During the December
SNL
episode, Jost joked on 'Weekend Update':
'Costco has removed the roast beef sandwich from its menu, but I ain't trippin'. I've been eating roast beef every night since my wife had the kid.'
In the season finale of 'Weekend Update,' Che and Jost invited Johansson to join them at the desk, where Che formally apologized for his distasteful joke.
'I was just lashing out because I'm jealous. I've never even seen a human vagina,' he said, seemingly reading lines written by Jost.
'And notice I said 'human,' because I once spent the summer on a farm.'
Before hosting Saturday Night Live, Scarlett promised to get back at Che for the roast beef joke.
'I had all these cameras on me. I didn't expect the setup to be like that,' she told Vanity Fair. 'I was like, 'Wow, you really are seventh-, eighth-grade boys…' I feel like it's almost my responsibility to come up with some way to burn Michael back. Retaliation, I'd say, should be expected.'
During the episode, Che also joked that he was 'sorry' to Jost 'because I owe you everything,' another line likely written by his co-host.
'When Colin discovered me, I was selling crack outside a convenience store. Now I'm selling crack outside the American Girl Doll Store,' he quipped. 'I've told thousands of jokes on 'Update' that have gotten dozens of laughs, but I've never said the three most important words of all: I love you.'
This episode marked Scarlett Johansson's seventh time hosting Saturday Night Live, setting a record for the most hosting appearances by a woman.

The actor went on to claim that there are no issues between them and that the internet made a mountain out of a molehill from their social media activities. Goggins and the Sex Education star 's chemistry was loved by their fans in season 3 of the HBO show. However, the onscreen couple's distance in real life made the audience speculate if the duo was at a rift with each other. Walton Goggins reflects on his SNL spoof reaction and unfollowing Aimee Lou Wood on Instagram Further in the conversation with the media portal, Goggins opened up about why he gave laughing reactions to the SNL spoof, The White Potus, despite Wood being disrespected in it. The Fallout star claimed that he did not laugh at Aimee's character parody, but he found the whole skit funny. The movie star went on to claim that he immediately removed the story after knowing that his co-star was hurt by it. Moreover, Goggins also praised Wood, stating that she has a lot of experience. The Django actor added, "There is no feud. I adore her; I love this woman madly, and she is so important to me.' He continued to say, "You watch what the next 20 years of her experience will be. I'll be on an island, I think in Greece. But she's special. There is no feud. She is love and I know that I am that to her. We care about each other very deeply.' In the meantime, Goggins explained that unfollowing the Daddy Issues star on Instagram was a step in his process of separating himself from his White Lotus character. Royal author cites the exact 3 words Prince Harry must say to earn King Charles III's forgiveness
Prince Harry has broken his silence following the Court of Appeal's decision to reject his plea to reinstate full-time police protection while in the UK. Speaking in a new BBC interview, the Duke claimed he's been caught in an 'Establishment stitch-up' and expressed fear that he and his family could meet a fate similar to that of his mother, Princess Diana. Notably, Princess Diana died in a 1997 Paris car crash while being chased by paparazzi. While taking aim at his father, King Charles III, Harry revealed, 'He won't speak to me. I don't know how much longer' his father, who is battling cancer, will live. ALSO READ| Brooklyn Beckham taking mentorship from Prince Harry, worrying David? An insider spills the tea 'I would love reconciliation with my family,' Harry told the BBC. 'There is no point in continuing to fight anymore.' However, Royal author and former Vanity Fair editor Tina Brown, while talking with BBC's Laura Kuenssberg, noted, 'I didn't hear two very crucial words in that entire sort of jeremiad about, you know, 'I'd like to reconcile, I'm sorry,'' 'I mean, he never said, 'I'm sorry, I'm sorry I caused my family all of this pain.' That is really what they're upset about, not the security.' Ingrid Seward, editor-in-chief of Majesty Magazine, also believes Harry's difficulties today stem in part from his childhood. 'Like his mother and grandmother, Charles hated confrontation and did what he usually did when faced with a crisis beyond his immediate control: turned away from it,' Seward wrote in her recent book My Mother and I. 'This course of inaction would come to haunt Charles over the years.' 'His youngest son, Prince Harry, complained how difficult it was to get hold of 'Pa,' as he calls him, when his father didn't want to take his calls, which he frequently didn't,' she continued. Walton Goggins breaks silence on Aimee Lou Wood feud rumours, tears up about wife's tragic death: ‘I love this woman madly'
