Daily Mail14-05-2025

has sent fans wild over her 'return to acting' after she made a shock cameo in the teaser for the Hulu's upcoming legal drama All's Fair.
The TV personality, 44 - who celebrated Mother's Day by taking a trip to Paris for her daughter's 13th birthday - briefly appeared in the trailer which dropped on Tuesday, prompting fans to flock to social media to share their thoughts.
Ryan Murphy 's latest series is set to premiere in Fall 2025 and the cast also includes Kim Kardashian, Naomi Watts, Glenn Close, Niecy Nash-Betts, Sarah Paulson and Teyana Taylor.
At one point in the two-minute teaser, Simpson could be seen angrily tossing a drink onto another character before quickly cutting to another scene.
Over on X, one penned: 'I love to see Jessica Simpson returning to acting. She's an underrated actress.'
Simpson has taken on roles in a number of films over the years such as The Dukes Of Hazzard (2005), Employee Of The Month (2006) and Blonde Ambition (2007).
She also had a recurring role in the hit series That '70s Show during the fifth season where she played the character of Annette.
Her last credit is when she voiced herself in the animated series Duncanville for one episode back in 2022.
Jessica has recently put her main focus into her clothing brand as well as diving back into her music roots.
'If that was Jessica Simpson I watching,' another typed out, and one added, 'Y'all got Jessica Simpson out of retirement?!?! Okay...'
An X user also typed out, 'And Jessica Simpson?? Whoah, Disney+ isn't holding back anymore.'
'I think I peeped my girl Jessica Simpson somewhere in there too. They got me lol,' one commented, and another wrote, 'Jessie Spano on here... Jessica Simpson with an appearance...I'm GAGGING #AllsFair.'
A fan also questioned after watching the teaser, 'Wait am I tripping or is this Jessica Simpson??' while another shared, 'I see JESSICA SIMPSON OH YES IM HERE FOR IT.'

Other celebrities that have been cast in the project in recurring roles include Brooke Shields, Meryl Steep's daughter Grace Gummer and Ed O'Neil.
While most plot details have remained under wraps, cast member Sarah Paulson has briefly opened up about what viewers can expect.
The actress - who is no stranger to working with Ryan Murphy - also gushed about working with Kim during an interview with Yahoo Entertainment last year.
'I think it is absolutely time for people to take Kim Kardashian seriously as an actress. She was absolutely excellent in American Horror Story: Delicate.'
She also added, 'I think the show we're about to do together is going to be a tremendous amount of fun and she's going to be glorious on it. I have absolutely no doubt about that. Zero.'
Simpson's return to the screen comes nearly five months since she announced her split from husband Eric Johnson back in January.
At the time, the singer revealed the separation in a statement to People and shared: 'Eric and I have been living separately navigating a painful situation in our marriage.
'Our children come first, and we are focusing on what is best for them. We are grateful for all of the love and support that has been coming our way, and appreciate privacy right now as we work through this as a family.'
The pair tied the knot in 2014 and also share three children: Maxwell, 13, Ace, 11, and Birdie, six.
Two months earlier in March, Jessica dropped her latest EP titled Nashville Canyon: Part 1 which contains a total of five tracks including Use My Heart Against Me and Blame Me.
In one song titled Leave, the star seemingly hinted that Johnson may have cheated on her following their heartbreaking split.
During a joint interview with sister Ashlee Simpson for The Cut in February, Jessica talked about creating the album.
'Making this record wasn't about having a hit. It was just about having a vibe. There's really not a lot of that in L.A. right now. It's formulaic,' she explained.
'I wanted to break that mold for myself personally. I don't care if anything's a hit. I'm not with a record label. I don't expect it to even be on the radio.'
The singer then told her sister Ashlee, 'I appreciate that you realize how deeply rooted, in unexpected ways, this project is for me to set myself apart from old versions of myself. It's not like it's not me singing.'
Jessica has been keeping busy and recently enjoyed a lavish trip to Paris as she rung in Mother's Day and also her daughter Maxwell's 13th birthday.
The mom-of-three uploaded an assortment of photos from the special getaway - and was also joined by her mother Tina.
One snap was taken as both Jessica and Maxwell sat on a comfy couch inside their hotel room with the Eiffel Tower lit up behind them.
The trio explored the city by stopping by museums and a number of restaurants in the city.
'Happy Mother's Day to ALL! Life doesn't come with instructions… it comes with Mamas! A Mother's love is something no one could ever explain,' the actress penned to her followers.
'It is made up of deep devotion, compassion, protection, sacrifice, comfort, persistency, intuition, hope, faithfulness, stamina and courage.
'It is because of my Mother that I have learned that love begins not from being perfect (although it is profound perfect love), but by the very root of being present and consistent,' she added.
'For everything I am today, my Mother's love showed me the way. There is no role in my life more essential than that of motherhood.…'
Simpson also gushed about her eldest daughter and revealed that her own mom Tina 'surprised us with the most beautiful celebration of Parisian life and love.
'3 generations 3 connected hearts 3 spirit filled souls 3 women who smile, laugh and shine brighter through it all. It is official...I AM THE MOTHER OF A TEENAGER and I LOVE IT.'

