying, 'Ye kya tha? Humble hone aur honest hone ki acting?!' One user commented, 'Why can't star kids speak Hindi anymore?' Another added, 'The whole thing was scripted but he looked nervous compared to others. Also, at points they overdid it, I feel.' Someone else commented, 'He needs more training.' On the other side, some commenters came forward in his support. One user defended him saying, 'Unnecessary hate. It was a skit and SRK had the script written for him. It's funny how people think he was lip-syncing. SRK was literally standing beside him. His voice is about 70% similar to SRK's but not so identical that you can't tell them apart.' Another wrote, 'Why do you guys have so much hate for everyone? Do you think only you're real and everyone else is fake? This was literally his first media interaction, of course he was nervous. Please grow up and stop searching for negativity in everything.' One more user defended him, saying, 'He is a director, he doesn't need stage-speaking skills. No one has ever judged other directors for their stage presence.' Thanking his mother and the team While thanking the cast and crew of the series, Aryan also expressed his gratitude to his mother, Gauri Khan. 'I want to thank all those people, without whom it would have been impossible to make this show, the entire team of Netflix, the entire team of Red Chillies, T-Series, and Bhushan Ji, my co-creator, Manav and Bilal, and of course my whole cast and crew,' Aryan said. He then added a personal note: 'Now, I would like to call my mother (Gauri Khan) on stage for producing this show and, most importantly, for producing me.'