Walton Goggins and Aimee Lou Wood, who played a romantic couple in the third season of HBO's White Lotus, addressed rumours of a fallout in an interview with Variety. The on-screen couple, once inseparable while playing Rick and Chelsea, had been at the centre of feud rumours ever since season 3 wrapped up. From the SNL parody to a quiet Instagram unfollow, the signs were all there. But the two are shutting it all down. They kicked things off with a 30-second hug, traded compliments, and then calmly said what needed to be said: 'There is no feud.' Also read: Are Walton Goggins and Aimee Lou Wood feuding after on-set romance gone wrong? White Lotus 3 controversy explained 'I adore, I love this woman madly, and she is so important to me,' Goggins said. With tears in his eyes, he continued, 'This is Goldie Hawn. This is Meg Ryan. She can do anything — and she will. You watch what the next 20 years of her experience will be… She is love, and I know I am that to her. We care about each other very deeply.' During the conversation, Goggins explained that he always goes underground after completing an emotional task. This time, it was the show, and more than that, the backdrop, which was Thailand. He opened up about the most painful time in his life, when he spent months in the country back in 2004, after his wife died by suicide. So, returning to the same place years later for the shoot made everything feel heavier. After the wrap, he didn't speak to anyone. 'I couldn't handle it,' he says. 'Judge me or don't. This is my process.' Right there, during the interview, he picked up his phone and re-followed Aimee on Instagram. They laughed about how ridiculous things can get. 'It's just a part of me saying goodbye to this character,' he said. 'So now Aimee and I can be friends forever.' In return, she hugged him and said, 'I completely understand.' He went, 'I love you.' About why the duo unfollowed each other, Wood explained, 'Why is everyone obsessing over Instagram? That is irrelevant. We don't give a shite about Instagram… Eventually I just started to sit back and watch these people making something out of absolutely nothing.' Also read: White Lotus star Walton Goggins flaunts his newfound sex symbol status on SNL, jokes about his receding hairline Earlier, a headline from Goggins' Times interview floated around, with the actor reportedly saying, 'Walton Goggins: Aimee Lou Wood? I'm not gonna have that conversation.' Goggins said the talk was taken completely out of context. He explained he refused to talk about her not because there's a feud, but because she wasn't there to speak for herself, and because one of the journalist's questions compared their teeth. 'It was disgusting,' he said. 'So appalling I ended the interview.' Goggins added, 'What he was insinuating, I was flabbergasted. And I said, 'Fu** mate, wow. I think we're done here.'' Aimee had earlier publicly criticised the Saturday Night Live sketch of White Lotus 3 that mocked her appearance, especially her teeth, a parody she thought was mean-spirited. For Goggins, he had no idea and claimed he'd innocently reposted it because Jon Hamm did an impression of him, he hadn't seen the full sketch and didn't realise how Aimee felt. When he saw her reaction, he deleted his post immediately. He felt awful. Aimee said she didn't want anyone to think she was upset with Goggins for hosting SNL. She said, 'Of course Walton should host SNL! He's had a huge career!' She just didn't like how the sketch reduced her to a joke about her looks, not the comedy, but the tone felt off to her. 'It felt misogynistic,' she said, because the joke was about how she looked, not something she did. 'Then the next day, I made a vicious swipe against my friend. I've been posting for 14 fu*** years,' Goggins added. 'And if I'm gonna say something, but I'm gonna say it to your face,' he says. 'I don't use social media in any way, and I'm not a mean guy.'