Draco Malfoy actor Tom Felton to reprise role in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child

Tom Felton is to reprise his role as Draco Malfoy for the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child play. The actor, who starred in all the film adaptations of JK Rowling's fantasy novels, will make a comeback as Harry Potter's school bully on Broadway at the Lyric theatre in New York later this year. The production said he was the first actor from the films to reprise their role on stage, in what will be Felton's Broadway debut. He said: 'Being a part of the Harry Potter films has been one of the greatest honours of my life. Joining this production will be a full-circle moment for me, because when I begin performances in Cursed Child this fall, I'll also be the exact age Draco is in the play. 'It's surreal to be stepping back into his shoes – and of course his iconic platinum blond hair – and I am thrilled to be able to see his story through and to share it with the greatest fan community in the world. I look forward to joining this incredible company and being a part of the Broadway community.' Felton, 37, made his West End debut in the supernatural thriller 2:22: A Ghost Story in 2022. He would begin his run in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on 11 November for a limited 19 weeks, the production said on Thursday. The show's producers, Sonia Friedman and Colin Callender, said: 'Tom's return to Hogwarts bridges generations of fans and breathes new life into a beloved story. We're beyond thrilled to welcome Tom back 'home' but also into a new family: our Broadway company.' The play, written by Jack Thorne – co-creator of this year's hit Netflix drama Adolescence – opened in 2016 in London and has had a Broadway run since 2018. It was co-devised by Rowling and is set 19 years after the events of the final book, with Potter now a Ministry of Magic employee who, along with his wife, Ginny Weasley, must send their youngest son, Albus Severus, off to school. In the two-part play, which stretches over five hours, Albus struggles with the weight of his family legacy at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and goes to extreme and dangerous lengths to right the wrongs of the past. Caitlin Clark forced to apologize to Indiana Fever fan after courtside incident

Caitlin Clark was forced to apologize to a few Indiana Fever fans before Tuesday night's game after she launched a large bouncy ball into the crowd. Clark is currently out of action with a quad injury, with her possible return being on Saturday against the Chicago Sky. With her trying to stay busy and support the Fever in action against the Washington Mystics, she was playing with a bouncy ball during the on-court introductions. Clark bounces the ball lightly on the Gainbridge Fieldhouse hardwood a few times before slamming it to the ground, expecting it just to go higher. The ball launches several feet behind Clark and into the floor seating behind one of the baskets. Clark runs over immediately trying to find the ball and apologizing profusely to the group of fans sitting in that section. pregame shenanigans with Caitlin Clark 😅 — Indiana Fever (@IndianaFever) June 4, 2025 Clark is the single best thing to happen to the Fever in franchise history, with the fans likely immediately accepting her apology. The point guard is not seen talking to them long before walking back onto the hardwood with her bouncy ball looking guilty at what had just occurred. Clark then was seen not bouncing her ball during the game and cheering on her teammates, alongside fellow injured Indiana star Sophie Cunningham. The Fever won their first game without Clark in the lineup this season over the Mystics, with a road trip to Chicago looming. Should Clark be healthy, she will be on the court against rival Angel Reese for the first time since their on-court incident from the opening weekend of the WNBA season. The incident led to a racism investigation from the league, which found no wrongdoing from Fever fans.

Channing Tatum looks tense with girlfriend, 25, at daughter's graduation as he risks run-in with Jenna Dewan

Channing Tatum looked a bit tense Thursday as he arrived at his daughter Everly's graduation in Los Angeles with his 25-year-old girlfriend, Australian model Inka Williams — just steps away from his ex-wife Jenna Dewan. The Magic Mike star, 45, maintained a serious expression while walking alongside Inka, who wore a chic polka-dot dress for the occasion. Tatum, who split from ex Zoe Kravitz in October after three years of dating, kept things casual in a white T-shirt layered with an open dress shirt, as the age-gap couple made their way toward the event before stopping for a brief conversation in the parking lot. Tatum and Dewan, 44, who were married in 2009 and split in 2018, share 11-year-old Everly, who appeared to be celebrating her middle school graduation. Jenna, meanwhile, stunned in a flowing lilac summer dress as she accompanied Everly, who looked adorable in a white floral mini dress with an oversized bow in the back. Channing Tatum looked a bit tense Thursday as he arrived at his daughter Everly's graduation in Los Angeles with his 25-year-old girlfriend, Australian model Inka Williams — just steps away from his ex-wife Jenna Dewan Tatum and Dewan, 44, who were married in 2009 and split in 2018, share 11-year-old Everly, who appeared to be celebrating her middle school graduation The Rookie actress was joined by her fiancé, Tony-winner Steve Kazee, with whom she shares two younger children—son Callum, 5, and baby daughter Rhiannon, 11 months. Channing and Inka had kept their budding romance relatively low-key, until the model broke her silence with a sweet Instagram post in April. The Balinese-raised beauty posted a tribute to celebrate the actor's 45th birthday. 'Happy life to the handsomest, kindest, funniest, stoopidest, most gorgeous human ever,' Inka wrote. 'Merci for making life beautiful and fun. Jtm trop fort,' she added, which is French slang for 'I love you.' Born in Melbourne and raised in Bali, Inka juggles a thriving modeling career with running her own fashion label She Is I. Reflecting on her upbringing, she told By Charlotte that life on the island shaped her into a 'very compassionate person.' 'I feel so connected to the culture and energy of this island. It's so sacred and deep,' she said. 'I think that's reflected in my day-to-day life and way of living.' Jenna, meanwhile, stunned in a flowing lilac summer dress as she accompanied Everly, who looked adorable in a white floral mini dress with an oversized bow in the back She also credited early modeling experiences with helping her 'build resilience and strength.' Channing's new romance came almost four months after he split from his fiancée Zoe. Channing and Zoe, 35, were romantically involved for three years and engaged for one before they called off the wedding at the end of October. The split was a particular shock for the couple, as they had not only gotten engaged, but Channing had been spotted with fresh ink of Zoë's initials on the back of his hand in September. The former couple were last pictured together on Channing's Instagram page in a post from September 3, which showed Zoë apparently snoozing on her then-fiancé's shirtless chest as he snapped a selfie of the two.
